Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

Unite8 Sports doesn't work on JioTV+, OTPs never arrive, and every attempt to verify the account ends with a "Record Not Found" error. If JioTV+ can't stream a channel, send an OTP, or find an account, what exactly is working?
