    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare i have been trying from last30 minutes to connect with jio care nothing is working facing issue with my dads jio data pack.he exhausted todays data and i have already recharged 61rs extra data pack but its not visible in plan but visible in recharge plan

    Worst broadband services possible provided by @JioCare fiber. Every month broadband is down for 2-3 days completely in a place like Mumbai

    Gonna File A case in consumer court and in @TRAI against Reliance Jio @JioCare @reliancejio complaining from more than a month they just saying temporary issue we will fix this soon speed is in KB/s even sending a whatsapp text takes 1 minutes I am tired now

    Awful Jio Fiber services. I am sick of raising issues across multiple platforms.. chatbot, online-chat, whatsapp, call. Disgraceful. My service requests are getting rescheduled since ages @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiber

    @reliancejio Need support- I requested for disconnecting jio broadband for last 2 weeks. Jio confirmed about disconnecting the line within 48 hours but no luck. 4 tickets raised in 2 weeks, all the tickets are closed without actually disconnecting. My jio billing is on.
