    @reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    @JioCare @jio_fiber after raising the query yesterday, I got mail it will fixed by 16 May 07:30 AM, but still no one are taking action. Poor Customer care service, No one are responding. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Facing issue since a week and none of the technician coming. Finally surrendering jio connection to switch to better company for service

    Since yesterday My Jio SIM suddenly stopped working properly. No outgoing calls, incoming callers hear that my phone is switched off while it is actually ON, and 5G network has disappeared — only LTE is available now. Kindly check and fix the issue urgently. @JioCare #jionetwork

    Complaint regarding excess charges for the Amazon Lite on my Jio connection 1135599831. I have already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, yet additional charges are still being applied. Kindly remove these excess charges immediately, otherwise surrender my connection @reliancejio

    My @jio_fiber connection 3335653840 has been down for 4 days. I’ve already complained 4 times, but every day I only get false promises of a technician visit. No support, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Fix the connection immediately. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I reported is specifically regarding privacy and harassment concerns arising from calls being placed to numbers . Requesting additional sensitive information such as complete residen, and other personal data appears excessive and disproportionate to the nature of the complaint.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected @reliancejio I'm user of the JioAirFiber from last two years now I am facing network issue when I request an service request engineer visited my home he change the device n check the issue on that time issue was solved

    @JioCare surprise, support field staff attended on time but again without drill machine and left without relocate the connection. I think, all people should think twice before applying Jio fiber connection.
