    @JioCare But across my locality almost everywhere the service is available and just few 100 meters away my area is lacking. I am trying for the service since last year but till now the distributors are only making excuses.

    Hello @JioCare , regarding the issue of the extra money taken during the installation, the service ticket has been closed , and no refund for the extra amount which was paid during the installation time of JioHome has been returned Shall I assume this is how you solve it ??.

    @reliancejio My area Kheri Town,Pin Code 262702. Jio Fiber has been completely down in our area for the last 5 days. No one is responding to our complaints.We have been informed that the local Jio Fiber support person/vendor has left the job. Please resolve this issue urgently

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you dont wont to allow to port then tell it very clearly. Why so much restriction. Following up with last 1.5 months still no luck UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

    @JioCare Mr Harshit I am not desperate to get my money back as soon as possible. Plz adress my problem why you cancelled my installation when there was not any problem at my end. You did this Just because I asked your installation person to do the installation next day. I need answer.
