    @reliancejio @JioCare send me a youtube link for resolving problems but I want to say that same phone receiving good speed at other location. So tell me I change home or network??? Resolve this issue by visiting physically not virtually.

    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet is painfully slow. Videos don't load, downloads are impossible, and 5G feels pointless here. Airtel and Vi are performing much better in the same location. Please fix this. #Jio5G
