    @JioCare I have canceled my connection but no one came to pick the device yet and customer care is telling me that I have rebooked the connection. Are you serious? You are neither ready to provide service nor cancel the connection just because you don't want to refund money?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I wanted to get a Jio phone and placed an order online. The website says it’s 1499 but the person who came to deliver me said it’s 2000 as his manger is asking for the same. I don’t know how much should I pay. 1499 or 2000? Help!!!
