    Jio network suddenly reduced internet speed. In our city, complited many times to jio customer service but no use. Before my internet speed is 3 to 4mbps per second. Now it's 100kbps is max,im using jio from last 5year. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio extremely sorry to say that since last two days the data of my mobile (7991168583)is being exhausted despite being switched off my mobile. Despite complain to customer care executive, it is not resolved yet. Please be looked into the matter as we love JIO.

    @JioCare I have already applied for installation/surrender of my jio fiber connection. Highle disappointed with customer service..no resolution in 5 days.very very very poor and pathetic services i wont recommend even my enemy to get jio fiber connection.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio As I was facing the internet issues & the technical team visits has nothing to do with it, so I’m repeatedly calling the customer service & clearly addressing them what exactly the problem is, but no one is taking Responsibility in solving the issue

    @JioCare It's been two month since I raised issue on this platform. Not even a single positive response yet. I don't think Jio is doing fast. If you want business then let me know, I can give you 100 converted leads on day 1.
