    @JioCare @reliancejio Quality service of Jio is getting worst & worst day by day, internet speed is very poor as well as voice quality too , very dissatisfied with Jio

    Dear @JioCare I'm using a Jio Bharat V4 Keypad phone. The designated recharge plans for this kind of Phone/Sim are not working on My jio app and any other third party recharge apps. I want real human support from your side. Please DM me. Thank you

    @reliancejio And then I just received a message that engineer will visit tomorrow at 11Am and again I'm trying to reach customer care. Just computer saying a same script again and again and call get hanged after 30 sec automatically..

    @JioCare Took Jio wifi connection on 25/june. Connection is dead from 3/July. SR-00003A7157. Registered Mobile Number - 94XXXXX161. Complaint not even attended since 2 weeks! HUGE mistake to have opted for jio, should have taken airtel instead !

    @JioCare Service requests are getting created from past 10 days. Daily the request status will be updated as rescheduled. Today as technician supposed to visit at 12 to 1 pm. Till now no one reached me out. In another 2 hours status will be changed and tecnician visit rescheduled

    @JioCare For +91-2231720754 jio fibre services are interrupted for many days. Customer care is useless. Please do something.
