    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare send me a youtube link for resolving problems but I want to say that same phone receiving good speed at other location. So tell me I change home or network??? Resolve this issue by visiting physically not virtually.

    @JioCare Worst JioFiber installation experience. Payment done but no technician visit or proper update. Just tell whom to call for installation/update, give app or website to track request, or tell exact resolution time. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare I already expected this kind of response. My account was inactive from 6 May and the issue was resolved only on 25 May. During this entire period, my mobile and JioFiber recharges were active. Your customer care assured me that I would get a rebate or 14 days extension after 1/2

    What a shame @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare I pay approx 1100 per month for 100 mbps speed, you reduced speed to 2-10 mbps, inconsistent internet speed, and when we raise complaint U push a sale of wifi extender. What kind of behaviour is this? Ur router can’t even cover 1 bhk?
