    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @JioCare I want to know the replacement policy for remote Control of STB for technical fault (Not physical damage) I am fed up with @reliancejio . Every time your engineer suggest for change of connection for technical fault of device or ask for payment.

    Don't know what's happening even though you guys closed SR00001EX7CS, again I'm facing this same issue on my Samsung S22 Right now I'm unable to make VoLTE calls like I can't hear them & they can't hear me not any particular number but on every number be it @reliancejio or nonJio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear customer, we have tried to reach you several times for the pick up of your JioFiber device, ref Service ID . Due to non return of the device, we will not be able to process any applicable refund for your permanently deactivated JioFiber account.WHAT A JOKE
