    @ajaygupta4728 @JioCare @reliancejio Two months are spent, the network is very bad, how will it work and one thing that I am jio retailer with jio customer, call connectivity, data connectivity is in a very poor position

    @JioCare Paid ₹1,200 for a JioFiber relocation in the same building Request raised Thursday appointment for Saturday 1 PM. Today is Monday—no technician, no update Cancellation requested, refund promised in 21 working days. Taking money is instant, service isn’t. @jagograhakjago

    Very disappointed with @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare. After subscribing, I was told that the plan supports only mobile devices and will not work on TV screens. Such hidden conditions mislead customers. Requesting an immediate refund for this purchase. Even customer care

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your network is absolutely terrible, and the team handling it is even worse. I’ve been facing network issues for 10 days; I keep calling, but no one is listening or taking action. I even recharged my account just the other day I switched jio

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Prakash, Please arrange an engineer visit and complete the Jio AirFiber installation by tomorrow. If it’s not installed by tomorrow, cancel the order and initiate refund immediately. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I decided to discontinue with jio fibre, For the last 6 days I followed up with the team but no results, i just called the local operator and they immediately installed the fibre line in 2 hrs only, jio people must learn from them how to give service to customers.

    @JioCare This is the standard answer that you give, you never tried reaching out to me , as I have proof of no contact. 3 separate days of internet not being available how do you justify it? 25th 31st and 6th. How can you call it as resolution, ticket raised on 6th took 24hrs +
