    I am officially canceling my @JioCare AirFiber. Enough is enough. Every month: 10 days of NO internet. Every day: 5 spam emails/SMS demanding bill payment. Your "4-hour resolution" promises are a TOTAL FRAUD. Third-grade support, zero accountability, Come collect your equipment.

    @JioCare so worst service by Airfiber. Internet speed is so slow that, even TV can't watch properly. It is the situation in a Jamnagar city. Chiii, so bad service that we can't download/play a game properly. Where my friend enjoying the life with Airtel. Scenario in it's own city

    @JioCare Aur upar se aise reply dete ho jaise customer hi galat ho. Problem genuinely exist karti hai tabhi log complaint karte hain Agar network issue months tak same rahe aur har baar bas wahi copy paste replies mile to frustration hota hai
