    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @JioCare Why the is service is too bad.. we can't call 198, or we can't chat in my jio App. It's totally in AI control. In what's app they are not much responding they giving 198.. or some other no. To call.. Totally it's worst to contact to customer service

    @reliancejio As covid pandemic is there in entire country we supposed to work from home. Since there is no availability of jio fibre in my location it is hard to work. Kindly help me establishing my connection as there is availability of jio fibre near me but not at my location.

    @JioCare @Tarun07210617 hi, last month i ported my mobile numbr from Vi to Jio network. but i have a issue with your network. my number does not getting missed call alerts services from your side i complained many times in your customer care but no resolution from there side so pls help in this issue
