I would request @swiggy_in to share video clips explaining the process, troubleshooting steps for app issues to be send on on Delivery partner's number which could help your delivery partner resolve the app issues by themselves which I learnt from @reliancejio IB process

Lost my phone which had my jio esim while abroad, trying to retrieve my esim by contacting jio customer care and they are of no help as they are asking me to visit India to issue a new esim, which for me is impossible @JioCare @reliancejio please help urgently!!

@JioCare I have purchase a jio phone on 8 Jan 2022 in scheme of jio phone 2021 with recharge of 2 years. In february, I got issue so I change it on 9 march from jio service centre. After that I did not get my plan. @JioCare @reliancejio help me.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst customer service from Jio. There is a network outage in my area since morning but no resolution till now. Every time u ask to customer care they will give the same reply again and again that change your sim slot or restart ur phone.

@JioCare Please hire better Customer success team instead of Robots. I am continuously complaining about 2.4 Ghz connection since some devices connect there only and the same devices get 50Mbps at other places. But you team has replied 5 times with a solution telling how to connect 5Ghz
