  @JioCare @JioCare how can anyone be rest assured whn no one is providing solution. Raised issue since more than 20 days but nothing happened. SR getting closed without resolution multiple times. Wat ur team doing apart from reopning the SR ? If u can't do anything then refund my money

  @JioCare Hi Shirisha, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.
