    Hello, @JioCare The day before yesterday I got a system update in VIVO X60. After updation my Jio SIM is not working while calling. Internet is working fine.Pls look into the issue.

    @JioCare platform charges have been levied on my bill without prior intimation. Bill amount is double of my subscription. Struggling since yesterday to resolve this. Not able to reach ur customer care. Pl call back.
