Hello @JioCare @reliancejio , I’m facing repeated connectivity issue on jio Fiber number +91 11-35667733. Multiple technician visits were arranged for the same but the issue was not resolved. I called up toady at 2.30pm and the call was answered by some Bawli, (1/2)

I want to use @JioCinema but @JioCare & @reliancejio not allowing me to use it & watch #IPL I request many times for improving network/signals but no results found. They always reply me for sim eject & reinsert or change your mobile etc.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Dear jio, earlier we used get slow speed internet even after package is over, today I forgot to recharge my phone and there were no access to wifi .I was unable to connect anyone or do recharge. It made me feel stuck.pls add provision to recharge.
