@JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

@JioCare we are using jio fiber since last 1 year and no db in our apartment we have 10 to 11 connection and there is no db data box as wire is stretched from back side society and trucks and monkeys break the wire this is the main trouble to us. I want solution for it.

@JioCare Now, again ur services are down and when I called ur call centre they told that there is no possibility of extension of my validity. I want a clarity as to why am I being denied my validity extension when the fault is yours and I am suffering and also paying for it.
