@reliancejio @JioCare why the network strength of jio at my area is decreasing day by day and becoming worst . We are going to welcome jiofibre but unfortunately jio fi even don’t work properly why? Please upgrade signal strength and high quality net in my area

@JioCare Not to any particular website i am facing issue. Main issue is network issue.. Signal strength is very poor. i am not able to browse Facebook even can't send msg on what's app. please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.

@JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

Really bad experience with @reliancejio @JioCare Jiofiber Landline No: 05223577370 I had made a request for relocation of my connection on 26th June 2022, it’s not done till now. Your staff has been rescheduling the appointments without even contacting me!

@JioCare what a serveice today i got from jio team . I have done recharge still not able to use internet, jio support tell me can’t solve your problem right now . Pay for 30 days n get service for 29 days now i knew how they maintain their profit. Truly unsatishfied. #jiofibre

@JioCare Service readdress speed pathetic. Service engineer lying regarding visit. Shameful its been 3 days and no one has called or visited in a city like Lucknow. My 70 yr old mother harassed everyday by calls asking for feedback on service, which hasn’t been yet done.
