No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.
