@JioCare I'm facing very slow internet speed in my area....and if a calling to customer care executive then they are disconnecting my call...And Due to very slow speed i lost my job ....so kindly change your customer care executive and correct the network issues.

@JioCare pathetic service guys. I m completely frustrated from jio. 10 days in a month getting jst 2G service in d name of 4G. Its time to switch.

@chunnubihari @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

Account. They have also refused to fully refund my deposit for the OTT services they have given me. This is in direct violation of what they had promised me when I took the OTT box. Today @reliancejio @JioCare has unilaterally closed my 2nd ticket without any resolution 3/4

@JioCare it has been two days but still the wifi connection has not been installed. At the time of payment they said it will be done in two hours. This is the type of service you provide to your customers. Once payment is done, forgot about the customer.

I tried contacting the customer care but didn't come with any solution. What a trash, all they say is to reschedule. I had to reschedule so much of my work. I have deadlines to meet. Unacceptable behaviour. Please retweet. @JioCare

@JioCare The only way to "fix" it - as you prefer to make things sound more serious and complicated - is for you to remit me the overdue balance of Rs 250 that should have been done long ago without my having to regularly keep reminding you for a month. Keep it simple. And send it now.

Airtel offers much better service than Jio ! @JioCare @reliancejio It’s Fiber optic only for names sake when a fault occurs jio doesn’t show up for 4 days !
