@JioCare Hey Jio care it has been 3 days since I raised a complaint here and 10 days since I paid for a connection. Kindly cancel the connection and refund the amount. I think it is better to continue with hathway if this is the kind/speed of resolution you provide to your customers.

@JioCare I took reliance jio fiber connection with 999 plan as per plan i can see I should get access on 14 apps. Same.thing communicated by sales guy.. But customer care don't have a clue they are denying.. Customer care call never connects

@JioCare I am w-o connection for the past 12 days, no action taken, people come and go. Provision available in my building to relocate - but APP not showing. Asking me to take new connection, old is valid till Feb 2022. Disgusting and nobody has taken any action. Poorest service
