  @JioCare Plus, there is absolute no way to connect to a human, and check when the issue would actually be resolved. The chatbot keeps going in circles, with no option to talk to any agent and get clarity. The ambiguity makes it more frustrating. @JioCare, do better. 4/4

  @JioCare @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet I urge you to disconnect immtly & refund the security deposit at the earliest

  This is the level of @JioCare that they publically reply to your tweet and ask you to reply in DM, and when you reply in your DM, they ghost you there and you keep asking them questions. Such an irritating service. Thankfully I have initiated process for shifting to Airtel.
