    @reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

    @jiocare AKK has only this number. Request of yrs to improve U Tube & gen sig at Kothi Kangra HP 176088 not yet met. 50%quota over- says Jio for poor sig STRANGE Instead of standard reply Pl do something to improve sig at Kothi.Have no other phone than Jio Pl help soon Thanks

    Can anyone recommend the best fiber connections except @JioCare because their senior engineers are lazy and excuse makers. Today is the 5th day but still they said 2 more weeks Bihar east Champaran motihari team is worst.

    @JioCare can anyone check or at least try to resolve the issue I am experiencing with the Jio fiber connection. My service request is open from more than 7 days now and I do not have any update. Nor your customer support are able to provide any update.

    @reliancejio @JioCare refused to provide invoice of payments done for past 1 year...only 3 months invoice they are providing...What kind of rule is this ?? Pathetic , automated customer care.

    @reliancejio @JioCare when you are charging us for 4G service at least provide 2G. Experience with jio is very poor . Below 2G Era speed , buffering, and call drops? And you guys are launching 5G? Seriously?
