Dear @JioCare if you can't provide proper network then you have no right to charge 500 rs per month this is pathetic. It seems you provide 2G network service. Poor jio solve my problem I pay you only for internet and if I can't you then I can't pay ok. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

@JioCare @reliancejio If you don't have customer care service for e-sim then don't mention your number below "How to Apply for e-Sim". It's misleading. And also, don't say that it will get activated within 24 hours whereas it takes 30 days (or more).

@JioCare Even after sending you a private message, I haven't got a reply back. Is this all a joke to you guys ? It's been almost a month that I'm not able to use my e-SIM. If you can't help, then delete customer care service number from your website. It's useless. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare No need send anyone as there was no response from your side and in 3 days no engineer visited to resolve my issue, I have opted airtel and you can collect your router whenever you have time .I will definitely ask my near and dear ones not to go with Jio wifi pathetic service
