Hours of wait on toll-free won't connect to customer care person, a new joker on Twitter chat every hr, never seen such useless service, why not shut the shop only! #JIOSUCKS

    @JioCare Nothing is Going to happen as all other companies have restored around 90%. This is just a **** company with useless employees. I am soon going to switch other network.

    @JioCare Yesterday I had paid for a connection and got a msg of Installation by today 12:30 PM but still no one came. Even tryed CC no. many times but no response. Very pathetic customer experience before even using the product.Your sales guy committed Installation yesterday only

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team Last 6 month i am facing very slow intt connection speed (up to 100 KB) only. I registered so many complaints to customer care executive . Approx 3 complaint per day but no action taken by any one . I do not know what is going on internally.

    @JioCare Not sure how can I help? a Multi billion dollar company like @reliancejio is taking so much time to install a simple broadband connection in the heart of south Delhi for some obscure reason. Obviously the Team to whom you have forwarded is sleeping. Request to pl escalate
