    @JioCare Just **** with your apology. How many times you will modify the technician visit timing. Who is that moron who assigns timing of 7pm -8pm. Bloody ******* . Your engineer is so rude that he never picks the call. Change the timing to 11 am - 12 pm.I donโ€™t need your **** ๐Ÿ’ฉ apology

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of your staff members was very rude. He called me "Mr. Arvind" and was unwilling to provide any information. He was not helpful at all and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.asking help for 1 month

My internet has already been down for over 24 hours, my Sunday was wasted, and now Iโ€™m expected to miss work too. Please arrange the visit after 6 PM provide a practical solution.

    Regarding Customer service @reliancejio is far better than @airtelindia Requesting them to shift my WiFi connection to the adjacent building but they never came. They are least bother about customer's inconvenience. Have to surrender the connection and shift @reliancejio
