    @JioCare Not to any particular website i am facing issue. Main issue is network issue.. Signal strength is very poor. i am not able to browse Facebook even can't send msg on what's app. please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why the network strength of jio at my area is decreasing day by day and becoming worst . We are going to welcome jiofibre but unfortunately jio fi even don’t work properly why? Please upgrade signal strength and high quality net in my area

    @reliancejio Totally frustrated with Jio, it becomes worst than worst. I m trying to open Gmail since morning, here is aaah damn. Can anyone suggest should i change my network or , frequency ll be high in some time??

    @reliancejio @JioCare why in my area the internet at jiofi is not working properly from last 3 days ? Please solve it soon as it creates lots of problem , I don’t understand why you people consider the town people so low standard as you do not supply good services @PMOIndia

    Finally got rid of this **** Jio Airfiber. I should have done this way before. I recommend you all not to take the jio airfiber connection. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare However, I received the same assurance during my previous complaints as well. Every time, I was asked to wait around 10 days for network optimization, but there was no improvement. Since 18 May, this has been the same cycle—assurance, waiting, and no actual resolution.

    After following up for last 8 days with Customer Care of my Jio Fiber connection. The scheduled visit of engineer is just rescheduling every other day. and Customer care executive are so liars and rude that they just keep you hanging and hanging @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Again this is senseless reply. I have already mentioned that Rs 921 is refunded. My complaint is about balance Rs 1200 which is not yet refunded. I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?

    @JioCare My Jio SIM was previously used in a smartphone. I've now inserted it into a JioBharat phone, but JioBharat recharge plans still don't appear. It only shows smartphone plans. Please update my SIM status and resolve this issue ASAP. #JioBharat #JioCare Number-7853936805

    @JioCare It has been more than 40 hours and still no update and I have been without internet for the past two days. If there is no update on the request I am planning to change to another network provider. Poor Response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had purchased a validity plan + jio hotstar subscription integrated for my jio number and now while logging in to hotstar through that number it shows no subscription I tried calling the customer support but there also my issue was not resolved
