@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare When you claim to be the best network and found that it's worst network , I have already conveyed that in the coming up time this will also be the same as RCOM a defunct cellular company.

@JioCare Just wanted your team to focus on this issue. Actually I have my cancelled Jiofiber connection on 25th August which was a trial pack .But the engineer has not come yet for device pickup.I have complained the customer care multiple times and have sent mail as well .

@JioCare I took a broadband Fibre connection in Kolkata from one of your partners Saumyadeep and paid online and did everything he asked me to including some OTP for friend reference etc. Connection still not done for 4 days now. No one called. Really unhappy. Please help.

@JioCare Hi Team, Everytime you are blaming others for delay in getting OTP. I can c problem problem is with JIO provider only. Previously I ws used to get OTP on time for bank & NPS. Now there is delay. Please dont give lame excuses now. You hav 2 resolve it. I dont want lame excuses.
