  @JioCare My router is completely dead since last night.I raised a request and then it is showing the expected resolution date as Aug 31. Am i expected to wait for more than 36hours for this issue. I requested for a simple router replacement and this is the hassle I have to go through

  Dear @reliancejio your 5G service sucks on Thondamuthur Coimbatore. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.
