  @JioCare I told airfiber max is not suitable for my location, your Engineer only said this & still scheduling the installation, please cancel it and process my refund asap. It already took a lot time. @JioCare @reliancejio Do this in high priority.

  @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down since 21st April ~1:00 AM. The Jio app diagnostic confirmed a coverage issue in my area and promised resolution by 6:00 AM - that deadline passed. The entire day of 22nd April is now gone with no internet. #InternetDown

  My JioFiber connection has been down since yesterday evening, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m only getting generic replies with no confirmed visit time. Now the appointment is pushed to 27th—completely unacceptable. Need urgent resolution today, not excuses. @JioCare
