Regretting my decision to go with @reliancejio Fiber plan. I am facing internet connection issue from last 4-5 days, but no one has visited to solve the problem even after repeated reminders. Guys Do Not go with Jio Fiber because the service is below poor. #BigNoToJioFiber

@JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had ported my number recently to Jio with ₹500 advance deposit. But unfortunately network is no better than others. Moreover I want to change my Billing cycle according to my convenience but as per their customer care Jio has no option. #NeedResolution

@JioCare To be honest, my company has provided me a Jio dongle for work, and I must say it's really bad. The service of jio in our area is too bad. Also I am requesting to increase the coverage area and it would be beneficial for both ends, many people would have network and you get CST.

@JioCare Waiting for it and some how make plan like for android limited usage of total data with unlimited calling and jio tunes and all service means some customer don't required 1.5gb day so may be 500mb or 1gb data per day and rest same this will reduce the cost and around 150₹ (1/2)

@JioCare practices followed by jio for new connection is bad. Just bad. They told me it's a refundable deposit of Rs1500 and if we disconnect in30 days if we don't like the service all money will be refunded. Today I get a message only 500 will be refunded. Why this mal practice?
