    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @JioCare There has been no internet service since the morning of July 12th. Whenever I call the helpline, the call gets disconnected after playing a recorded message; why don't you connect me to an agent? JioFiber's service is absolutely pathetic and terrible.😑😑😑😑😑😑

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing severe 4G/5G network drops for 10 months at 21.417969, 78.644176. Paid recharges feel like a waste. Support gives false 4-5 month promises but does nothing. Fix this deficiency of service! #JioDown #PoorService

    @reliancejio - Dear Jio Team, This is is inform you that we are facing voice breaking and slow internet issues with Jio . I have logged multiple time complaint but issue not resolved, At my total 5 connection of Jio we are facing issue with all. PIN code -203205

    @reliancejio @JioCare I still cant imagine that JIo which is a Reliance brand has such a useless customer service where customers finds nothing but disappointment. I have been seeking a refund for a transfer which was misled by your team. Fix you CS Team before expanding
