  Extremely disappointed with Jio's network service. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved and the service has only deteriorated. Customers are paying for reliable connectivity, not repeated disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio

  Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19 has become extremely frustrating. The signal is so poor that even basic tasks like making UPI payments at shops often fail. In 2026, reliable mobile connectivity shouldn’t be a luxury. Please improve the network in this area. @JioCare

  @JioCare I would prefer to cancel my connection rather than facing this harassment from you. Its been one week and internet is disconnected. Why would one oay the bills when they have not availed what they assured of? Does our money come for free?
