@reliancejio i am using jio fibre since 2 years and not facing any issues since last 15 days I got issue related to "we can't detect your jio remote"..i contacted jio help line they send the representative who told that I need to replace remote..they charged me 600 for new remote

@reliancejio @JioCare my friend who is in Canada has a sim which was deactivated because of non recharge/non-usage.That number is linked to his Microsoft account which uses Multi Factor authentication to login to studies account. How to reactivate since he is physically not India
