    @JioCare SR000013PA8R this is my complaint number for jio giga fibre connection. Due to makar sankranti my optical fibre got damaged . I am doing WFH, it's hampering my work efficiency. It's been 2 days I registered a complaint but no service given.@reliancejio PLEASE HELP

    Interest speed of my jio number is very very poor.i facing the issue everywhere I complaint customer care but he says this is temp.issue after few days it is resolved..I want port out my jio no into Airtel if this issue still continue.. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @nrvgjjr What about the data rollover for prepaid as Airtel and vodafone is providing rollover data for their prepaid customers. Or is the time to change the network?
