Hi @JioCare your service is very poor. You send your employee to collect money in 5 mins for a new connection of jio fibre but when it comes to installation nothing happens just need to call 10-20 times and still no engineer / sales person helps. Now confirm how to get refund.

@JioCare Internet was down for last 5 days, the issue is resolved today. But I lost 5 days validity due to a technical probs at Jio box. Will the plan renewal date gets extended? Customer already pays for 31days in advance but only gets 25days service.
