@JioCare I have logged a service request yesterday SR00001D0ZXX. It was scheduled for today 1pm. Then it was rescheduled for 5pm then 930pm and now tomorrow 2pm. I had request for escalation at 6pm and got assurance that your problem will get resolved today. Problem continues.
