  @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

  For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician. @reliancejio @JioCare

  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio : let me know how to cancel Jio Fiber connection as you are not able to resolve the issue.
