    @narsam87 @JioCare Raise it to customer care (which is pathetic), raise it to local nodal authority, if still not solved then raise the problem to appellate authority, that's how your problem will be resolved, speaking from experience

    @JioCare They were simply updating the comments (I was getting an SMS) that 'customer has requested for hold for installation ' wherein I haven't asked fr any such ...I wanted the connection on urgent basis

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I placed cancellation request on 21Aug,22- SR00001DJL6D. No device pickup up till now despite so many calls to customer care.Really disappointed.Kindly expedite the device pickup it was installed at the time of activation

    @JioCare I don't want any further jio connection..themobile network in our area(Malleshwaram, Bangalore) has been off in our area from July 9th 2022...no resolution till date fr that also...@TRAI
