@reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

Since 15th of January my jo fiber box is showing red signal and even after many msgs and calls to cc nothing resolved. Paying 999 plus gst to you doesn't seems worth. Big giant #JioFiber #jio . @JioCare @reliancejio

Been using @reliancejio fiber for around a year now, quality is fine, but the service of @JioCare is way too bad, tried calling @JioCare waited for 38 minutes but nobody picked up, went to jio center but noone helping there as well. Please belp in resolving fiber issue.

@JioCare I am not able to make ISD CALLS TILL NOW. ITS SAY I HAVE NO CREDIT LIMIT FOR USE ISD CALL AND I HAVE CREDIT LIMT OF 13200. WHY THIS HAPPEN I THINK I MADE MISTAKE INPORT TO JIO. I NEVER FACED THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE IN VODAFONE FROM LAST 15 YEARS.
