    @JioCare For a normal broadband/fiber service issue, 15 days is generally far longer than customers would expect. Many providers aim to restore service within 24–72 hours, depending on the nature of the fault and local conditions.@JioCare @jio_fiber

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , I bought a new Jio SIM, but when I logged into @JioHotstar it showed another person's profile and watch history. Also, this new number is already linked to someone else's Instagram account. This is a serious privacy issue.

    @JioCare And the local team is not ready to support as according to them no complaint has been raised. Logging complaint via app or to connect with live agent, both options not there. Fix these issues and make your interface user friendly and contacting to support team hassle free.

    @JioCare This has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Despite approaching your team multiple times, no one has responded or resolved my issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, please communicate that clearly instead of making customers keep following up
