    @reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a great service being provided by you for JioFiber. Since past few months complaining that on 5Ghz the net is not working properly and even whatsapp message is not passing through.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio Fibre’s two days back. Since at the time of installation Wifi not giving 5g band range.Called twice the engineer getting false promises sir we are replacing. Still issue is not solved. #jiofiber #reliancejio

    @JioCare I guess you guys do not even read the messages Let me frame it again I am getting speeds b/w 15-20Mbps on ur 5G network throughout the day since the launch and this is on my terrace i am talking about not inside my premises

    @JioCare my refund is pending since 28 may 2022, But fastest network JIO customer care are informing that my jio device hasn't picked yet. How fast what a wonderful management jio has. Worst company on planet

    @JioCare jio fiber line is 200 meters away from my house it has been 3 months but till now the line has not reached my house whenever i call i say your side monkeys disconnect the line but it is not right because i have Excitel fiber last 1.5 year and no problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1080 p video is buffering a lot. When I called on your toll free no. And asked for a technician visit they’re saying that disconnect your devices and bla bla I asked for a technician not your call support. Please provide me the same.

    @JioCare I have jio fiber subscription registered on mobile no. 8999418848. I have done a recharge for 1 month of ammount 1178 today as my subscription expired, but after the recharge the subscriptions/services didn't resume and for the same I have called 3 times on the support.

    @MrSudiptaNayak @reliancejio I have 2 Nos. of JIO and I'm facing terrible issue of speed. When complained, their reply was "users r more, so speed get reduced" Seriously ? Did u charged less when users r more ? I m already porting one number in @airtelindia and if satisfied, will port other number as well.
