    A funny thing happened yesterday. As I've already complained about my network issue with Jio, Yesterday they called me on my JIO no. And telling me there's no network issue in your area. @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Smita, this is the 3rd FALSE claim. Ref 553474766 13-May Bhavana: Team visited 13-May Mallika: Months lagenge 15-May Smita: Team visited again TRUTH: ZERO team visited Rohila, Sitapur till 15-May 2:35 PM. Network still ZERO. 200+ families witness. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged the wrong number for JioFiber via the official MyJio app and immediately contacted your support. Your team confirmed the recharge went to an unknown number but REFUSED to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare Few Hours ?? I have been waiting for 5 days & there's no proper response, accountability, or resolution. I am unable to trust any of u as the entire ORM Team and CS team r just giving assurance one after the other. I don't understand if I have requested u all to build rocket?
