    @JioCare I think I got a good lesson for being patient which was asked by jio now engineer saying on my face that I will not come do whatever you want is this a way to talk to a customer trust me I didn't even said anything all I asked is to come as soon as possible SR00001BZN20

    @JioCare The installation process was scheduled on 2nd of July, 2022 at 4pm but nothing happened. Please make sure to cancel my order and refunds as if there is no immediate services then I don't want this and you should not give fake promises to the customers.

    @JioCare Your service request number is SR00001BZN20. You will receive an update by 05/07/2022 14:37. Just received a response from engineer stating that he will not come do whatever you want to do such a nice people in jio all I asked is to come early that's all

    @JioCare I tried to reach local service team but they keep on delaying the installation process as it was scheduled on 2/7/2022 at 4pm. No installation process has been initiated yet and the service team is not providing any updates. So I want to cancel my order and need refund.

    @JioCare Thanks for pathetic customer service. I have now switched back to Airtel, this time its fibre. Jio engineer called me after 4 days I raised the concern. Its now been 2 days since I moved to Airtel.
