@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Guys, after repeated requests to Jio customer care to improve the service in my area, I only get 100kbps download while airtel gives me no less than 1mbps. After my validity ends, I'll port to airtel. Jio sucks.

@JioCare The problem is not because of my hand set as you instructed the sim slot. The problem arises when the load shedding occurs i my area. There may be no power back to your BTS. (AS PER MY INVESTIGATION)

@reliancejio I have done twice recharge by mistake at same time so I called to Jio customer care for my issue. JIO executive stated that refund is not possible and JIO will not refund if customer has done any recharge by mistake. I think is not a correct way.

Looks like unless we diasble #wifi call facility in #jio , we won't be having better calling facility. How stupid it is they say use wificalling facility for better call voice experience and it just gives annoying experience. @reliancejio

@JioCare @vijayazamgarhi I am facing poor network from 3-4 years. I've complaint a lot of times. Network connectivity in my area is good but it is poor only at my place. But it was good before the restriction kn internet in J&K. I got no help, just false promise that we will resolve issue in 3-4 hours.
