Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.

Ron (@ronthedon82) reported@JioCare He visited after 24 hours, to fix a problem if fixed myself early morning, because its insane to make someone wait 24 hours to connect a cable in the DP box!! The fix took me 5 seconds and 24 hours for JIo to respond.
