    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer services, if someone wants to connect to share the problems he or she is facing while using jiofiber, not a single source available where one can talk to a human. Just a bunch of useless bots everywhere (my jio app, helpline no, whatsapp).

    @camohit_tax @JioCare @acaanimesh Didn't expect this from Jio. Stop calling yourself No. 1 If you have such low customer service standards !! You need to understand the inconvenience caused to customer due to your non responsiveness as their entire work gets hampered due 2 this. Pls awake & solve this immediately
