    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Did that, everytime a new agent asks me "what is the exact issue you are facing" and boom, someone new comes up asking the same question again..!!!

    @JioCare Exactly! But the problem is that we Indians feel satisfied once our concern is resolved; and the corporate giants like Jio carry on with their stupid policies. I have sent my no., let's see what happens!

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 3 days that I raised this issue. No one from your team has bothered to look into it. Shall I raise this issue with the consumer court if I can't expect a solution from you?

    @JioCare Since you are not able to diagnose the problem, so I did it on my own. Reason is that you gave me router that has only 2.4 GHZ channel. Will you upgrade the router or should I switch to airtel?

    @reliancejio according to your technician the main line of Dongersi Road is not working since 3 DAYS. We are unable to attend our COLLEGE ASSIGNMENTS, SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS, ONLINE LECTURES since 3 DAYS. We are not getting a response to when will the internet restart.
