Hi All, Yesterday again within 15 days my #JioFiber is again got dysfunctional. Im totally frustrated with such bad service from @reliancejio. Im still in state of helplessness as no one from local office is supporting. @reliancejio if u have little humanity please solve this 🙏🏼

@JioCare Since you all have decided not resolve my issue and keep dilly dallying, only thing to do- I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Please arrange to discontinue my connection and refund my deposit and also this month's recharge 999 since I couldn't watch otts or anything.
