@JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

@JioCare @reliancejio here's my complaint no. SR000013VEA0 just take away this **** box (cause we can't call it internet gateway) from my house and return the security amount. Since 2 days I'm unable to work and your customer care executive is saying she can't do anything.
