@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

My sim has been suspended due to false alert and I have been chasing Jio for past 3 days. Still no one is resolving my issue!! I have been told the relevant team will contact multiple times and no one contacted. Really bad customer experience!!! @JioCare @reliancejio
