    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    @reliancejio waiting for refund since 6th oct, no response, chasing the jio team. Dear Customer,refund of Rs.8846.46 has been initiated for your JioFiber connection with Order no. NO0000N3BFNH. This amount will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days

    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @JioCare It's been 3 days still waiting for the issue to be resolved. U install a connection in 24 hours but when it comes to surrendering a connection it takes your whole life. Paisa refund nahi karna to bol dijiye madam soch lenge kisi Garib ko dan Kar dia.
