    @reliancejio had requested jio fiber to be installed at home in Kolkata, upon checking the technician informed that the nearest connection box was broken, am trying to get a refund, also interestingly no call is going thru my registered mobile number to the call centre...

    @JioCare Internet speed of JIO network is drastically poor in Shapoorji Pallonji Area near Kolkata (PIN code 700135). Please resolve. So many customers are porting ther connection to other mobile service providers mainly Airtel Bharati.

    @JioCare @geekyranjit Hi Bodhi, If we normal consumers ask for the Jio 5G Welcome Offer on Twitter you don't give it to us and give only scripted bot response but to YouTuber you are providing it on priority basis just by asking for it once only!     @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.
