  @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been over a month, and my ₹1,200 relocation fee refund is still pending. I called customer care 24 times, and every time I get the same promise: “It will be processed tomorrow.” Very poor customer service. Pls process my refund immediately. #JioFiber

  My internet's been out for three days, and the engineer keeps rescheduling. No one's given me an update, just that it'll be fixed ASAP and it's a priority. 72 hours and still nothing @JioCare if this is ther service then i need a refund

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @JioChat trying to connect to Jio customer care for WiFi frequent disconnections since the last one month, but unable to connect via call or chat. It's a very worst experience. Sorry to say but if you are able to support customers then why run services.

  @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 13 days and my JioFiber is still not working. Despite your public assurance and multiple complaints, no engineer has visited. Complaint SR00003AQ95D was closed without resolution and SR00003AYSIV is still pending. Appellate Authority has already been informed.
