I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

@IamAmbareesh @Airtel_Presence @Airtel Agree, But the main concern for me is the connectivity. @reliancejio isn't ready to install a tower at location and sometime calling isn't possible on jio numbers. Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

@reliancejio From last couple of months your speed and net connection is getting poor to worse. From Mumbai to Delhi to bhavnagar I've experienced lots of slow speed and poor connection. Kindly rectify the problem , lot of negativity in public is increasing.

@JioCare @JioGigaFibre - It's been 3 day since my voice call stopped working. As a sincere customer, I filed a complaint 2 times morning and was false promised that the issue will be resolved within 1-2 hours. TEAM MEMBERS STOPPED PICKING CALLS after a while.

@JioCare hi facing some issues regarding STB. It is getting switch on and led glow white. But nothing comes on tv. Just the blue screen with jio tv logo. I have done all switching on and off tricks but nothing working out. Otherwise internet working fine.
