    Very poor experience with JioFiber. My connection is not working, and there is no proper way to connect with a customer support executive and speak to someone about the issue. Customers should have access to real support when the service fails. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am very very upset with the Jio digital service, my air fibre is not working since 22nd July, I have complained by email 6 times and called to customer care 10 times,not solved I asked to disconnect & remove the device but not done. Very very poor customer care

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a global SonyLIV issue and not account related do why would Jio need the registered mobile number? The feedback was for @SonyLIV to enhance their systems for Ease-of-use. I really hope somebody understands the feedback given in pain English, and they escalate.

    @Ramanand06X @JioCare The duopoly is not letting the benefits to be correctly transferred to customers and the staff generally shows the typical attitude - what options do you have man? Govt needs to make BSNL stronger with more support to Vodaphone Idea.
