    @JioCare I raised a complaint about my Jio Fibre connection today in the morning at 6.20 a.m. I was assigned a service/complaint code. Engineer was supposed to come at 4.30 p.m. I asked the customer care to escalate my complaint on a priority basis.

    @ajisharul @JioCare They used to do fake promises, they used to give fake commitments, they used to send fake complaint ids. Jio is fake. Never ever opt for jio. Think before u opt for jio services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Current location is Village:-Lakhnour, Dist-Madhubani, State-Bihar. JIO has own tower in this village but 4G speed below 1 MBPS. So network not stable. Indoor coverage Very poor. so how we can expect 5G. Please upgrade tower.

    @reliancejio I am cheated twice by your sales man and team lead agents for jio fiber services and new connection. My next action would be to file a police complaint against all for not delivering what was promised. I need to talk to higher authorities right now to look into it

    @JioCare Worst ever internet service/ access. Mobile data activation leads to unavailability of Jio Network. Facing this for 2 days. 121 days remaining. Although I have applied for port out Jio. How this Jio will be able to provide 5G services ? First of all, mend 4G? Mukeshji.

    @JioCare I updated my jio fiber plan to avail Jio Set top box. My Service request number is SR00001EFU53 open since 8th October as set top box is yet not installed. I am calling Jio Fiber on daily basis but only the installation dates are getting rescheduled innumerable times.
