    @reliancejio Very poor internet speed at my location, after making many DM/E mail, I decided to switch to other network. I gave you a long time of 2 years.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Dear Team Jio,we are experiencing a worst data service experience from last few months in this area , however I have tried to connect multiple time to connect with #Jio , but didn't get any result oriented response , Pls resolve the issue on priority

    @JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

    @JioCare Pathetic service from Jiofiber in Faridabad 121004, frequent disconnection since installation , situation is worst from past 3-4 days. Better switch to Airtel.

    @im_s_ind @reliancejio @JioCare in our area also the wires of jio fiber of two neighoubrs is broken from more than two weeks , the jio fiber complaint team just reschedules the appointment to another day so finaly they had shift to other operator

    @JioCare Engineering visit is not required. Its area wide issue.. Possibly in whole of Itanagar connection is disrupted. Fix it asap. After night shift, i need sleep and I can't attend to any engineer as the issue is not locally at home. Best thing 4m ur end to do is to solve the issue.

    @JioCare Earlier we had very good Jio network here. But since almost 6 months Jio is very bad. So everyone is porting to other sim companies. I want our Jio network here to be fixed. If not I will also have to go to another sim company. please fix the problem.
