    But after 7 days they started making excuses. Now they're telling me that it's a 14 days policy....what kind of policy is this ? This is the worst experience i had with jio. This is how they treat their customers, making excuses after taking money from their customers @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup My father lost his Jio sim last month and went for sim replacement physically on 26th September, as fingerprint was not working due to his old age. After all documentation, it's been more than 15 days, he is still awaiting for the activation.

    @JioCare sir we are facing a lot of problems in our area without network. here 4 to 5 thousands people suffer due to bad network of jio .if u r not resolve our issue we all are port to another no. Please solve our issue

    @JioCare I have requested Full DND to customer care they asked to send Stop 0 to 1909 and I have done that 3 days ago also I have tried to enable full dnd from jio app but it's failing. I don't want any disturbance especially rummy related promotion.
