    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    Hey Jio Platforms AirFiber, since morning I’m stuck in bot loops trying to reach a real support agent. No option on calls or MyJio app to speak to a human for actual issue resolution. This is frustrating. Please fix your customer support. #JioAirFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @AnoopJairath1 It didn’t work at all. I was struggling with this for months, but the issue never got resolved. Then I switched to @JioCare, and things got much better and easier. As they have really good connectivity.

    @JioCare : Jio is completely unprofessional customer care. They always give wrong information on customer care. The executive doesn’t know how to talk to customer. They should give correct information instead every executive have their own information. Shame on this loot company.
