    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello jio team I am a jio home customer. I just wanted to confirm that why I am not given a privilege to watch tv channels on my mobile as well and why I need a separate subscription plan for mobile even though I am a jio home customer unlike airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RIL_Updates Is the network issue occured recently or its pre existing at this location? because i have been using my mobile data since long and I never faced any such issue. if such situation is occuring now then better you fix this asap for others as well

    @JioCare Please re-read my tweet. The issue isn't that the team didn't reach—the issue is that they brought used, unsealed equipment from another site and refused fresh stock. ​I need a brand-new, factory-sealed kit for installation under Order ID NO0001ETAJOY.

    @JioCare You will resolve the issue only when the engineer (Rantu Borah)will visit . Scheduled time was 5.30pm -6:30 pm . Yet no one visited, last time also it took 7 days to make visit, now same story is repeating. You people have any shame left or not. I don’t want your **** service.

    One of the worst decision of my life to switch to airtel from jio, no internet at all nor 5G nor 4G works at my house, even a single video buffers, @TRAI should have a condition where i can revert back to old network earlier then 3 months of waiting @airtelindia @JioCare ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is no way to connect with a real customer support executive except by posting on X. Very poor customer service compared to other operators. Even after multiple requests, I still don't have a resolution. Please call me ASAP instead of sending generic replies. @reliancejio
