@JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

@JioCare I want to know the replacement policy for remote Control of STB for technical fault (Not physical damage) I am fed up with @reliancejio . Every time your engineer suggest for change of connection for technical fault of device or ask for payment.
