@JioCare We are getting very low download speed in IIT, Kanpur, most of the time below 1 mb/s since last few months and at some places in IIT Kanpur we found no signal like Shopping center. Please improve downloading speed and connectivity as well🙏

@airtelindia has quite good customer service although not Mobile connections. Good in broadband , but if we face problem, they are ready to solve. @reliancejio No one cares. Submitted all documents for 15 connection where we already have 25, paid Money but we get only excuse.
