@reliancejio @reliancegroup My father lost his Jio sim last month and went for sim replacement physically on 26th September, as fingerprint was not working due to his old age. After all documentation, it's been more than 15 days, he is still awaiting for the activation.

@JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.
