    @reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

    @JioCare Karuna, from past 5 days my internet download speed is not even 1mbps, why dont you provide proper service for the amount paid. How are you going to compensate me for unable to use your service for past 5 days and untill you fix the issue?

    @JioCare It will not get resolved I know that, worst of contacting you people, let's others know that how worst is the technical and customer support teams are. Atheist they will not take this worst connection from jio fiber.

    @NManchale @reliancejio @JioCare I feel sad that citizens aren't aware of how current system functions. The local leadership won't allow any service provider to dig road unless they receive commission. Permission is granted the moment fees is received. There are old Bengaluru areas where we won't find providers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice They took the money for jio fiber which was around 3000 rs and now they are not attending the calls and nor installing the jio fiber. I was waiting from 5-6 days now. It's the worst service by jio. Please look into the matter.🙏
