I am a jio user from Kolkata . I am getting text messages saying I have exhausted my data plan of 2gb for today when I have only used 982 mb . I have paid rs. 444 which means I should get 2gb on high speed internet . I can't even do my classes right now . Please fix it @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare My internet came down at approx 2pm today. I raised a query at 4pm. Its been 2hrs since then and no engineer has been assigned to my request and I have not received a single phone call from Jio giving me any update! I am baffled by the urgency shown here!
