    @ajaygupta4728 @JioCare @reliancejio Two months are spent, the network is very bad, how will it work and one thing that I am jio retailer with jio customer, call connectivity, data connectivity is in a very poor position

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare , My Jio sim with proper recharge ongoing has stopped working on my phone and other phones as well . I talked with customer care but no support , they instructed me to get a new sim from nearest jio store. But i am not able to reach out to any store.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been fursted from you guys when I call your customer care there is same ans everytime please Wait tell me how many days I have to wait if you are not able to repair the Wifi Refund my amount worst service if you are not able to repair in a metro city than you are

    @reliancejio @JioCare got I call from jio customer care person. he told me my number will suspend if I don't get recharge done. the person was very rude, is this how this works.

    @JioCare hi jio care , my ari fibre relocation request is not yet completed, only uninstallation completed , for new installation no one reached. Not able to contact customer care number . Kindly check

    @JioCare I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support.

    @JioCare Please keep playing this game.. and I will port my second jio number also to airtel or vi or even bsnl because of slightly better service than jio at this pin code 814152.. now jio has no signal but airtel has full signal.. thank you team jio..

    Extremely frustrating! @JioCare @reliancejio processed and closed my SR number SR00003A1BOD without providing any resolution or contacting me. Expected better service from Jio AirFiber. Please reopen this immediately and resolve the issue! #JioAirFiber #JioCare
