    @reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been non-functional for the last 5 days. Despite raising a service request through the app, no service engineer has visited. Repeated calls to customer care have also not resulted in any resolution. This is extremely disappointing

    What a complete disaster from Reliance Jio. Got a message, but nothing has progressed. After wasting 30 minutes with customer care, we’re told there’s an “outstanding” of Rs 939.18, which is invisible in your own system. We are on an annual plan. How does an outstanding even exist? Or is your billing system just broken? Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Pathetic support. We’ve been suffering for the last 4 days because of your incompetence, and nobody can give a straight answer. Fix your mess. This is beyond disappointing, it’s outright frustrating and unacceptable.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been complaining since morning and you keep rescheduling . Pathetic state of affairs at Jio. It’s not the same reliable service it used to be. Time to try another company

    @reliancejio I am totally disgusted with your performance since last one month. Even after numerous complaints my Wi-Fi stops working every now and then. If you can not improve the service please disconnect and refund my security as early as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare When will you refund me Rs. 3332 for the cancelled installation NO0001BOZTFQ? It's been almost 5 months since you cancelled the installation. I never redeemed any voucher and didn't receive any notification about the refund. What happened to it??
