    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @JioCare just exhausted of the customer service for jio fibre local persons promised one day installation and i paid for 3 months then the sudden change of attitude no one came for installation i dont get any response in customer care @airtelindia please come to my town 636401

    @bissuusingh @JioCare Seriously, I got a call from customer care and she says in their app it's shows its not compatible! She is asking me to buy a 5g phone for it! Hopeless people! Can't hire people who can create a proper app that actually tells which phone is 5g enabled and which is not!

    @JioCare even my neighbours are also using 5G network but on my number I am not getting 5G signals even I have done all the settings in my mobile and my mobile also support 5G networks @JioCare

    @reliancejio the problem is now very frequent. I do not receive sms and then have to toggle flight mode to receive sms. I am not using your 5G service as the call drop issue is there. Now i am facing an SMS delivery issue in 4G.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the technicians comes and tell to not call customer care and directly call them fix this Them telling you that they don’t have any slots free, and then they be like fixing the internet on the same day, if we call them directly.
