    @raptormantis Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    What is the actual problem with jio ? From last 3 years i am noticing it's network is worst than BSNL 3G And whenever i complain to their customer care they respond- Sir our tower installation in your area are in progress and y'w able to benefit 4G internet soon. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio No body attending to service request #SR00001D1MKY for JioFiber in Jammu for the last 4 days. This is poor service and not expected from Jio!

    @akshaymehta121 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue still persists. Its been 45 days since the issue has been reported and no appropriate action has been taken till this day.

    @JioCare When the technician will visit its about more than a month no solution. I have paid for 6 months in advance but one month is wasted. You take money and no service.

    @BrajeshkSingh__ What's the point if you are unable to get the service you pay for, I feel you should upgrade to @JioCare they are the best
