A funny thing happened yesterday. As I've already complained about my network issue with Jio, Yesterday they called me on my JIO no. And telling me there's no network issue in your area. @JioCare

Worst Decision of my life was to Port My Airtel Sim to Jio. Worst Speed @reliancejio @JioCare. WFH, Wifi disconnected, thought could rely on Jio Mobile Data But did not work , tried 40 min straight. Even This tweet is uploading with Airtel Fibre Wifi. Jio could not even tweet.

@IDFCFIRSTBank Your OTP system for performing UPI transactions is very bad. Please improve your systems. Location- Delhi and network operator is @reliancejio @RBI please investigate idfc systems. Most of the times otp don’t come.

@JioCare Service again rescheduled 3 times even after bringing it to your notice. Is somebody from JIO going to look into this? Or are you guys just focusing on giving new connections, not after sale service?

@reliancejio @JioCare After multiple talks and chat with your agent regarding frequent call drop issue none of your agent are creating the service request. Facing issues from last 2-3 weeks. @TRAI Please look into this on your priority.
