    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    Nothing is provided for free by @reliancejio. If @JioCare cannot solve the problem instantly, validity compensation should be provided. As per my experience of using #jiopostpaid, the outgoing gets barred instantly if we are late even for a single day. @TuntunY83422296

    @JioCare is India's worst network provider they don't listen to their customers, In my area, I had very poor internet issues last past 1 year but they don't solve my problem @TRAI please help me

    @JioCare You engineer visit was scheduled on 15th Sep at 7 pm then on 16th Sep at 12:37 pm and then on 3 pm and at last 5 pm. Till now you people are just rescheduling the visit. If today issue is not solved, I am going to throw this Jio Fiber box and will file Case against you people.

    I have purchased Jio Fiber postpaid connection at dated 09/09/2022 after 4 days router has not worked properly. After that I am raised the complain with service request number SR00001DWHAS but till date no any response from Jio care office.@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    Link has been down since I got #jofiber connected.I could not use even for a single minute after the connection @reliancejio.Now @JioCare says they cannot compensate for the Validity wasted without any fault of mine. Is there any provision to fight for this in @consumerforum_

    Wow super customer service, when customer is in distress none of the customer service people have courtesy to listen and straight upfront disconnecting the call am fed I don’t think my issue would be fixed and I don’t know whom to write @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima
