@kvsuratwala @OpenSignalmaps @reliancejio They are using 850mhz spectrum for 4g coverage. Which is actually a 2g spectrum. So you can see full signal but speed is 2g equivalent. Nothing expect from this isp. They think users are uneducated.

What a speed of @reliancejio .It is very embarassing to express like this comment. All the time is below the 40 kB . Sometimes is ki 0 kB. What a fake promise to be provided us .@JioCare . Don't loot our money. Solve the problem as soon as possible. Other wise return the money.

@niki_cares @talktoniki I recharged on 29 March 2019 for INR 1000 to top-up @reliancejio @JioCare .But it's not reflecting yet.Transaction is successful and amount got deducted too.#help

@insertindian @JioCare Rs. 500/- + TAX for 35Mbits (true unlimited, without data cap) here at Kolkata for PMPL (Meghbela). Fiber network but copper cable for last mile. All good except only one down side, no live IP (with their local NAT IP).

@JioCare one of the worst experience using jio , didn't receive my jio set-up box for past 2 year then to I changed my plan from pre to post paid in assurance that they will provide me new set-up box , I have mailed and compliant to the customer service still no response 🙄

can't connect immediately while doing important calls when plan is about to expire,@JioCare @TRAI please look into this, this policy is not useful for making important call it keeps reminding to recharge ,which is not as important as any emergency call, SMS is enough as reminder
