  @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Sir, as you are one of the largest service provider in telecom sector you have to improve network and internet connectivity, but unfortunately day by day its going down, where there network was good, these days its going worse.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani simplest way to resolve the problem, call the customer and disconnect the phone customer will automatically switch to other network. #jiopostpaid not worth investing. You guys still don't care about customers.

  @JioCare Does the payment processing on the app have issues? Unable to recharge for the Fiber connection. Cards, VISA and AMEX, work as expected elsewhere.
