    A funny thing happened yesterday. As I've already complained about my network issue with Jio, Yesterday they called me on my JIO no. And telling me there's no network issue in your area. @JioCare

    @JioCare it's been 70 days I had subscribed to Jio Fiber and since then it has hardly worked for total of 100 hours in last 70 days. Service ID 2235595459. We paid in advanced and still unable to use services. When will I get relief??

    @LiveFromALounge @JioCare I'm sorry my experience is not the same. My internet suddenly stopped working. They direct us to My Jio app if I contact customer care. My Jio App says I have to wait another 4 days to get an engineer visit my home to resolve the issue. No other ways to contact them.

    @JioCare my converted my physical sim into e sim it’s been more than 24 hours and I’m not been able to receive or send messages. Kindly look in to this ASAP as customer care executive aren’t answering the call.
