    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    No expected this type of service from @reliancejio i book jio fiber on 12th Aug. And till now connection not installed. They again and again putting my connection onhold and reschedule. Getting frustrated now #badservice #jiofiberissue

    Dear @JioCare , I have raised many complaints regarding network issues and all complaints are closed without resolution. Network is the worst at my place and I have to struggle for even paying the vendor. I have generated port out code and will move to some other operator.

    Really bad service from @reliancejio Fiber. I was requested for cancelled out my connection before 2months and there is no one coming to pickup device even after submitted so many complaints. if you @reliancejio dont want to pay my security back then tell me in simple words.

    @JioCare Actually service engineers are just coming and saying wiring required more than 80 metres so not possible to repair and just cancel and shift to ACT broadband also shared act representative number for better price but i argued why i have to when jio is already there? So what?

    @JioCare Team, I am requesting a technician visit. The answer you provided does not address my issue. Please arrange a visit as soon as possible. Four days is an unacceptable wait time. If I do not receive a technician visit by tomorrow, you can take your STB and router back.

    @JioCare Is there any timeline upto which these service request issues will be resolved? When not then why claiming it's being attended. Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job than you. JIO can save crores of rupees being spent on customer care salary by using AI

    @JioCare @reliancejioExtremely disappointed with the service. Paid ₹628.93 for AirFiber today, but service is still suspended. Spoke to agent 'Rohtas' who was incredibly rude, told me my money is "wasted," and my account is deactivated with no refund. This is unacceptable!
