    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare you have not answered me. At least tell me how to uninstall my jio fibre connection & get a refund & my recharge amount as you are unable to provide me service.

    @mkbp09 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @reliancejio your customer care complaint number 198 only gives information about different recharges. Seriously? The customer can die but he should recharge first.
