    @JioCare Why JIO NETWORKS are getting so bad nowadays.. Nowadays the internet speed of jio network in our area is like a running TURTLE. I was not sure that JIO INTERNET will one day cheat public but under today's circumstances I am sure that JIO is really CHEATING on public.

    @JioCare 3 days, new Jio SIM, still no 5G. Customer care is unreachable, chat support keeps giving a new date every day, and no ticket has been raised. This is what happens when one company gets too dominant. We need real competition in telecom.

    @JioCare Why you all don't understand the router is showing green light but the internet is not working I m explaining this since 5 days why don't you all depute someone to chk this horrible yaar tired of explanation no one is to speak with your IVR msg keep repeating

    @JioCare Jio Fiber router has been disconnected from my TV and mobile phone and due to some issue I'm not able to connect it.I contacted @JioCare for seeking help but they keep telling me to reset name and password, I did that, but nothing happened. So disappointed at you service

    Just a heads-up for everyone: I had a really bad experience with @JioMart They deducted money from my account, then canceled my order due tosome issue on their side. But guess what? I never got my money back. Feels like a scamso be careful if you're thinking of ordering.@JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with the pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber device has been malfunctioning for the past 3 months, intermittent connectivity. Despite raising multiple complaints through different platforms, no support engineer has visited yet.
