    @reliancejio @myogiadityanath I belongs to utraula one of tahsil in up. I am working as a software developer And doing work from home But facing very serious problem with jio connectivity. Very bad network,not able to work .

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Still there is no resolution..i have raised the issues twice. And after a long struggle, complaint has been taken but they automatically closed the complaint without otp...I am just wasting my money and time it is clear fraud.mafia gang

    @reliancejio @JioCare you guys don’t care at all! Customers pay for service and this is what we get? Been 2 days and almost 3 no my Fiber isn’t working after raising the complaint it still says “Assigning Engenier” when will it happen after man lands on Mars? #shame #poorseevice

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio number is close and i want to get the same number as it is linked at several places. Can anyone guide me how to get the duplicate sim. I have tried the jio service center but they are unable to help

    After sending the port message, your customer executive called and I explained the reason continuous call drops for both caller and receiver for months. I was promised it would be fixed, but 3 days later the issue is still the same. Empty promises Fix your network. @reliancejio

    @jiocare Such a pathetic service. For 2 months I have been chasing these Jio Airfiber. Looks like they don't want to resolve any kind of issue. These people are ready to loot hard earned money. I am not getting any better words to tell this jio how hopeless service is.

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is end of 3rd Day without internet no one came here to resolve this problem I'm hearing the same technical issue reply from you people worst service, just now i came to know that Jio post nearby my house has been removed so my connection is removed by the same jio service

    @JioCare I and my friends are in Croatia right now. Each of us have the international roaming activated, and it was working fine till last night. But since last night we all are not getting any network connection. Putting the screenshot below. Tried everything, chat with your chatbot too. Nothing is working. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks
