ANINDYA MUKHERJEE (@anindya_aani) reported@reliancejio JioAirFiber down since 14 Aug 10 PM. SR: SR00002NFR08. Complaint raised on 15 Aug but still unresolved. Engineer visit scheduled on 17 Aug, yet no resolution. Live Chat is useless and customer care is unreachable. Please fix this urgently.
