Every option is returned with message "Slots Not Available" What kind of service is this? The internet is shut since last 5 days and nothing has been done to resolve the same. Either resolve the issue or refund the subscription amount.

Instead, your sales representative misled me, collected ₹807, and then stopped answering calls or providing any updates. This has been a terrible experience.
