@Aditi199997 @JioCare 2/2 I am 100% sure, this is an issue at Jio end. Either the sales team of @reliancejio is cheaters & fraudsters that they transfer Customer's SD amount at the time of installation in their accounts making fool of Customer. Otherwise how my payment records miss in Jio Records.

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio fibre has found a new way to scam people. A month ago I was contacted by Jio fibre customer care agent and was given a fully wrong information in order to change from jio fibre PREPAID to jio fibre POSTPAID. It was done purposely to sell the product.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a complaint since my #JioFiber was not working. I called the Jio technician and he asked for the money to resolve it and also told me to raise a complaint if I was not willing to pay. I raised a complaint and it has been a week now.

@reliancejio Recharged a wrong prepaid no by mistake. Customer care replies that Jio doesn't have a reversal mechanism. Highly disappointing!!!

I see the irony @jiocare does not care at all. The technician number I was provided from Jio for communication purpose, he does not answer at all. Honestly, @airtelindia is far better in the service area.
