@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare @reliancejio this is with ref. to my Serivce Id 2913591532 generated on 3rd april and Service Id SR000014NI92 generated on 17th april. I received a txt stating the services shall resume from 24th april. So from 3rd to 24th april i have no network in my wifi. @jbr001

@JioCare We are Jio Corporate customer. Since week we are struggling with just Sim replacement. When we emailed from registered email they say you have to go JioStore. When our Employees are rushing from one to another JIO store they said you have to email. Really unexpected.
