@reliancejio @JioCare send me a youtube link for resolving problems but I want to say that same phone receiving good speed at other location. So tell me I change home or network??? Resolve this issue by visiting physically not virtually.

@JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

@JioCare hi I purchased the jiofi m2 data card less than 3 months ago and it is defective . Hasn't worked once also. Went to the jio service center and they said that they will give a additional product on disc. I need a replacement for this since it hasn't worked at all.

Fake Commitment by @JioCare today i was scheduled engineer for internet not working issue but still no update from their side customer care is bot at all taking this on high priority. Work is getting impact and their only excuse that engineer will visit but ehen they dont know.

@reliancejio the internet in telecom nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad which is supposed to be the IT hub of Telangana is down since 3 days. No one from @JioCare is ready to help. Pathetic services.. Along with me, 4 other connections are ready to switch to other provider.
