    @JioCare from 2 days in Shahdol near Kotwali network is down zero network when we cross this area to another network get back please resolve our problems more than 500 people effect from this

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 3 weeks and still no resolution. I don't think Jio is fulfilling the needs and expectations of their customers. Very disappointing 🙁

    @JioCare Yes the issue was resolved for 10 minutes, and again occurred few minutes after your technicians left.. Please reopen it and resolve the issue permanently..

    @JioCare #5YearsOfJio @JioCare @reliancejio There has been NO progress whatsoever and the problems have been continued for 1.5 mnths+. In this light, we're working, priority, etc, etc don't mean anything! Please process the refund and disconnection & update the time bound for doing so!

    @JioCare I have recently taken a new JIO connection and started facing internet issues in my house, you rep recommended I purchase JIO extender for 2499, however the JIO extender isn't supported with this new router you guys have given me. No help is provided hence I would like to cancel
