    @JioCare My JioAirFiber no. is 8031612788. I am getting call from Jio technician telling for free upgradation of outdoor unit from past one month. But nobody is coming to house nor responding call back. Please raise this issue

    @JioCare The appointment has been rescheduled again tomorrow. Reason given is that customer rescheduled it. This is so pathetic. Not having internet for 4 days for a yearly package which I paid in advance. I demand a refund of my subscription immediately.

    @JioCare @MuzammilMo66334 You’re worried about the refund. @JioCare executive lied to me that my AirFiber plan will get activated once I make the payment. And now it’s still not activated. They are only interested in receiving money. Not providing the service or refunds unfortunately.

    @JioCare Applied to port to jio postpaid for my father, we got a fresh sim delivered which is mistake on your side, no one is helping to corrent this, but they have been harrasing my 70 year old father but not solving their issue they created. no customer service, no agent

    @JioCare The app is still showing “assigning engineer”. No progress or sign of the issue being fixed. No calls from the Jio team or engineer. It's the 5th day since the complaint was raised. What happened to Jio? Are they short of engineers or just taking a lethargic approach?

    I have a jio air fiber , not working properly and no customer support is available whenever I call a customer care they only say that in your area there is a congestion problem and we are working on it . And those who have installed jio air fiber are not responding .@JioCare
