    @JioCare Understand the issue first. The cancellation happened because of poor hardware quality and non availability of proper hardware.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number the amount was debited, but the plan is NOT reflecting in my account. To make matters worse, I’m getting an error when trying again, and there is zero support available to lodge a complaint.Resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare One of most 3rd class after sales service provider on 9th of May 26 I raised relocation request and as per availability asked for 10th of May 26 between 10 to 12 am same confirmed but after 2 hrs without customer concern and suitability they change relocation date & time

    @JioCare troubleshooting steps shared by you in inbox are only for one handset, but the issue is happening with all Jio SIMs and multiple different handsets in our house. Fixing settings on one mobile will not resolve the problem for every SIM. 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @JioCare very disappointed with the network in Delhi at pin code 110042 my office facing issues with 5G from last 4-5 days now it started at my home also at 110085 And reply I get that jio has limited network coverage At the same place where network was good earlier Thwarted
