B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

But they at once start working when connected to cellular connection. It's very much annoying. Please help as soon as possible.
