@JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

@JioCare What is this happening? I was watching a YouTube Video with 900+MB remaining in my Daily Quota. But suddenly 5-7 mins later I got a message that I have exhausted my Daily Data! How can my Data get exhausted in 5-7 minutes? Pls resolve this issue and reimburse my data.

@imshubhamnayak @JioCare Well, gone are the days of BSNL where numbers required separate validity recharge and deactivated if you didn't use them. I don't think your Jio number would get deactivated. I've left my Jio SIM unused and un-recharged for 6-7 months and it was never deactivated. You're okay. Dw

@JioCare Why do u need my personal number & address I m not the only one who is facing this issue u should ask ur people who r in system. I m from a village name chhelkani 10 km away from seraikella a district of Jharkhand. u don't deserve to be called a 4g service provider anymore
