    @JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

    @reliancejio pathetic customer experience.Gave 5 DSATs to customer care executives. They are not human,they were bots. Poorest CS experience.

    @reliancejio @Facebook @JioCare Internet speed 30-40 kb all the time. But no one fix this from jio team. Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    My jio fiber and stb trial plan expired on 27th December'21, and I have informed team of jio to give up my service but jio havent took cognizance of it and didnt send their person to collect the hardware and initiate refund. Kindly help me asap @JioCare @reliancejio @MIB_India

    Now a days Jio does not reply to customers even tweet to @JioCare. No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

    @ajazcu05 @JioCare This is fraud to show lesser complaint redressal time. Due to this type of malafide case 12days service break was reduced to 7. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    My internet's been out for three days, and the engineer keeps rescheduling. No one's given me an update, just that it'll be fixed ASAP and it's a priority. 72 hours and still nothing @JioCare if this is ther service then i need a refund
