@TamilMySoul @TRAI @DoT_India @reliancejio @JioCare Same case happened with me on the year 2016, October month. If your phone is stolen or your JIO Sim is lost It is very difficult to block the JIO Number I have faced this exactly same Issue 2 years back. Someone was using it for 15 days illegally. I had lodged a GD about this.

@JioCare there is no internet connectivity since 14 days, spoke to CSR multiple times, multiple appointments booked but technician didn’t reach to the location. Very poor customer service. If still issue is not resolved soon,will have to look for other providers @Airtel_Presence.
