    @Peyrillathavan @BULL9313 @KanchanGupta @reliancejio @jgopikrishnan70 It is about the network equipment used by the company, not handsets. There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

    @JioCare Avesh, gv us some valid solution. Ur engineers rn’t able 2 resolve it, I’m done with their visits. Y don’t u arrange a call wd some senior manager 2 luk into the matter. V hvn’t recvd any call 4m ur end, such unprofessional team of JIO. Lazy 2 d core!@MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio

    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working. SR000016YWAG, please make sure problem should resolve till 6 Oct 9-10am as your scheduled date and time because last time after so many complaints your engineer took 4 days to fix.

    @JioCare Jio network does not come in my village since a month, there is a lot of trouble, please pay attention to this, earlier networks used to come everywhere in the whole village. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare pathetic internet connectivity. I am using Fibre connection on a 1499 plan and still struggle with speed. I get speeds with hotspots on #Airtel and #VodafoneIdea I have also raised complaint on 2nd but no one turned up yet to look at the problem

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently faced a issue. I booked jio fiber, the person came verified every information, took the joining fee and booked. Today it was cancelled stating address verification failed without informing. When i contacted the technician said all ports occupied.
