    @JioCare But across my locality almost everywhere the service is available and just few 100 meters away my area is lacking. I am trying for the service since last year but till now the distributors are only making excuses.

    Jio internet services are getting pathetic worst ...past 3 days i didn't have internet at my place.daily i am calling customer service but no response till now. i do have airtel internet at my office and never face this kind of pathetic service.@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare If no engineer visits and resolves the issue by 13 May, I will disconnect this Jio connection and switch to Airtel. Waiting for more than 2 days without internet is not acceptable.

    @JioCare I have already tweeted 3–4 times explaining that there are 5–6 Jio SIMs in our house and none of them get proper network inside the house. But instead of fixing the actual network issue, your team keeps giving settings-related suggestions for particular handsets.1/2

    @JioCare The landmark near my location is PUSO (PIN Code-835302).The Jio tower installed there is approximately 3km away from my current location.The main issue is that the internet completely stops working at times. During this period, no app or web. works at all including the jio app

    @JioCare Again the automated msg. What's wrong with you guys. I have told multiple times that you are disconnecting the call with the automated bot msg. No human interaction. Trying to reach humans in jio service for more than a year.

    @reliancejio @PMOIndia I requested on 1st May and today is 12th May,These type of service given by jio,very disappointed and also I received daily one no to connect but while I calling they disconnect my number,very worst services from reliance jio,no one can हीर,

    @JioCare Same issue again and still no proper resolution. Paying full amount for unstable AirFiber and poor network service is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a permanent fix ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber #PoorService

    @JioFiber @reliancejio This is absolutely pathetic! 😤 I've raised multiple complaints about poor broadband connectivity,ZERO action taken. Your customer care is non-existent. At this point, just help me close my connection so I can move to a provider that actually cares.
