I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

Since no service was provided, I would appreciate update on the delay and estimated timeline for the refund to be processed. I have been patiently waiting till now
