    Worst broadband experience ever. I paid for an 18-month JioFiber connection, but the service has been down for over 48 hours. No engineer visit, no proper support, no accountability. Customers deserve better. Resolve this immediately or issue a refund. @JioCare

    @JioCare has a funny way of handling complaints. First they make it utterly impossible to raise a service request. But when you are finally able to raise the request their backend team will close it without resolving it. And then the whole cycle starts again. Pathetic.

    @JioCare @reliancejio already shared but ur team is unable to fix the issue...just making the money by installing the worst airfiber...airtel was much better planning to reinstall that..if issue not resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio sim got disconnected on 11 june, When I contacted Jio Customer Care, I was informed that reactivation can only be done by visiting a Jio Store in home state. Due to my schedule, I am unable to travel to home state, and I do not have leave available
