    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    It has been more than 48 hours since I booked my @reliancejio Fibernet connection, first you assign someone to install the same gets cancelled within half an hour on its own siting a technical delay, @JioCare please help i can't login to my job...

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Your agent in Kolkata called to explain that the previous modem and plan had some issues so he changed the modem and plan to a 3 month prepaid with 2 months free plan. Now i am getting message to pay up to renew. The gentleman promises visit but doesn’t

    @JioCare Problem resolved but after 4 days from the day of complaint. So kindly extend 4 days of my plan. The customer support executive also assured us that we will do it for you but they haven't done it yet.
