@reliancejio @PunjabKingsIPL I think it's time to port out from Jio as you are not able to solve a single problem. Why I am not able to call railway helpline 139? During such critical time shameless Jio is intentionally creating such problems.

@JioCare Your customer care service is one of the most pathetic. I bought ISD plan and nobody knows how to activate it. MyJio App shows it in queue from last 4 days. After 10 minutes of useless IVR flow I get to speak to a lady who sounds like talking in sleep , totally clueless.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have booked Jio fiber yesterday and done with the payment, after that executive who came for the registration not picking up the call and no response or not any update when will the installation done. Not picking customer's call is not a right thing.
