    @JioCare my father’s jio no- +91 70003 86918 has suddenly stopped working, internet works just fine but no incoming or out going happening. Tried speaking to on customer care, but wasted 10 mins without any solution.

    @JioCare You guys don’t have sufficient team on ground, JIO employee here told that too many complaints are pending it may take 2 - 3 days for my issue to be resolved, It’s my mistake that I recharged for a half yearly plan yesterday, refund it, cancel the connection, close the matter

    @JioCare It is ridiculous that, aftr several follow up in twitter, issue is still unresolved. Neither the call centre no is getting through . Meantime @JioCare has generated my bill . @j_anujj really disappointed with the way things are handled pls help.

    @JioCare I had Rs699 internet plan but all of a sudden I am charged over 1300 for a month. The guy on the phone says there's no 699 plan anymore. But that doesn't mean you will arbitrarily charge whatever you want without asking me. Please tell how to fix it.
