Since 2016, I am using as prepaid. I never approached Jio for free services. I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.

Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

Since every month it happens, and no compensation is given I need to change to different provider. One of the worst provider I have used.
