    @JioCare Jio may be a big brand on number 5. But your customer service sucks just like other bands. Actually, your fiber services are poorer than other brands. Period.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing network issue in one of my JIO sim and tried to get help from Jio Care or Jio technical experts but no luck because they are unable to understand the root cause, many time they have left the chat window and disconnected the calls. Please help.

    @JioCare Your Customer Care keeps on raising tickets/service requests. The technician has already said he can't solve the problem. They did some problem during registration of box. Make me to talk to someone who can actually solve my issue rather than raising service requests
