    @JioCare @Mr_Advikjain My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm currently in Maharashtra, but I've been told it can only be reactivated at the Delhi store where I purchased it. Traveling to Delhi would cost me over ₹5000. Is there really no way to resolve this at a local Jio store? Pl help me

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t your service no more worst customer care service and your plans are expensive. BSNL is providing best customer service completely human not robot and AI like JIO no more questions just disconnect it refund my deposit take your router, set top box.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a JioAirFiber connection on 19th May, and installation was fixed for 26th May. It is still not installed, and absolutely zero contact has been made by your team. Furthermore, your toll-free number is useless.

    @JioCare I have been facing this issue for the last 10 days and now my service request appears to have been wrongly updated. Please investigate this immediately and arrange a genuine engineer visit. This is completely unacceptable.
