@JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

Never seen such a stupid telecom service provider. @MIB_India please look into this. This is disgusting that after paying huge charge to @reliancejio no jio fiber broadband service is available. No customer support. Shameless.

@AquariusPriya @reliancejio @JioCare Its really an example of bad service. They should have taken the prompt action. I have also Wrote an email to them after paying the amount due till that date, however, neither I have got confirmation of disconnection nor any official approached me, rather they charged me.
