  @JioCare This is a CONSTANT issue. After my last complaint it worked for 20 days; now for 5 days I’m getting 400 Kbps–7 Mbps on 30 Mbps. JioFiber worked flawlessly for 3 years, AirFiber has issues since day 1. I am Exhausted! Please people don’t buy this

  @JioCare Does your temporary issues will provide me relief on recharge? Mukesh don't even provide us 1min extra after validity exhausted then why should I bare with you?. Either provide me extra validity or amount for those days.

  @JioCare The issue has been noted since July 22 every time slot booked but no one engineer come to install and we have to call multiple times to calling team to reschedule the highest authority escalation team cannot resolve this, you cannot send a simple engineer to install a connection
