@JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

@JioCare But I got a IVR call and says directly pay the bill or service will be discontinue and here I twitter with you & you all are saying it's just reminder, one side disconnection I am ready to disconnect my jio refund my balance amount I will happily disconnect i advice others too

@reliancejio has really bad service i have 2 sims airtel and jio with 2gb/day on jio and 10gb total data on airtel and i end up using airtel's data and jio's data left unused because low speed always buffering slow in every aspect. Gonna port as soon as plan ends on jio #Jiodown
