    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your response carries no value,earlier you gave the time till 12.49 p.m. afternoon os 20th then engineer was supposed to visit on 20th at 5 p.m. then again at 9.30 a.m. on 21st. What is the problem with Ambani's Jio.

    @jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare i have never experienced this type of customer service ever how jio provide to people. I need a technician coming to home today before 12pm take your equipment and refund my money back. I'm very disappointed with jio fiber service

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @JioCare shifting is not possible In this situation what should the customer do? If AirFiber can't work properly and even shifting is not possible because of infrastructure limitations from your side then you should provide an alternate solution like Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection (3/3)

I have waste my money on jio from last 4 years literally. No response on mail n tweet this is the facility providing by the jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your customer care is rude My connection is not working since a month , everyday there is a temporary issue , they are not raising my complaint saying that it’s a temporary issue , it will be resolved but nothing is being solved I need help
