    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

    @JioCare @gv_chethan Hi, this issue is there for physical SIM users as well. I have been unable to enable 5G standalone despite using a physical SIM card, and it seems that there are many others who face the same issue.

    @JioCare there's no network coverage at my residence, was told to wait some months, its still not fixed. Was promised i wouldn't regret recharging for an year but it literally doesn't give any network. Typing this using Vodafone network. Kindly refund me my money @reliancejio
