    @JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

    @JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

    @JioCare, jio seems to be a चोर network. And why? Let me tell you, A recharge done thru Jio app failed (see attached S'shot), in urgency tried again through Amazon Pay and this time it went fine. Contacted Jio customer care and am being told that the recharge that failed / cont.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I have never seen a more bloody useless network than yours. Good luck lising customers in years to come. No costumer satisfaction or resolution. Bloody useless support.

    @jiocare there is lot of issues in network since last 3-4 days . There is problem even in voice calling . Sorry to say that I am thinking to switch in another network .

    @reliancejio any plans of converting Den boomband customers to jio fiber, stuck with poor speed & bad customer service. Please help us service in vasundhara,gzb is really ancient. Since it is ur company only pls help & upgrade there tech. stuck with asymmetric speed system.

    @JioCare TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE , I hv been using jio last 1.5 years, but regret to say pathetic customer service they dont give any resolution," have scripted answer " team is wrkin & Don't know when it will be fixd". Is there anyone who can fix the issue????
