    @JioCare jio services is very poor. We recharge sim with our salary that we earn after one month of hard work,but jio didn't give us service like they show us in the TV,newspaper advertisements. I am complaining from 1 week to the jio customer care about the poor internet service

    @reliancejio @JioCare At first I put a jio connection fibre from them and now I want to cancel it during my trial period I didn't like it but they are not cancelling it whenever I contact customer can I couldn't talk to the customer care executive so it is useless to buy don't buy it.. it from 2 days

    @JioCare Hi Anuj, Service Request No is SR00001C2GZJ & registered mobile no is 6303004075. I complained on 7th July, now the appointment is rescheduled for 11th July at 7:45 pm when your tech ends his shift at 7 pm. 4 days to solve my issue effecting my work. Plz get it solved today 🙏🏻
