  @JioCare Service request ID - SR00002NIM06 My Jio AirFiber connection was installed around one and a half years ago. Due to water entering the fiber cable, the connection gets disrupted repeatedly. Similar issues have occurred once or twice earlier as well; 1/3

  @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio just let me know should I switch to Airtel? Because my data exhaust before half of day ends, then I recharge for extra data that also gets consumed just i scroll Insta and Facebook. But at the same time my wife use Airtel network.....

  You should probably retrain and revise the expected time of resolution that your #AI adds to standard 72hours. Because before that nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofibre bothers. One in a crore, they do NOT care at all.

  DAY 29 — STILL NO SOLUTION 29 days have passed, and my Jio AirFiber problem is still not resolved. SR: SR00002NDT4E No proper resolution. No confirmed engineer visit. Still waiting. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Is this the service you provide to customers?
