@JioCare Data speed is very slow since last 25 days. Calling problem also. I traveled in different locations of MP but same problem. I think speed of downloads reduced by by jio. Unable to use even100mb data out of 1.5gb due to slow speed.

@JioCare This is how you are resolving my issue, one your customer service agent is calling me and asking me about my data services. Your agent doesn't even know what is my issue ! So you are just trying to do formalities here and not at all working on the actual issue. Jio services Sucks

@TVHKrish @JioCare Really? Lucky one. My complaint pending since August 31. And people they send to try, like illiterates, through hit trial methods to resolve issue don't carry icards or vaccination certificates. Perhaps jio hires temporary labour for undertaking work
