    @JioCare the worst experience is if we write about your queries or complain through mail the will send a reply with mail with whats app bot link jio app link which are of no use at all . Guys not everything is available there . And no customer care support is there. #idiotic

    @reliancejio With jio sim I am unable to use Disney+ hotstar irctc and other applications and websites Jio coustomer care told me that it's my problem with another jio I can access all the things There is no satisfactory answer and solution from your side I will go fro MNP

    @JioCare I have called the engineer in the morning he said he is coming in 1 hr but he didn’t come. I called him again at 5:34 but he didn’t answer it. Please ask your executive not to say that we can call them if there are any issue
