    @JioCare its seriously a bad customer grievance redressal mechanism in place. No on call customer eexecutive support. Only contact through email that too takes numerous day and explain the problem to every exec..not expected service from JIO @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial For us jio fiber will always a dream its never comes here, because their is no network on jio sim with less then 1Mb internet speed. Main thing is that jio tower already install near of 2KM still no network.

    @JioCare my ICICI OTP came now at 12:07am;I tried transaction at 8pm!!After the recent porting to @reliancejio I’m facing many issues with OTP messages and so.Pls look into this ASAP, do not disappoint me with my decision of porting.

    @JioCare from last week we are facing network problem on @reliancejio from last week we are unable to make call and call gets disconnected automatically please set network properly

    @JioCare I was ported from Vodafone to jio on 16th April 2021 and i was selected Rs.399 postpaid plan and is shows 999 plan when i called in customer care to change my plan to 399 they refused and saying if u want to change your plan then u have to pay Rs.500 as security deposit.
