    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare send me a youtube link for resolving problems but I want to say that same phone receiving good speed at other location. So tell me I change home or network??? Resolve this issue by visiting physically not virtually.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio you are having such pathetic servicing that i will never recommend jio in my life. Neither the airfiber nor the jio number is working properly, frequent call drops, 2g net speed and the customer care services all are pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00002MKOPC Ticket raised for Broadband down. Technician rescheduled without confirmation. No response from technician. Canned replies from helpdesk. 12 hours plus my Broadband is down.

    With my Jio recharge, I received a complimentary JioHotstar subscription. However, when I open JioHotstar, it is asking me to pay and subscribe to a plan. This is really frustrating, especially because I am not getting proper help from customer support. @JioHotstar @JioCare

    @JioCare Service request id SR00003B5359 has not been yet attended. The optical fibre has been broken and a no of consumers are facing disruption in internet service. Pl attend the same urgently.
