@jiocare @reliancejio I have been trying to change my jio postpaid plan for last 16 hrs but your 24 hrs policy is keeping me away from Internet just because @airtel doesn't work at my current location but I would appreciate jio customer care took only 16 hours to pick my call.

Your service request number is SR00001CBCKT. You will receive an update by 2022-07-26T10:59:07. Nobody is interested to refund and collect router of jio fibre wifi. Kindly do needful. @reliancejio @JioCare local person giving false promising since 26.07.22.

@JioCare Hi Still the same situation nothing changes! The technician is saying it would be impossible to give you a new connection since your home is at a dist. >80m from the box. Its hard to understand as i already have a jio fibre connection in my home. Kindly resolve this issue.

@JioCare This is alrdy unsubscribed but unfortunately I had 2 pay for Amazon to get my plan restored. Point : they put army of people front, CC or mail without any system and many times they have to go bad times, listen offensive languages. YOU ALL DESRVE BETTER #JioAirFiber #JioFiber
