    @JioCare it seems jio is expert in giving false replies to their customers. Such a big reputed company, n still not paying my 3300 rs shows the poor thinking of them. Corporate robbery of a customer money by a well oiled reputed company. Legal action should be taken against this.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber closed my complaint without fixing my issue or even asking if it’s solved. Peak efficiency! No need to ask customer just close it.

    @JioCare Can you for once check within your system whether a technician is there at all and what's the tat in which the installation should be completed. It's day 7 since i completed kyc and payment and still no technician is there at ground to support. Your service is pathetic @JioCare

    For the past one year, Jio internet in our area has been extremely poor. Even after repeated complaints, there has been no improvement. Due to this, we are forced to discontinue Jio services. Location: Rampur Karkhana, Deoria (UP) – 274405 @JioCare @reliancejio @JioStar

    @JioCare @TRAI Poor jio service in my area. Apps are not even loading on morning time also. At night there will be zero net signal and unable to make calls. Even if the call is connected it gets disconnected in middle of conversation. For last 2 months
