@JioCare I have complained every day to you since 8th August. Now I have decided not to complain and see how many days you take to resolve the problem. Kindly refund the recharge amount which is for service after 17th August. I shall recharge again after the internet becomes operational.

@JioCare Finally got some nice engineer Hari after long chase , who was energetic and very knowledgable - closed the issue quickly and resumed the service But Jio said they prioritise my case but never did it.

@JioCare Get it done by today evening i don't know else tomorrow im gonna return the engineer and don't want this s*itty service and get my refund.. i took leave from work for this installation and now you're making me suffer

After so many requests when @JioCare couldn't provide proper service and I was only getting robotic responses, I successfully canceled the connection. @reliancejio If you care for customers, show some interest in services rather than new connections only.
