@Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

It has been more than 45 days for new jio fiber request made in Borivali reliance centre. Even after multiple follow up no action has been taken.Manager Dinker he was really unprofessional. He never take calls. On each call he gives excuses and newdates.Worst service @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare horrible customer care service provided by the jio customer care centre dehradun. I have been trying to complain abt my jio fibre and to no avail. Cust care disconnects th call and th jio service guy Danish says "mera kaam nai hai" wonderful. 🙏

@JioCare @JioCare, the installation was scheduled for 2 days back then also engineer didn't visit. As mentioned in the original tweet, the assigned engineer is giving excuses and now he is not even picking call. Escalate the issue or I have to go ahead with different service provider
