    @reliancejio @JioCare Still not solved!! I need to log a Service Request for this issue. My freedom pack expiry is listed as 15-Nov-27, but it should be 23-Nov-27 (since the pack started on 24-Aug-26, it should cover 15 months).

    @JioCare This is happening with every jio users since 30-35 days. No proper network for calling you can says weak network so that's internet is also not working. Many of users port there no in others telecom. I'm using others service providers hot spot so that's can send you msg.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber this is absolutely pathetic behaviour from ur team, what kind of issue has occured that entire team is unable to fix it for 3 consecutive days, customer support not allowing us to contact executives, no contact info for local customer support

    @reliancejio Network expansion pe dhyan dijiye. Most of area no network zone (Jio), Airtel is far better than Jio.

    @reliancejio I paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, but the request failed. I then paid another ₹1200 at the Jio Store, and the relocation was completed. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

    @BeingPraveenU @nch1915 I am facing the same problem, Payment was made a month ago, They are now saying that your request has been cancelled, but since last month, I haven't received my refund. @JioCare

    @JioCare inspected the rooftop receiver and found a completely dead port, damaged LAN cable, and faulty adapter showing a solid red light! Fix this infrastructure disaster immediately, or refund my wasted plan money and permanently disconnect this garbage service!

    @JioCare @JioCare @jagograhakjago My service request got closed without any resolution. What a pathetic support service you guys provide. After almost 20 days without resolution. I even raised a consumer forum complaint for it. SR00003DGDVH I have raise a consumer forum Docket No:9877319
