    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio When will internet start in Palamu? Net is down since 4 days. Why we do such an expensive recharge? Will you compensate it. Our data is going in loss. Fix it asap if not then refund mine recharge money.

    @JioCare After so many of compalints and visit by engineers mo one is able to resolve issue as signals are very low in one room which is 3.5 mtrs away from router. Need resolution or return my full amount

    pathetic service from @reliancejio . Their sales team made false commitments & have integrity issues. No proper call centers and trained team. Agents r attending call frm washroom, road, kitchen. Stay away from products specifically #JioFiber #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio very bad service from jio fiber . Your fiber is not working from night . And on raising service request you are giving time after 2 days .i need internet critically today . Please resolve this today.

    @JioCare Jio is already in my vicinity but I think nausheen is from some public sector customer care. Who do not bother to read whole message and copy paste the same phrase everywhere which was provided to them on training

    @JioCare is 5G speed limit after certain uses? It was working fine and Speed Was also amazing. But from 2-3 days it didn't connect well and Speed is so down that I change network to 4g again.
