No customer care exicutive attend customer except computerised generated reply, which does not solve the problem. Because of this I have decided to ger port this number to other provider.

Toll Free numbers are not getting dialed. it is confirmed that with other Jio no. also Tall Free No. are not getting dialed. If so I must discontinued Jio No.

Internet speed might differ place to place and it’s common with other operator. As we are using the service it’s our right to report the fault and get it rectify. As only 4G based network it got best voice clarity throughout.
