There is no Chinese equipment in Jio network, known fact. They are using Samsung and Nokia equipment. Handsets are different, they are customer choice, can be easily replaced.

I’ve been reporting that your network completely dies during power cuts in Anandnagar, Pharenda (UP) since 2023. It’s 2026 now and nothing has changed. 2.69 Mbps on “5G+” is a joke, not a service.

When I try to update back to actual mobile number, it errors out with authentication failure! Called up multiple times, no help.

Zero customer care, only BOT reply, their outlet (Pin code : 561207 - Bagepalli ) is busy with new business not time to service issue. Every time no person is available come tomorrow. Lot of tomorrow have gone.
