    @JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

    @JioCare I need the engineer today and keep your false promises within your company. If i do not see the engineer today and resolve my issue, i will throw away your router out of my balcony. Also compensation is to be made for my 3days work loss.

    @JioCare of the technician nor anyone came to mine flat for jio fiber installation setup. I never expected such kind of pathetic service from Jio Team. I have already conveyed your support team that I need to get it set it up by today only for mine professional work but it was not done...

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

    @reliancejio From 4th of this month my jio fibre is not working, on the same day I have created service request, technician also visited but didn't repair the broken jio wire, how many more days will require to fix my issue?

    @reliancejio has been regularly increasing it's rates leaving customers with no options to shift to other telecom providers as most of the them are having tower issues now since the advent of @reliancejio . Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.

    @reliancejio It's shameful and disgusting that Jio 5G is in my city and i have a 5G phone that supports Jio SA 5G but still i am unable to use it and I have not received any Welcome Offer invitation from Jio yet. I have done everything to use 5G Only launching 5G will not help. Let us use it

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your response carries no value,earlier you gave the time till 12.49 p.m. afternoon os 20th then engineer was supposed to visit on 20th at 5 p.m. then again at 9.30 a.m. on 21st. What is the problem with Ambani's Jio.

    @JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.
