@BvashR @reliancejio Step away from Jio. Poor customer support. Till today after being disconnected my broadband for more than 10 days, no one seems to come and collect their modem and router. Same kid of response in fixing the issues as well

@JioCare strange but true when i choose ENG the AGENT will speak in HIN. Even after explain the whole issue asking the same question again and again with no logic. I told her 15 hours passed and my JIO Call APP showing offline and i cant make , receive calls and SMS as well so
