  @JioCare After 3 reschedulings today about an hour before your Engineer arrived and rectified. Surpringly he told me that he had not been assigned any service call in these 5 days, whereas your customer care persons kept insisting everyday that the Engineer will visit.

  @JioCare Without installation of tower, How will I see the improvement ? There is only one solution and that's installation of tower in my area. Many neighbour villages are suffering from this problem due to the lack of tower.

  @JioCare Disgustingly terrible service by Jio. I booked a fiber connection and paid over 3500 for it. Didn't hear anything for four days. So naturally I cancelled and asked for a refund which was given. Then out of desperation I had to book again as I need a connection... (1)

  @reliancejio one of fraud company even paying advance rental bill at month end genrated wrong bill which jio customer care doesnt have answer. Full fraud company
