Hi @reliancejio My DND complaint SR00000XN8QQ, received response "concerned operator informed that defaulter has been issued a notice and action has been initiated as per TCCCP. Still defaulter phone 8582841127 is working. @TRAI @rsprasad @DoT_India to check what it is.

@itsvichitra @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t even care about their customers. I have been facing network issues for almost a year long and they will just ask you to wait for 90 days and they’ll fix the issue. But that 90 days will never come.

@reliancejio I really feel that I need to port Jio to other service provider the kind of service I get from them eccery month I recharge a 399 ruppes and Jio promises me to provide 4g Internet services trus in madhyamgram Kolkata I get not even 2g services really not satisfied..

Jio has the worst service. They do not able to solve the complain after 8 months and doing the worst service. Doing fake promises with the customer. Very dis-satisfied with the jio and jio service. Please keep distance from Jio and Jio service. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare I called to customer care services and advisor Mr. Sanjay received the call. He dont have the manners how to speak with a customer. He was threating me that call is recording and do whatever I can. He was not following the proper hierarchy to customer services
