@JioCare Jio said my connection can't be relocated to my new address (which is just 2.5 km from my old address) as "Jio's services has not yet started in the location you are moving to" When I asked them to close my connection and provide me with a service request, they stopped replying

@JioCare The experience is really very bad. Its been more than month since we got our connection disconnected. We havnt received refund till now you can check my connection history when did we got pur connection disconnected. Such a pathetic service . @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1

@reliancejio Your technician behaviour is very bad. They are charging extra Rs 300 for wire in New connection of jio Fiber. When I enquired from technician why u r taking Rs 300 extra they threat that I wll disconnect the connection. Please look forward.
