There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

Its my choice when I want to recharge a prepaid sim. And as a service provider if you have a policy of suspending an account for not recharging, then ******* do it. I have no issues. Do it fast, (1) change the plan to basic one, ₹399 plan, (2) change to prepaid plan and (3) activate internet now itself. We will think of continuing it.

No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.
