    @reliancejio very poor service 😩😩😩 I have been waiting since last Sunday to get my prepaid connection to postpaid. Two complaints later still no update and have to recharge each day just to call. I was way better off on Vodafone #badcustomerservice

    @reliancejio terrible service within DLF2 building and the premises in Newtown, Rajarhat . Phone goes to ‘No service’ constantly. Please improve services in the area 😫😫😫

    @JioCare @DoT_India Yes i agree that some network cover have been improved since last 2 to 3 days on words ... But still come breakdown in voice call .. Example i will only hear my voice again .. Some time opposite side will nt get my voice clearly and they will say ur voice is breaking in between

    Brought a jio independent DTH around January this year... now it is not working. It is not the problem only in my DTH, everyone is facing the same problem @Independent__TV Also they do not pickup the phone when you call on toll free. @reliancejio

    @promzzz @tabishfarhan36 @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Vodafone Appellate Desk finally confirmed me (in writing) that they won't be able to improve their network in our area and JIO is all about lies. So it boils down to choosing the lesser evil :)

    Worst services for Jio fiber 5G, don’t know will Jio be able to handle 5G services in India. They are not able to solve one service number in 11 days, today is 12 th Day and no one visited for repair. @PMOIndia request you to give 5G services in good hands. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Have been promised 20 different time slots for the engineers visiting my place in the last 3 days. Every time the excuse provided has been of extreme weather and flooding which are false. Customer service executives are of no help. Official stores can't help as well.
