    @JioCare service and customer care is very worst. Data can leave any time. And there is no customer care executive to help and Myjio app and whatsapp customer care is useless without data.

    @reliancejio Worst customer service you have. Had to wait for 3 days for the fibre connection in this WFH conditions where internet is must. Switching back to my previous provider. Down the line you will lose customer base with this behaviour.
