    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare Another 2 weeks have passed and still no resolution. I suggest you refund me the security deposit. I learn that you are not taking security deposit in respect of new connections .

    Absolutely pathetic service from JioFiber.Despite reaching out for assistance,both Customer Executive Neelam Singh & Engineer Pradumm Kumar declined to provide any meaningful assistance. after paying for a premium connectivity service,this isn't expected @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Stop closing tickets without resolution and expecting customers to keep chasing you. I have paid for the service. I expect the service — or appropriate compensation. @reliancejio — Take accountability and resolve this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Full 5G signal, but internet and calls are not working. Calls either don’t connect or have severe voice breaks. What’s the point of 5G? Sharing my location coordinates. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber down since 23 Aug. SR SR00003EW9FJ raised 24 Aug, rescheduled ~10 times & even closed once. No technician visit/call despite repeated follow-ups. Still no internet! NCH Docket: 10024345. Is this how Jio treats its customers?

    @JioCare I sometimes receive the missed-call SMS several hours later. This has been a long-standing network issue affecting multiple Jio users across our village, not just my phone or SIM. I have already confirmed that the same phone and SIM work normally in Sikar city.
