    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare Help me with ETA FOR installation it's been three weeks since I paid for a new air fiber connection I don't know what makes this delay I have never got a phone call with explanation and you are saying my service request is reopened tell me when it is closed

    @JioCare jio 5G network and its services are dangerously poor, I have been complaining for a few months that I'm not getting a good 5G network on my phone, it's always running on 4G only and which also is terribly poor in my town.

    @JioCare Now again you are talking like AI. I mentioned already Fiber connectivity was the issue now your services seems bigger issue than that. Your hi-tech router is blinking red no connectivity. Hope it's clear to you now.

    @JioCare Even after 7 days of sharing the numbers in DM, you’re still asking me to wait. ARE YOU WAITING FOR SOMETHING BAD TO HAPPEN TO MY PARENTS AFTER THE THREATS? This is exactly why I completely avoided Jio for my new connection. All hat, no cattle.

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jiofiber is not working for 4 hrs. Router is showing red blinking lights. Tried all troubleshooting methods give in Jio App. Unable to contact customer service on your 18008969999 helpline number and via Jio App. Unable to raise service request. Pls help.

    @JioCare Installed Jio #AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. Last support call was rude The agent went on a #Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this. @jagograhakjago
