Internet never works on any operator. I invite @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @reliancejio for tower installation.

Gov wants online work but it is not possible with such low speed. Regarding the same mailed JIO and TRAI many times but found no resolution till now.

Regarding this concern escalate then same excuse coming from customer care that speed slow due to user increase and team is working on this. Since 2016, I am using as prepaid. I never approached Jio for free services. I like quality service rather than free services. However some of my family members uses Jio because of better coverage in their area.
