    @reliancejio @JioCare very bad services experienced from jio, my mobile no is 9650483535, and my services are not restored despite of bill payment and repeated requests, no customer care number responding 198,199 and other toll free all making fool to customer.

    @JioCare I'm trying to raise the shifting request but your customer care number isn't working and when I try to call the person who has done the installation he is answering very rudely and saying we can do whatever we want. Is that the way to speak to customers?

    @JioCare I'm facing worst customer experience with Jio. My wifi router is not working and the technicians are lethargic to come and repair. When I called customer care to cancel my jio connection, they are ready to do it. (1/2)
