    @JioCare can you please provide a number to contact customer support. Even after using IVR based number I am unable to connect with them. I have made a recharge and it's still not reflecting in the application.

    Worst Service Experience from JIO. And surprised with the speed of internet i.e. fastest for a while at 56 KBPS. No support from back end team also... #Frustation.... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio fiber down in my house since 29 Mar 2021. No response from given helpline numbers. Their services has gone to dogs. No timely response to complaints. Only updation for two days that services are going to restore in 2 hrs for days. SR000014HY7M
