If there is some problem with the local jio representative then is jio not responsible for investigating the issue,why jio is just focusing on fooling people and making money and not focusing on providing good service, whom should a normal prople connect in case of issue.@JioCare

@JioCare I was outside signal strength was perfectly fine. I have tried multiple times. I have checked with the jio app whether it's using the 5G network or not. But certainly it's using 4G even though the network is showing 5G. @JioCare

Highly disappointed with Jio Fiber. I got Jio fiber installed in Oct 2022 and paid advance rental for 1 month. I raised request to cancel subscription and refund money within 2 days due to their poor services. But still chasing thm @reliancejio @JioCare #JioTrue5G #Jiodown
