    @JioCare Jio said my connection can't be relocated to my new address (which is just 2.5 km from my old address) as "Jio's services has not yet started in the location you are moving to" When I asked them to close my connection and provide me with a service request, they stopped replying

    @JioCare The experience is really very bad. Its been more than month since we got our connection disconnected. We havnt received refund till now you can check my connection history when did we got pur connection disconnected. Such a pathetic service . @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1

    @JioCare as usual internet not working since morning, this issue has now happened for the 2nd time in 10 days. Absolutely pathetic service. Request ID - SR000015TU14. You guys wont even let us work in peace.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence is it good behaviour to wait the customer since I moved from airtel to jio for the good service but I was wrong that you have the best service if you can resolve the problem then resolve it my are is Bada talab, Ranchi near umar masjid - 834001

    @reliancejio Your technician behaviour is very bad. They are charging extra Rs 300 for wire in New connection of jio Fiber. When I enquired from technician why u r taking Rs 300 extra they threat that I wll disconnect the connection. Please look forward.
