    @reliancejio Totally frustrated with Jio, it becomes worst than worst. I m trying to open Gmail since morning, here is aaah damn. Can anyone suggest should i change my network or , frequency ll be high in some time??

    @reliancejio @JioCare why the network strength of jio at my area is decreasing day by day and becoming worst . We are going to welcome jiofibre but unfortunately jio fi even don’t work properly why? Please upgrade signal strength and high quality net in my area

    @JioCare Not to any particular website i am facing issue. Main issue is network issue.. Signal strength is very poor. i am not able to browse Facebook even can't send msg on what's app. please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Also note, we have 5 Jio connections in our home (including family members), and the issue exists on all devices. This clearly indicates a network/tower-level outage, not a device-specific problem. Kindly escalate and resolve urgently.

    I am from 713409. At home, Jio network is very poor—call drops, unclear voice, almost no internet. BSNL works better in the same location. At workplace (733134), Jio 5G works well Facing this since 2018 with no resolution Kindly take action. 9239000163 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare What kind of foolish reply is this, only pickup is awaited for a connection that is discontinued. Why do u need all these details & documents. & If in any case these were required why r they sought after raising issue at x. JIO people making mockery of business on all platforms

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have completed two recharges for my Jio Air Fiber service, and it remains unavailable. It is concerning that direct access to a customer executive is not provided within your current support structure. This represents a significant service deficiency.

    @JioCare iam experienced worst fiber services from jio air fiber no one reached to solve the issue frequently internet speed reduced particular evening times Really worst experience try to reach customer care but unble to connect worst service Really better to switch airtelfiber

    @JioCare Such kind of replies forced me to change the operator, thanks to MNP. It's good that JIO is displaying the poor customers service part on social media openly. Soon u may find majority customers porting out due to poor customer care service.

    @JioCare When a service request is pending for a month, it is not called on priority. It is called to be in a failed system. Anyway I have complained to the appellate for now.
