I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now.
