    @ajaygupta4728 @JioCare @reliancejio Two months are spent, the network is very bad, how will it work and one thing that I am jio retailer with jio customer, call connectivity, data connectivity is in a very poor position

    @JioCare My Jiofibre connection atLocation: Lakadganj, Nagpur-440008 is disrupted since Friday, 17th July, and till today no technician has come to visit. They gave the number of the engineer allocated for service who is not picking up calls. Totally pathetic service from Jio.

    Our @JioBusiness internet has been down for 2 weeks. Multiple complaints, no resolution only false "resolved" messages. This is disrupting our business. Resolve this immediately. @JioCare #JioBusiness

    "My ₹899 plan includes JioHotstar Mobile, but the benefit has not been activated. It is missing from MyJio Subscriptions even though my plan is active with 79 days remaining. Please help." @JioCare

    Very disappointed with @JioCare. I paid ₹10,000 on 20-06-2026 for a JioFiber Smart Society Plan, but still not activated. No KYC has been completed, Despite multiple follow-ups and emails to Customer Care, I haven’t received any response on my email either. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Since 15 days, im struggling without internet. I know the pain and how im working. If u are incapable of resolvingi will switch to other vendor. If i raise a complain u service request created without resolving ticket will be cancelled. With out providing service charged on usage

    @JioCare Rescheduled yesterday. No engineer today. No call. No update. Just endless waiting. If Jio cannot honor its own service appointments, why promise them in the first place? This is a complete failure of customer support. #JioFiber #WorstService
