    @JioCare The technician came to my apartment but he did not install mine instead he installed other persons wifi. So after having a horrible experience with service I have asked for refund. The number given by customer care was not even of Technician. Is jio net running or closed

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hopeless & worst ever internet service providers #internetservice Pls do not opt for @JioFiber connection. TAT to fix internet issues in a metropolitan city like Bangalore is more than a week's time. Your service validity will not be compensated at any cost

    @JioCare Here in Madhubani medical college, Madhubani. Jio network connectivity is very bad. We are 800 m Away from the jio tower. Now I regret for my decision of porting from Airtel to jio.
