  @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

  @JioCare So, today is 4th day and still no resolution. Why are you not processing my refund. Let me move to Airtel where I never encountered such issues. Infact, there customer care is empowered in comparison to JIO... You are just wasting time and energy... Leading to frustration.

  Its day 8. Nothing happen. I have tried a lot, these Jio guys are not repairing JioFiber Outage in my area. @jiocare there is no bad wheather but when i try to contact customer support they tell that due to bad wheather we are not able to resolve.
