@JioCare I had recently port in one number from Airtel to Jio postpaid, Got msg for tele-Verifcation from jio while doing tele verification at 1977, suddenly call got disconnected from that time not getting any network. Now tele verification done from another phone.

@mushtaquemumbai @DoT_India @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio Nothing will happen. Now UCC rule favours these spammers&we can't do much except just being abused. These spammers simply reject complaint by stating subscribed catagory of sms or other false update. telecom companies also support them coz they get revenue. @priyankasambhav

@reliancejio But you should not give us 2G speed of Internet after telling it 4G.. Every evening speed sometimes even less than 2G..Being a regular customer I have to stop it for last 2 Month.. Both Vodafone, Airtel have better speed in my location.

One big problem with @airtelindia is that even on UL plans like 399, they charge for calls to customer care helpline nos. like 1860×××××× where as @reliancejio provides such calls for free. Hope it would be made free by airtel.

@JioCare Didn't expect such pathetic service from Reliance. Requested for disconnection of Jio fibre on 20th Jun and uninstallation has been rescheduled 4 times till now The service advisors don't have any answer to such false commitments and they even dare to mute the call.

@JioCare Why bother about the website your own #JioTV itself is buffering. Next is GPS address is enough to know the location. PIN CODE is 600115 and 600 090. Both open to the tower or main road. Please understand your Internet is bad that is the fact. So don't expect excuses.

@JioCare it's too tough to get any help with Jio fiber.. I placed an order for the Jio extender,, payment went through but order didn't confirm... Customer care don't understand the language, had no answer so disconnected the call....
