    @JioCare I have shared all the details in DM a week ago. I haven't gotten any answer to the issue yet. It's beyond ridiculous when it's a security issue to have someone else's order show up in my Jio account. Can you please take it a bit more seriously and give me an ETA?

    @JioCare The internet connectivity at my place is very poor since last few months, it has become very difficult to use the Internet. Jio service is getting worse day by day. Please get this corrected, otherwise we will be forced to leave Jio's service.

    @JioCare But eSIM is not working with 5G Jio. Have received 5G invite on all the physical SIMs in the family. But all the eSIM numbers are not working. Have raised the issue with Jio 4/5 times but no one has been able to figure out how eSIM will work with Jio 5G.

    @JioCare After 5G your speed of internet is really APPRECIABLE to 2G @Chandigarh; Its better if you revert back to 4G…really pathetic service
