  @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.   My jio internet router has not been working since more than a month and the jio helpline is useless. The funny part is they are not taking the compliant down so that technician can come to the house to fix the issue . @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio
