    @JioCare Not to any particular website i am facing issue. Main issue is network issue.. Signal strength is very poor. i am not able to browse Facebook even can't send msg on what's app. please check and fix the issue as soon as possible.

    @reliancejio I only have worst moments with Jio. Can you guys look into my refund issue first which is pending for last 5 months and then waste your time in such publicity stunts!! #JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare kindly cancel my order for JioFiber and refund money as suggested by your service engineer. According to him, there are no boxes in my area yet, so I need to cancel my order. Next time kindly check such things before doing registration for any customer.

    @reliancejio Your customer care is just pathetic. To fix an internet issue you all take 24 hrs after saying service engineer will attend the problem in 2 hrs and he is on his way. Best way to Lose customer, bad service and then lie.
