@reliancejio @JioCare why there is no simswap in my district. I ported airtel to jio bcz your agent insisted, and now I lost the sim and can't get that sim reissued. Airtel I can get in 15min, customer care asking to go 50km to get sim. #Shame now I lost my 10yr sim bcz of jio

@JioCare This is so pathetic at my location. I have been raised multiple SR for my issue, it’s been almost 2 weeks no resolution. Due to rain wire got broken, field engineer is not to fix my issue, he told me to cancel it. Am so dissatisfied with jio
