    @JioCare It's now near 8 pm. Do you think a technician will visit today and fix the issue? The resolution time for my SR000016XUJ2 is 04 Oct 2021 11:18 PM. Neither I'm able to browse the internet and not able to view TV. Can you kindly contact the technician and ask him to expedite?

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service ever experienced from jio… i am a jio postpaid customer from last 1 year… from last 4 months i am not able to use the service due to **** network connection provided by jio💩💩💩. Finally Migrating to another provider @Airtel_Presence.

    @JioCare My connection nos +91-6542796870 is down another time, this time for last 3 days. And finally Jio fibre local team says we cant service ur area. Please see to it that your local executive Mr Tinku (nos 7903086289) is dealt for misleading us. Also let us know what do I do

    Will never recommend @reliancejio @JioCare number. Someone has mistakenly linked their phone number with my email. Their customer care simply cannot understand a request to de-link the email and phone number even after explaining the issue 4 times.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India After complaining thrice and after almost 5 months its sad to say , no resolution has been made of the unscheduled shut down of jio network . This is nothing but customer harrasment . Really disheartening.
