    @JioCare @reliancejio Quality service of Jio is getting worst & worst day by day, internet speed is very poor as well as voice quality too , very dissatisfied with Jio

    @JioCare Service request ID - SR00002NIM06 My Jio AirFiber connection was installed around one and a half years ago. Due to water entering the fiber cable, the connection gets disrupted repeatedly. Similar issues have occurred once or twice earlier as well; 1/3

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI improve the network connection what's the point of recharging a hefty amount if you can't provide services your 5g is just a scam. Jio is just creating a blunder improve the network connection or you will lose your loyal customer.

    But their #AI is well trained to cut off your #services if the bill is paid a minute late to cut off the connection. But #customer experience is the last thing they have even looked at taking care of. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre

    @reliancejio it is more than 2 1/2 hours that JIO Wi-Fi is not available in Kalpataru RADIANCE Gurgaon and their CUSTOMER CARE executives are just bluffing. They go on to tell us switch on. Switch off the router. JIO Wi-Fi is the worst Wi-Fi provider in India now,

    They have #bots everywhere that will keep pushing out standard messages. No resolution of problems to their customers. They just don't care. You have to plead to them if you are their customer. @reliancejio @jiocare @jiofibre

    @JioCare Just got call from @JioCare & this time girl other side has given the same old excuse that the condition of connectivity in your area is not upto the mark. We are working on it. We can give you smooth 5G once it solved. When I asked for expected date, she said nothing & hang up
