@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare our jio setup box audio not working .I have contacted the customer service and they said they can't send technician as we have basic jio fiber subscription. Is this a way to treat customer !!

Very worst customer service - Jio fiber @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare .I disconnected my Jio fiber line by 20days back and requested multiple times to get back the router. It's still not happening & they rescheduled (multi times) the pick-up time without my acknowledgment.
