@JioCare To be honest, my company has provided me a Jio dongle for work, and I must say it's really bad. The service of jio in our area is too bad. Also I am requesting to increase the coverage area and it would be beneficial for both ends, many people would have network and you get CST.

@reliancejio @JioCare On 21 Nov I placed porting request from airtel to Jio for number 9582677586, and the process was about to complete till 25 Nov. My airtel Sim is not in service anymore, but Jio sim is not yet activated. Pls do needfull at the earliest.

@ravikanth2025 @JioCare Agree. I am one of their foolish prepaid customer who is struggling for last 4 days to restore my internet connectivity. They disconnected my connection & gave to neighbour. Seems these tricks are taught by their sales teams to noncompetent technicians.
