    @JioCare I will wait till 21st May 2022. Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. Do you guys even know to act emphatic???

    @JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

    @JioCare Onto the 3rd day now. No call or visit from any engineer. It is sad to see how Jio neglects customer grievance when it should be their top priority. If you have a response other than the canned one, do let me know.

    @JioCare Last 5 days I've been requesting Jio Fiber personnel at Silchar Assam to install landline against 3842 353693, they keep changing dates, no action. Very, very, very poor service at Silchar, Assam. @reliancejio

    @SourajitDey1985 @reliancejio They are increasing the prices mindlessly without providing proper service, 5G is for namesake only, it gives the speed of 4 G only and also there is repeated breakage of voice due to congestion. Despite complaints they won't resolve it. It's clear exploitation of people.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic service. Order PE000005JA2A was paid in full on April 29. KYC done, marked active, yet ZERO physical installation and zero communication for over a week! Your helpline is completely helpless and openly admits they can't even do anything.
