    @JioCare I use jio sim since 2016 . Today I felt the worst experience from jio. No 5g network, while there is a 5g tower in my locality. Plz resolve my issue .

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare airfiber have scammed me 9400, i had 8200 in my account and they took 1200 for reallocation, now they have deleted my account whic had balance and they are denying to provide service. Its been more than a month.

    Very disappointed with JioAirFiber. Just days after installation, I’m facing frequent outages, unstable connectivity, and extremely poor performance. Paying for 30 Mbps plan but barely getting 1 Mbps speed in actual usage. I need a refund or do something about it !! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing frustrating issue with Jio. Need to change existing plan,team says plan can’t be changed unless extra payment is made. Poorly designed process and unhelpful support. Never faced such issues with Airtel. Customer support at Jio needs improvement.

    "Highly frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio. Even with an active 5G plan in a strong 5G area, my network forces back to 4G the moment heavy data usage starts. This feels like a scam. Fix this network throttling ASAP!

    @JioCare I have been using Jio AirFiber for the past 15 days, and I am facing continuous issues with the service. Despite multiple emails and complaints, my problem has still not been resolved. It is very disappointing that I am also unable to connect with any customer care team
