    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @JioCare Have a jio fiber connection of 100 Mbps but speed is impacted the person i contact is asking to recharge for 6 months only then will he attend the issue and upgrade the modem Please help !

    customer care in my jio app say there are too many users rn Use data at some other time as there is too much traffic Great The only time Jio gives satisfactory speed is 2-6 amGreat time.The time only backups use internet You guys need to work on this @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is unstable and not working since past 4 days now. Your technical ground staff is making a mockery in the name of services. This is very bad and poor service experience. I have raised multiple requests and emailed as well. Please respond!!

    @JioCare my mom ported her number to Jio number 5 days ago. It was assured to be activated by yesterday. Still not activated. Not the service I expect right at it's inception
