    I also request compensation for the repeated outages. Kindly calculate the cumulative downtime since installation and extend my plan validity accordingly, as I have been unable to use the service for several hours on multiple days due to these interruptions @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I understand restoration takes time, but today is effectively the 3rd day of the outage. I recharged my AirFiber to use the service, not to wait for days without internet. Who will compensate me for these 3 days of lost service while my plan validity continues to decrease?

    @JioCare @JioCare I request that my complaint be immediately escalated to your Nodal Officer/Appellate Authority. I have already provided every detail requested by your team multiple times, including my ORN, Service IDs, registered mobile numbers, executive details, and supporting info.

    @JioCare Also we called his Boss Irfan, he told him also I will not fix it do whatever you want to. Now I am on verge of abusing Jio, whats my fault in all this. Can you simply close my account and refund my money. I cannot take this kind of stress.

    Using @JioCare since 2019 Worst network experience in the Capital New Delhi For 1 year I’ve been complaining, but no improvement. Today I had to stand 30 minutes at a shop just to make a simple payment because your network FAILED. Imagine the embarrassment #JioDown #FRAUD

    Very 😭 with @JioCare. I rchg ₹1551 for IR before travelling to the UK, but still no Jio network, no OTPs no roaming service. Tried every troubleshooting step, but nothing works. Total waste of money. If you’re travelling abroad, THINK 2 before relying on this service. #Jio
