@reliancejio @JioCare why the network strength of jio at my area is decreasing day by day and becoming worst . We are going to welcome jiofibre but unfortunately jio fi even don’t work properly why? Please upgrade signal strength and high quality net in my area

@JioCare Not to any particular website i am facing issue. Main issue is network issue.. Signal strength is very poor. i am not able to browse Facebook even can't send msg on what's app. please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Don't get jio fiber it's so bad and so slow and specially for the gamers it spikes to 500 ping so bad I am switching airtel here I come @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare plan to to USA with pre-paid jio sim having enough validity. I don't expect to make or recv. calls. Only SMS incoming for banking transactions. Is international roaming pack required to only recv SMS? Not clear from the FAQ. Please help

@JioCare @jagograhakjago Anything you can help me with on this? The initial commitment was to instal the connection within 24hrs of making the payment, but 8 days have gone by and there are no signs of offering what has been committed.
