    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare send me a youtube link for resolving problems but I want to say that same phone receiving good speed at other location. So tell me I change home or network??? Resolve this issue by visiting physically not virtually.

    @JioCare @JioCare is there any way to talk to a customer care executive or you guys just keep bots ? Chat bots, mail bots, voice bots but no chance to reach any human !! My mistake to not check the customer support status beforehand. What is the cancellation and refund procedure?
