R (@RealRaghv) reported@JioCare FYI! Both the sim in my phone is of Jio and look at network of SIM2 compared to SIM1 before replying!!! There is issue with the sim card, I already asked you to get it replaced.

Can you please resolve the issue and look at the connectivity. I am a loyal post paid customer for last many years. We deserve some care and consideration.
