    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    Hello @JioCare , my Jio Airfiber installation has not been done because they are saying that the internet network here is not good and I am not getting the speed, I have been told that your booking will be cancelled and my payment will be returned, hence you are requested to return my payment to me soon, thank you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare why are even providing wifi service if you can't resolve the issues! There's a big green light on setup box, but it's says Not connected to internet while I browse on my phone. Every time I ask for technician visit they say let's diagnoise through the app. Pathetic
