    @JioCare it’s been very bad experience with jio fiber I have taken connection on 5th April 2023 but still not installation done. Not getting any revert on mail also . I haven’t experienced this form jio team. It would be great if you can help.

    @JioCare I just selected plan of Rs 667 which didnot included call service...i did not know that ...i always recharged with Rs 666 & got both data & calls....& jio customer care was not helpful at all ..i want to change my plan ..

    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai Kindly send your staff to change the internet cable connecting from Jio Post to the house which got disconnected because of a tree felling. Service request no. SR00001JANXO. SMS says 4 days time which is too long.
