@JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

@JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

What it is going on after seeing of 10 min. Video on YouTube in my whole day jio alert send a notification that you have consumed 50% your Daily plan data. Is anyone facing same problem please reply. What is the issue behind it @JioCare please resolve. @airtelindia

@JioCare really pathetic service, intermittent connectivity, frequent drops, call connectivity issues. If it wasn't the other services, I would have changed to Airtel. You need to do something about your services.

@JioCare On 18th May I've got a message to recharge 599 using Amazon pay UPI & get rewards upto 125rs ..... To confirm I called customer care on 198 & the executive has confirmed the authenticity of the msz. I've done the recharge but haven't got cashback or reward..
