    After following up for last 8 days with Customer Care of my Jio Fiber connection. The scheduled visit of engineer is just rescheduling every other day. and Customer care executive are so liars and rude that they just keep you hanging and hanging @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Customer, We are facing a temporary service interruption in your area since 01:09 PM, due to which services for your JioFiber Connection may be affected. We expect this to get resolved by 17-07-2026 05:09 PM. “Instead of temporary this is permanent.”

    @reliancejio don't launch 6G, 5G sucks and 4G is much faster than 5G, what jio is improving is price on customer but not the services. Price is inversely proportional to services and price is getting hiked always.
