    @JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare sir your service provider is not providing internet due to local issue this issue is faced by 500 customer and it has been more than 2 week still not resolved in this pandemic work from and online classes are important .

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer service.. This is one of the most worst network..i was using airtel past 5 years and recently past 2 months back i ported my number..they are fraud people..i want my jio number to be de activated..my complaint already registered no response🤬

    Worst service from jio. I was trying to convert my jio prepaid sim to Esim and activation code is not working i called jio customer care and they are telling me visit service centre in these critical conditions pathetic.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio there is no improvement in the network of Jio since the past year and now it has become just pathetic recently. I am stuck because I have a yearly plan. Can I get a refund or a pro rata one so I can move to Airtel which is better and everyone is moving in noida
