    @JioCare Jio, clearly you’re not interested in fixing the problem. You keep sending scripted replies while the network/internet issue remains unresolved. Stop wasting my time with copy-paste responses. Fix the network or admit you can’t. Customers deserve a working service, not excuses.

    @JioCare @TRAI SR00003EH3DH is again marked “Resolved” while my issue is still unresolved. Home Care visit keeps getting rescheduled with no confirmed date. I’ll wait 3 more days. If unresolved, I’ll demand a refund and discontinue my Jio service.

    @JioCare As a result of frequent disruptions and raising frequent service requests, i am familiar with all you have written. Main point is regular disruption and careless service follow up. I am seriously in for switching provider. Jio may continue with poor service
