    Past few weeks was very bad, had to call different coustomer care like @JioCare @ICICIBank_Care. And just how terrible experience it is, it takes such long for even the call to get connected and takes numerous attempts. Just a realisation how good @AmazonHelp is. Ease and smooth.

    @JioCare Could somebody please explain me why there is extra 80 rs in my bills. In the name of RRFL FinInstalmnt. I have opted for 699 plan but my bill with GST and this additional charges comes to 824 rs. Please help.

    @JioCare i am experiencing frequent disconnections on Jio. Your live chat and help are useles as they cannot check disconnection on jiofi. No other way to contact as you helpline are useless as well
