There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Every time I call customer care, I get the same reply: “In your area we are facing internet issue.” No update, no technician, no solution even after emailing.
