    A funny thing happened yesterday. As I've already complained about my network issue with Jio, Yesterday they called me on my JIO no. And telling me there's no network issue in your area. @JioCare

    @reliancejio my jio-fiber connection is booked on 23rd May 2026 as order no NO0001DMT30W. Promised for 24hrs installation.But not fulfilled,reschedule for 25th,not fulfilled.Reschedule for26th,not fulfilled. There officer Mr Praveen(9286537371) doesn't pick-up mb. Worst -JIO.

    @JioCare should be able to speak to a support representative when there is a billing or service issue. Kindly arrange a callback from a competent executive at the earliest and resolve my concern immediately.

    @JioCare Device Samsung S24, time 6 am, 7 am, 9 am, location mentioned on screenshot. As day starts speed reduction begin. Issue persists day long in all devices types including smartphones & airfiber related too
