@reliancejio I am very much disappointed due to Jio Fi Service. I am really shocked because I have Jio Fi device which I have purchased on last september'18. Before completing 1-year it has shown trouble (Jio Fi device on but could not detect from mobile or laptop), I helpless.

@JioCare @reliancejio, pathetic customer service. I was called up by Jio Store to collect JioFi as it was repaired. When I reached store, it is found to be in someone's posession who is not in store and will come much later. Just harassment after buying new JioFi just 5 days ago.

@JioCare I am getting not more than 3 Mbps speed at my location. I tried using the troubleshooter from MyJio app. It gave me resolution that too many users are using internet at my location. This is very funny. How do I ask those users to stop using jio?

@JioCare @reliancejio Why is your service so slow? Kindly remove my fiber connection as soon as possible. Within 10 days I raised 2 requests. 1. SR000019AXRQ 2. SR00001967S9 I even talked to jio office deoghar, they are not ready to remove connection until request made online.
