The New2News (@TheNew2News) reported@JioCare I called Jio support yesterday about my suspended connection (was out of station, missed renewal). Support said I could recharge to resume services. Later, your escalation team said services can't be resumed AND refund won't be given. Please refund the money.

Their's careless attitude on fusing 3-4 locations under one tower, making all getting slow speed and network disturbances. It's been more than 8months I am suffering from this. No refund is given.
