@JioCare I brought a jio phone under Diwali offer But after using 7 days the phone facing so much problems like hang, overheating, malfunction and not working switches This is a worst 😥😥😥 phone I have ever seen Thank God i don't purchase jio phone 2 or 3 then it's a more pain

@reliancejio please ensure proper 4g network speed instead of upgrading it 5G/6G etc. As network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

@JioCare Iwanted to add a prepaid no. under family plan in my already existing Postpaid plus plan for which I pay Rs942 every month. I've another @airtelindia no. and I've never faced such service issues with them.
