@JioCare @TRAI Pathetic service from Jio. I am a prime Jio customer but from last year Dec 2018 i am facing a lot of n/w issue even i could not able to get voice calls.I had many attempts to call customer care. But the only response i got from them is to wait for next 2 months.

@JioCare After getting frustrated by @VodafoneIN , after 24 hours of getting new jiofi device it activated now but this is even worse speed thans Vodafone! @VodafoneIN was better I think your jiofi device is too much slow

What the hell @reliancejio @JioCare your helpline or complaint line just says select 1 for Hindi and then hangs up the call ....I am frustrated with more than frequent call drops in my area which have erupted suddenly

@reliancejio @JioCare one msg is enough to remind that our recharge is about to expire... We are not going to change the network after that... Before 3 days of expiry you at least send dozens of msg daily as a reminder and this is sooo irritating...
