@JioCare Since you all have decided not resolve my issue and keep dilly dallying, only thing to do- I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Please arrange to discontinue my connection and refund my deposit and also this month's recharge 999 since I couldn't watch otts or anything.

Guys at @reliancejio please take note of the fact that your customer care service is worst in India, my issue is seen resolved on my jio app which I registered 10 days ago, no one came to repair the connection, the problem still persists yet it shows resolved. Cheaters @TRAI

@JioCare It happened two times, I am old customer of jio in my street, my connection comes in 1st-2nd place, but to please new customer jio complaint person disconnected mine and it is now 4 days they ignored my complaint, from last 2 times they have same thing, and dishonoring..
