@JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

@tautik Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

@JioCare I have been facing network issue since January 2022.Every time i try to contact Jio,they close my query/call saying' temporary issue' and for bill they start sending msgs three days prior. why shud i pay the bill if Jio can't provide services?
