@reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@mitulmitul13 @JioCare They are not taking their customers concern seriously. The biggest reason is that jio has a monopoly that no one gonna beat him. After giving such a garbage service. And GOI is even not interested in it. We are using 2G-3G speed in the name of 4G.
