    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare We are not able to call someone, very slow internet, my address is : 41, Patel vas, Narsinhpura, ta-kadi, di-mehsana, 382715, Gujarat We were facing issues since last 10-15 days.

    I have purchased a Jio SIM card online by paying Rs.349 on 19th Apr, On 20th I get a msg with delivery msg BUT so far its not delivered. MONEY GONE, NO SIM CARD, PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE. REFUND MY MONEY or Deliver me SIM card. @reliancejio , @RelianceMobile , @RCommCare

    @JioCare I have never seen this much worst customer service among all the service providers, Jio customer care is nothing but a bot, Jio Agents are nothing but fraudsters and Jiocare is nothing but farse !

    Hi @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank, your helpline 1800 890 7070 has only IVR/virtual assistant and no option to talk to a human agent. I am facing repeated transaction failures (error RE068) and can’t get any real support. Please provide a way to connect to a live agent and resolve.

    @JioCare Even after ~13 days outage (8–21 April), multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement you may still get zero accountability & no rebate. If this is how customers are treated, think twice before choosing Jio AirFiber. Service promises ≠ reality. @JioCare @TRAI
