@JioCare Unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. No customer service is this poor!! Firstly you charge a wrong bill amount.. Then you can't fix it for 13 days.. And you don't even care to respond!! I will want to file a complaint against jio as well @ConsumerCom

@reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina i recharged mom's number for international roaming but that is not yet activated despite the number being outside india. No help from customer care.please look into the matter at the earliest since my mother needs a functional number asap.
