    @JioCare @reliancejio Ticket opened on May 18 and still no resolution. Entire weekend wasted waiting for an engineer visit that never happened. Multiple follow-ups, zero accountability and no proper update. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer service.

    @reliancejio @gujarat_titans @GoogleIndia Yes say no more to jio! Idk why on every Sunday in my area there is no 5G network. Why you called your cheap 4g True 5G? When can't provide 5g network. I think I should switch to Airtel , atleast they provide better ping, internet speed unlike True 5g 🤡

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am currently living in bengaluru central and there is no network and internet is also very very weak there is good services. If you take full amount from people then its you duty to give good services. It is from past 6 months i don't know why you do this.
