    @JioCare For that I had to forcefully use the whtsap on the number at last, because there was no solution provided after 3-4 days of constant Follow-ups on emails, calls, chat , Twitter.

    @JioCare Please help me. I’m student from J&K and my father is a farmer. I have JEE Exam in April and I’m doing self study but I don’t have enough data. Initially I study next day when data end but now it’s exam time. Help me @ril_foundation otherwise my 3 Year will went in vain.

    How @reliancejio fooling us with #jio5g #JioTrue5G. A Thread- 1) I had bought 5G phone with all 12 5G bands available in India. On 2 February 2023. 2) Than I had contacted @JioCare Customer Care for the process to start Jio 5g. 3) They told for fulfilling these 5 Criterias -

    Jio seems to be very slow in Chennai in the last few days. Was using Airtel 5G for a month. It was really fast. Now started using jio. Seems to be very slow. @JioCare anybody faces the same problem

    @JioCare I am facing high packet loss, please help. Everything is fine after midnight or 1am, but in noon and evening, it's always lag, slow loading, high packet loss.

    @JioCare I have two seperate JioFibers slowing down in my building, both belonging to me. The plans on both of them are 100mbps but I am only getting 5mbps on average. The location is Sundarpur, Zoo Road (RGB Road), Guwahati, Assam - 781005.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Hi Everyone, I am using JioFiber at my home and have received the worst service ever. All the executives are saying that their team will come but it didn’t. J didn’t expect this from Jio ever. Pathetic Service provided.Take action Asap.
