@reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

@reliancejio customer service is not providing resolution and just repeating the same sentence again and again and also if you ask them about something so they will put you on hold without asking you and after sometime they will disconnect the call and again same pattern repeat

Despite having an upfront recharge for 3 months which I did a couple of days back, when ever I call my mother her number is either unreachable or apparently "incoming calls have been barred". Is that the service one expects from @reliancejio @JioCare !

@JioCare Customer executive behaviour of Jio care is not acceptable as they misbehave during calls. Mr.Raj Sinha from executive side didn't reply exactly what I was asking.

@JioCare when u ask that person that ur executive had told me that connection is unavailable in that area he replies that sir they r in office and they don't know actual situations. This is the service which is provided by customer care executive in the name of jio services.
