    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service of Jio fiber, only making fool to customers in name of free trial. Still following up for full refund after 2 months of surrender. Pls think multiple times before opting for Jio Fiber.

    2/3 this is clearly unprofessional behaviour and pathetic services. On one side @JioCare claims best in class service and on other side employees line Randhir Ranjan are destroying Image of the Company I want strict action against this or else I will cancel my connection request

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing issues with jio fiber from a very long time. No one seems to fix the issue permanently. Gets disconnected every week. Feels like I have been back to stone age where there was no connectivity. Thinking of giving up my jio fiber connection.

    It is annoying to hear the remainder to recharge every single time when making a phone call. How is this even allowed. What if I'm in an emergency trying to make a call and I have to sit through those initial few seconds. Highly irritating. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I didn't knew Jio's technicians are astrologer. It's been 3 days jio fiber isn't working and technician without visiting my place claims that it will be last times problem of wire breaking and for now they don't have wires so he will come once he has wires. @JioCare @reliancejio
