    @JioCare I’ve been trying to surrender my JioFiber setup, customer care doesn’t answer calls, email also has an automatic response, the app doesn’t have an option to cancel also. How is a customer to cancel this connection??

    @JioCare worst service in my area. At every 15 days , my jiofiber connection giving error and blinking red light. Wasting my 2 days at every 15 days so almost 4 days wasting in 28 days plan. Very very bad service by jiofiber

    We are suffering a very frustrating problem of failed network of @reliancejio network. Every day more than three hour your employ or land lord of tower land closed the service of tower to save tower fuel . Please take this issue as a serious concern.
