    Ported from @reliancejio to @ViCustomerCare on 20th April, still my number hasn't deactivated in jio, how long will you take to port into your network @ViCustomerCare ??? I heard it's within three days if it's a same district. But nothing happened so far it's already 4 days

    @JioCare My Jio mobile no is 9830576797. Problem is with all the websites. WhatsApp video and audio not able to download. Calls are cracking both sides incoming and outgoing. My complete postal address,though already shared via chat is 106, Kiran Chandra Singha Road, Shibpur,Howrah 711102

    @reliancejio service is super poor .. complaint can only b generated through app..there is no proper response..my internet is down since 4 days ..no skilled engineer has been sent for resolving it ..i can neither use inet nor access tv ..very disappointed..Ahmedabad jio service

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2
