    Jio's internet speed is Very Slow in Tulsipur Uttarpradesh (Dist. Balrampur). Jio should pay serious attention to it. Please increase internet speed.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Great “True 5G” — as long as you’re standing outside. 🙃 Indoor signal is pathetic, outdoor is barely usable. Is stepping outside now a requirement to use Jio? Fix your network. #Jio #JioNetwork

    @JioCare What the irresponsible system u have to solve the issues,i should raise complaint and wait fews days to get back the connection,u simply reply with automated message no engineer available or no slots available,if u don't have sufficient engineers why r u providing service

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
