    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Lousy company ever seen Don't have any details for escalate. It's more than 48hrs the problem is nor resolved and you call yourself a professional. You are worst than a street shop. You don't know the meaning of escalate. You don't have a cell center or any technical people

    @JioCare my aunt paid RS.2824.92 for jio fiber yesterday and the guy who came to visit said it will be done by the morning 10 am anyhow but after that the engineer came and said that there are no more connections to be made possible in that area. please help in getting refund

    @abhishek_akt @JioCare Think twice bro. @airtelindia has unfair practice of #mobilerecharge. #Airtel overwritten my pack while I was doing next recharge which had 2-3 days to left. And there is no help at #Airtel customer care.

    @JioCare I have internet issues from 3 days everyday technician gets rescheduled. No ******* customer support is good. Everyone just hang up the call. It’s been 4 days till today. Bloody services
