    Hey @JioCare how can i get your jio fiber connection? actually @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber is down and no one from support team is responding properly. fiber is broken in my area but not a single person is responding. every one saying dial 121 only. bad time of airtel.

    @JioCare I had taken a new fiber connection a month back and the service has been extremely pathetic. Almost 80% of the time there is outage. The agents and executives dont reply. Can you please help ? This is such horrible customer experience.

    @JioCare It’s been 5 days now. May I know what’s the update on my refund? If this is how you treat your customers after a failed transaction, I am afraid we will lose faith on JIO soon. Airtel is way way better than JIO in every aspect. I will soon port out. This is disgusting!!

    @JioCare @TRAI You ask me to validate my id proff without telling me which id proof to validate. You tell me that as per government regulation bu fail to tell me which regulation allowed that. I need an answer or I port back to Airtel.
