    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    Pathetic service by @JioCare. My JioFiber has been facing issues since 29.06.2026. It was restored on 01.07.2026 for only a few hours and went down again. Even now, the connection has not been stabilised. Repeated complaints, but no permanent resolution.

    I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Fiber order id - NO0001DUVO7S Because of dishonesty and poor communication from salesrep, I ordered a cancelled on my jio fiber order and requested refund of 3300 INR on 5th June 2026. I was told a refund will be made in 7 days, no refund yet.

    @JioMart @reliancejio shameless people from jiomart, it's been 5 days since the delivery date of the product. Customer care is not bothered, they are not refunding money and cancelling the order. I am never ever gonna order from jiomart again.

    I woke up at 1pm and i have some of mb available from by 2 gb plan and have 3gb data available from my 39 rupees plan and how is this possible that my all data is finished it’s a mistake by your side how is this possible is didn’t use my data Help me asap @reliancejio @JioCare

    Extremely frustrating! @JioCare @reliancejio processed and closed my SR number SR00003A1BOD without providing any resolution or contacting me. Expected better service from Jio AirFiber. Please reopen this immediately and resolve the issue! #JioAirFiber #JioCare
