    @JioCare The customer care has a definite ans when i ask to discontinue service But if ask to resolve issues they have no timeline. All they day is please wait for more time. P.s. more time has now gone upto 7 days

    @reliancejio @RelianceGenIn There is no internet service from last 3days in my area, I have already filed complaint about this but I didn't get proper response, All the locals are facing the same issues, please resolve this as soon as possible. Don't force us to port our sim.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a nightmarish experience your customer care is providing. I am jio Fiber customer, recharged by account with Rupees 5306 for 3 month plan which Expires on March 15. From Feb 14th none of the OTT subscriptions are working.

    @JioCare Service ID: 299347375240 mobile : 9533854871 Problem : I was Jio FiberNet customer. . Outside my apartment there are only 6 ports but 7 customers. My connection was given to someone else. I recharged with 1000/- plan. When I call to customer care. They create ticket and close.

    @JioCare Lol it’s not true u do not understand. Funny story here is called your team 1800 889 9999 they said issue resolved. But still nothing works. It’s 8 days now. I hv 4 other connections I will change all of them to ACT let me know if u cannot resolve it.

    @JioCare What has happened. We have waited for another 24 hours and still no response . What sort of a customer care department is this . It should be shut down immediately.

    Absolutely worst service by @reliancejio. Called @JioCare to register a complaint for poor network, call automatically disconnected when I selected to speak with representative. Registering complaint through website or app didn't solve issues either.
