    @JioCare so my jio set up box is not working. It does not have the Netflix app anywhere and also whenever i open an app it crashes and returns to low in memory warning.And now the resolution automatically drops to 480p. Can someone please to my house come and replace or fix it ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare jiomesh was delivered yesterday & sine today morning it’s not working. The location where my jio tvbox is working the mesh is showing red light. In the same location it was working yesterday. Called customer care 3times but no one could help. Please suggest

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's the point in raising a service request and booking a slot if it is not followed up. On top of of it it has been over 24 hours no update /calls on the request raised.

    @JioCare Loyal Jiofiber customer in Mumbai for 2 years. Unable to shift our connection to new home since >2 weeks. Stuck in an endless loop of your backend IT system. No one is able to resolve after hours of follow up. Pl. Help ASAP. Else sadly will have to disconnect JIO
