    @JioCare Hi I was finally able to get help from the person who had installed my Jio Fiber connection as the customer care number and chat did not work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Sir Your support staff is same reply at this matter from last six months that the number of users is maximum in your area but till now #poor internet speed problem is not resolved in my area. pls help,so we can use the benifits of our recharge

    @JioCare However my plan got wasted for more than a week when the connection was not working. I believe I should be getting extended validity for this month's plan to account for the connection failure from your end.

    @iSaumya @DishTV_India @reliancejio I did the same too. The best part was dismantling the antennae that renders the perfect place for birds and pigeons siting on it and littering it with their occasional bird droppings. The other thing is, on a rainy or stormy day, there is no transponder signal which now is a past

    @JioCare --Its has been more than 2 months that I disconnected fibre within 30 days free trail,still money not refunded, Evertime I call customer care,they give me 14 days time,still I have not got my money. Why u guys not refunding our monry after free trail.

    @JioCare jio fiber bahot ghatia speed nd service... Last six day se wait kr raha hoon aapake technician ka... Connection dene ke time pe 10 min me pihoch jate ho..... Service ka time aata hai to gayab....
