    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare What's the defferent between 198 & 199 Same lady is telling me same thing on both And there is no option to help the customer it is only the promotion of recharge Jio is a big company. You don't know that your customer is not getting the right support

    @reliancejio i have jio fiber connection .when team came for installation they put wire on wrong place i told them this will not work after one month that wire damage i am suffering in this situation and i am not able to do my work internet not working since last day 9568456567.

    @JioCare You cannot even login to MyJIo app using your Jiofi number. My work is totally hampered due to this.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio we are facing a lot of network problem in our area.there is no network coverage in our home ,if we want to make a call we have to go-to out side or up stairs . please solve the problem
