@JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

@JioCare after that again I called Jio customer service so they said we will escalating it on priority and technician or engineer will visit till 6:30, but no response received, again I called so they told me to wait 24 hours as they are escalating the issue,
