    @TRAI @reliancejio’s sales executive has cheated me by taking 3000 rs for annual recharge and did only one month recharge. Have tried all avenues in last 3 weeks but no help! @TRAI request your help and intervention

    @Airtel_Presence Indeed, even I feel its time to move on after getting unsatisfactory service from you, twice raised complaints as I am unable to make calls from the last 20 days but no resolution or even a call back from your team. What say @JioCare @reliancejio do you treat customers the same?

    @JioCare how i supposed to get ur attention... Pathetic customer service care... My jio fibre not working for past 4days so many complaint have been done to ur helpline number no response... Neither ur engineer visit to resolve my issue. Pls 🙏 help me asap
