Jio's internet speed is Very Slow in Tulsipur Uttarpradesh (Dist. Balrampur). Jio should pay serious attention to it. Please increase internet speed.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare yess ma'am this one site is blocked , while the same is working with other mobile operators. while using JIO service, error showing that this website is blocked as per govt instruction. I'm sure that its blocked by mistake because its normal social networking site.

@JioCare The "escalation" is yet to bear fruits even after five days (and over one month from raising the issue). Is there really no person in your organization who is either responsible or accountable. Why are you not able to provide a SET TOP BOX ?

@reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber got issues and blinked red. As you know today (Monday) is a working day and I really need wifi immediately to continue my work. But if you customer care it says that service agent can be only provided tomorrow.
