    @JioCare Worse services false commitment from agents to change my plan. Department expect me to provide me the exact time while I received call. I gave emails proof and told the exact date as well. Pathetic service and been paid so much as the plan was not changed by your agent.

    Never go for a @excitel_rocks if you even get it for free pathetic speed and worst customer service on complaints followup Even @reliancejio 4g sim is giving a better speed than a 300mbps fibre @excitel_rocks connection

    @JioCare It's been 24 hrs i have no signal. It's a regular issue since 3 months. Atleast 5 hrs i will not signal. quality of services of JIO is absolutely worst. When u guys are not capable of addressing a minimum issue, please don't promise big. It's being charged not free.
