    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @JioCare you are repeating the same hand written notes which your customer care executive did in call. I would like to repeat here that this is not helping at all. Kindly arrange engineer visit to my home asap. My STT AND REMOTE IS NOT WORKING.

    @JioCare What happened no one has bothered attained? My Netflix is still not working. And charges are collected in advance in 21st june ,prior to exactly one month.

    @JioCare I have shared the details, again tried to connect on the toll free number and pre recorded message is being played.. it's a sheer misuse and arm twisting tactics.. payment and don't get service @DoT_India Please look into it

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio @JioCare around 10 days and jio fibre still not working. And your answer as always it is technical issue and will fix soon instead of taking strict action on person who is involved in this.

    @JioCare from last 2 months internet is not working on my Jio number , Jio person told it wil take 2 to 3 months to resolve, how is it possible, you wil wave of my monthly bill if proper service is not provided? Never port to jio , very slow speed network

    @JioCare please arrange an enginner/or have your backend team fix an issue that has been recurring from Day 1. I have raised multiple concerns with uour Customer Care, but there has never been a positive response.
