    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    My Jio Fiber internet is not working from 2 days. Appointment rescheduled twice without any intimation and even after that no update, no visit from any one. Contact Centre trying to dodge the questions and deliberately disconnecting call @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience

    @JioCare It's been 12 hours with no wifi in our area. How many hours do you need to rectify a problem? If this is the situation in a big city like Mumbai, what's your service levels in other geographies? Our society members are planning to shift to @TataPlayin

    Jiofibre i very bad. Internet not working from last 3 days and still they are not at all concerned to fix the issue. Customer care is also not listening. Please do not use it @JioCare

    @JioCare By the why please explain why does jio fiber app asks for convenient time slot of sending representative when it never follows it. It is always thrown to a two three days forward date.
