  @JioCare Hi Jio....I have an airtel number..I want to port into Jio... that's why i ordered jio sim online payment also done....home delivery. But your jio store people behaving like if you want sim come jio store other wise cancel order. We don't come. what is the solution.

  @jio_fiber @JioCare what is happening very other day. Exact 3:30 PM I am getting message of service disruption from JIO. Just now got it 9th time in last one month itself and it’s takes 3-4 hours to restore except one time it took 13 hours to restore. Do you want me to move out?

  @JioCare Paid ₹2,221, got promises instead of installation. Multiple deadlines missed, no updates, no accountability, no explanation. Worst customer experience I've had. #JioAirFiber

  @JioCare JioFibre down from ystrday 17 june 2026 at 3.45 pm at Garodia Nagar, Ghatkopar E, Mumbai. With no weather condition and it seems will not resolve until 19 June. In a city like Mumbai u are unable to sort it for so long. U serious??????

  @JioCare No update & no way to contact anyone. Customer care phone number just tells me to use the app, app has a booked relocation request (with completed payment) with scheduled date in the past! No customer support over the app too. This is crazy! @jagograhakjago @DoT_India
