@JioCare No resolution here in my location. Internet connection is very poor. First time I have done recharge of 149 except 399 bcoz of poor Internet speed. After next 26 days, I will quit jio.

@JioCare So I got a call today again from your "Engineer" - and he said I should be happy that I am getting 800 mbps from a gigabit connection. Seriously, what a joke of a service ! Absolutely pathetic. Please let me know how to apply for disconnection.

@JioCare When I called now ur customer care to my surprise the issue was tagged as resolved. It's 4th day in running I m without Internet. Sec time in a month n previously too I waited for 4 days 4 resolution. Hope to get reimbursement for 8 days 4 no service @ImAtulKansal @reliancejio
