    @JioCare I have done this "reboot" exercise so many times. It doesn't resolve the problem. The problem may either be at the server, or the box installed at the spot for providing connections. May be the overhead wire cracked somewhere.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi ! I am a Jio Fibre user since September 2020. Internet speed & connectivity were good at starting. But the connectivity is often interrupted for last 4-5 months now. Connectivity is extremely low since last week. Service ID 5223574280

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my jio fiber connection one month back but refund not yet credited in my account. Your customer care services so pathetic..they don't have any proper justification on my queries.

    @JioCare worst installation experience ever on the installation day the installation guy forgot some box which he need to connect and told me that he will visit again next day and install it and put wire inside have been calling him regularly but
