    A funny thing happened yesterday. As I've already complained about my network issue with Jio, Yesterday they called me on my JIO no. And telling me there's no network issue in your area. @JioCare

    @JioCare What to say but from past 5 days my jio fiber is not working red light is stable tried all the troubleshooting no success lodged complaint still no response i am not able to understand why no one is coming to resolve it . Its giving me a very bad service experience 🥵😨

    @JioCare It's been months i can't see any improvement !! This is pathetic now my callers can hear the busy tone whenever they try to call me !! How can we realy on the service of #jio No steps are taken to improve the connectivity even after 7 months of logged complaint. #disappointed

    @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not working for more than last 48 hours and we are struggling alot with our daily online work. We have raised several queries but no luck. Local Jio team is not able to resolve the issue..complain id SR00001BR2AQ. kindly resolve ASAP

    @JioCare You guys literally suck. Your network drops more than anything else in the world. You simply cannot be relied upon if I have to do my office work. @airtelindia is better off in this case (though your services suck too)
