@reliancejio @JioCare using your services for last 4 years happy with it, but big issues call centre and customer support. 24 days and 4 calls total 68 minutes to finally lodge a valid complaint.

My @airtelindia network was not coming from tonight. On getting information, it was found that the SIM got damaged. I do not understand how, will I get the recharge of my previous sim back if I get a new sim. If not, then getting @reliancejio sim would be the best option for me.
