    @JioCare Hi, I can see in my jio app, it is still in active state not yet suspended. If it is suspended I would have got a message for the same. It's been more than 2 weeks from 18th of march but till now action is taken. Really poor and pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Getting very poor data speed (10k/s 4g speed) right now. Data speed getting worsen at evening time from last couple of days. Note: My location device all are same. Please don't say it's intermittent issue.

    @PalaniShaami @JioCare Yeah, but you probably wont be able to use the voice service. This is just the 8 month prepaid version of work from home pack 151 with jio apps and hotstar benefits.

    Both @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence having terrible internet connectivity and sometime no tower at all... especially evening after 5 PM. PINCODE : 606207. Both charging as for 24 hours but everyday 8hrs we are not having services

    @reliancejio @JioCare is there any way to get the recharge amount back as the internet service you provide is of 3rd class. It’s worst than 2g service. I have spent my hard earned money to purchase the pack and plz refund it.
