  @JioCare However I have given my complaint no. I thought your team is that competent that, it do not issue same complaint no. to many JioFiber no. and hope was able to fetch, all the details. Kindly do some homework if you can not find my fiber no. Revt me back if you could not.

  @reliancejio Try restoring internet at 180 feet above sea levels. Not there for 6 days. (7.8kms away from @ambani residence). Never pay annual bill in advance. The team will abscond and you will have no service.

  @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 7 days in Village/Post Khukhundoo, Deoria (PIN 274501). Many users are affected. One customer even paid for a 1-year prepaid plan but cannot use the service. Customer support is not responding. Please restore the service immediately.

  @JioCare @trai I lost my phone andMy jio number has been deactivated on 16th June. I approached jio customer center . I got told I need to pay 400 rs instead of 50 rs SIM replacement fee. Is it legitimate?

  @JioCare Do you have any sense of accountability? It's been 3 days and my installation is still pending Took the payment upfront, but now neither your support team nor the engineer who completed my KYC and collected the payment is responding. Is JIO running without any responsibility?

  Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

  @JioCare For your information, Shirisha, this has happened multiple times. Technician appointments are repeatedly scheduled, but no one ever visits. Despite that, the complaints are automatically closed as "resolved" without any action. Please take this seriously, escalate the issue.
