    @JioCare may I request you to please provide any ETA on this. we are still waiting for the services to resume since yesterday noon and all our work is suffering. this is required to explore any alternatives although I trusted the service and have jio plan subscribed till mid of next year

    @JioCare if the child numbers of a postpaid plus family connection of rental ₹999 exceeded their allotted data limits, then what will happened? Whether their data service will be pulsed or they will be charged charged as ₹10/GB?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia sudden interruption in network. Executives are asking for three days to solve the issue. How can we hold others for such time. Disappointment again and again. The service is indirectly proportional to the billing amount. @reliancejio - the saviour.

    It's been 8-9 days since my jiofiber not working. complained many times but always issue get's closed without resolving 🤷 and irony is your customer care executive don't have any idea about refund process Out of 40 days i have faced this 5 time Great Work! @JioCare @JioCareDTH

    @JioCare Dear JIO Team, Just 20 days before we have taken new JIO Fiber connection. From Day 1 it was found there are is some issue with Set Top Box and Remote. But Technicial not visiting and closing the ticket (SR).

    @JioCare I logged SR on 22nd till now you don't have Engineer? Then without visiting or resolving issue how can you close SR. There is no information to the customer about SR is closed.
