Hello @JioCare From past 2 days my wifi is off due to maintenance and after 2 days it's start working , I want my refund for 2 days off because you cut 15 Rupy per day for 30 days = 470/month So, I want my 2 days service which I paid.

@JioCare Service request no SR00001JG0RT has been raised, getting only 100mbps against 500mbps and as per customer care it will take 24 hrs to change the settings from backend. Very bad experience...
