@JioCare I'm using jiofibre for almost 7 months now with jio 4k hybrid stb but i must say it's very disappointing service.I'm using airtel dth for almost 13 years & it's awesome but jio is very average. Not getting good sound quality nor good internet coverage. Buffering problem

@reliancejio @JioCare totally frustrated with awful service by jio store hennur Bangalore. Small sim change 4 visits no solution. Store opens at 11am , only 1 employee present . Jio incharge sometimes on leave, comes late, server down, only excuses. Time to port !
