@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service. Requested for new sim delivery, made 99 Rs payment twice on 18/04 and both the time received message due to address mismatch process couldnt complete. No refund received. Customer care not helping. Pathetic service

@airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway
