@JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

@NirajDaga6 @JioCare @reliancejio Same problem, they will send the same msg everyday. Engineer will visit your premises asap but no one will come or contact, once you have made the payment to them you don’t matter, they are more worried about the next customer they can scam

One week gone 11600 Rs gone no connection and nobody to contact. Just search Twitter you will find many many people facing the same issue

@JioCare your customer care lines always put us on hold and then disconnects.. cannot reach anyone and complain about issue. My jio fiber connection keeps disconnecting randomly. Even STB keeps freezing while watching TV. Not expected such service levels. Do I need to rethink??

@JioCare worst service experience I am contacting JioFibre daily for the Relocation of my device and I am getting answers that it will be done today or next day .today service engineer comes home he gets a message that your work order has been canceled so I can't relocate.
