@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

@JioCare @fiber_jio You can give the internet as a gift to Mr. Ambani. I have been raising issues & solving it on my own. Though your telecallers have assigned engineers to rectify the internet connectivity issues they never visit us. My last 3 requests have been closed like this

@JioCare Extremely third rate customer service. For new connection million times people call but to address a customer complaint on jio fibre , no one even bothers. Worse customer service.

@JioCare It's terrible to stay at my own village because of your network. Can't even make a call from my residence/area. I m really disturbed because many of my important works r getting delayed. Need to travel 7km to get your network properly. Plz install tower. I'll give land.
