    @JioCare @reliancejio Quality service of Jio is getting worst & worst day by day, internet speed is very poor as well as voice quality too , very dissatisfied with Jio

    @JioCare Now I called the customer care, and they replaced my STB, asked me to clear data of yt, cache and what not. Even after that they're not able to accept that this might be a backend issue and are not creating a ticket for the backend.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare .. I'm paying around 1.7k monthly for ur Jio fiber ...and in returning I'm getting pathetic speed from ur end .. Don't u have any conscience man .. I called customer care .. they told They will log a service request.. Which is not done ..Kudos to u

    @reliancejio fiber not working for over 24 hours. Every time they just increase the time till which services are interrupted. First time it has happened and I got to realise how poor their service is.

    Daily frauds conducted by Airtel-Jio Duopoly. While Airtel has stopped its popular low cost Prepaid plan in ANTICIPATION of increased charges,Jio frequently puts its internet down to cut costs. My @reliancejio connection is down since last 10 days but @JioCare app is so.....

    @JioCare Jio patience does not work if we don't reply to emails of party or government than they treat us negative. Please give me any temporary wireless wifi so that My work is not heldup

    @JioCare Dear JioFiber @JioCare It's already August 13, 2026, and no engineer visited my location I coordinated with your local representative regarding the installation,they  told me that my building ID had been deleted. Whether this is an issue on your end or your representative's,?
