    @JioCare Dear @JioCare , It's frustrating that I have not received any update regarding the closure of my connection. Also, I am unable to connect with your customer care on 1800 896 9999, as the IVR only announces my service request no. and then disconnects the call. Need Attention.

    Impressive service by @airtelindia for Fiber Internet. Booked online by morning, visited representative by noon, & installation confirmed immediately! Ditched @reliancejio I don't care what @JioCare serves!

    @reliancejio @JioCare even after complaint, there is no revert. If not interested then I can switch to other network. From last 2 days wifi is not working & you are not bothered about customer.

    @JioCare Thank you so much, Jio. 🙏🙏 Such a disappointing experience, all for a small refund. It took far longer than it should have, despite repeated follow-ups. Please don't put your customers through such an ordeal. I hope you improve your customer service and refund process.

    @mashrujeet Our office WiFi got repaired on the 3rd day in Fort, the business district of the Financial Capital of the country. Service Reps don’t answer and say that the entire team has left as @reliancejio gives service reps sales targets.
