Sir 5 days back I got a new jio fiber connection but from last 3 days it's not working.The router I on but the internet is not connecting I have complaint many time but there is no responce from the service center Such a poor service @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio I have purchase the jio fiber WiFi but last week WiFi speed is very slow so I have not satisfied with your services becoz I will try most of time to complaint regarding jio WiFi speed but no one resolve my problem. I think this is worst services in entire India.

@reliancejio @JioCare please have a look still network problem is not solved if not possible to give proper services from your side tell us clearly whole colony is suffering from network issue and jio center is only 2 km from my home and no one cares #MukeshAmbani

@JioCare I booked Jio fiber on 5th Feb'22. The installation was scheduled for next day. My number was unreachable so the installation guy postponed for evening slot and did not come. The got a msg its again rescheduled for 7th morning. I need to start my office work at 10. Help🙏
