@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Chasing @reliancejio for more than a month to get my refund back. But it seems it doesn’t matters to them. My service request SR000016WRZO got closed without me getting back my refund. I used to trust Reliance and take pride in it as an Indian pioneer. I feel betrayed. @JioCare
