@JioCare Really bad experience with jio fiber. My jio fiber connection was activated on 19th July 2021. Till now due to some backend server issue the connection in not live till now. Despite numerous complaints no solution has been provided. Complaint id SR000015V9S5

@MukeshAmbanima @JioCare @reliancejio 1st impression is last impression.just shifted from BSNL to JioFiber last 5 days I did continuous follow up for connection installation,really pathetic experience.2nd day post installation, service is down.BSNL was slow but reliable

@JioCare I have already written multiple times. But there is a fixed response that this is a temporary congestion issue and will be resolved soon. Stop making fool. My number will switch into other network in next 2 days. This will be my third permanent connection in @ViCustomerCare

I and my family have been loyal @Airtel_Presence customer since the past 15 years but I think it is the right time to switch to @JioCare now. I want to repeat I never had such bad experience with any other service provider.
