    @reliancejio @JioCare ordered with advance payment if Jio Fiber connection on 18th Aug 21 with order no. NO0000IDY8A1. Ever since no updates except alerts for appointment for installation. No updates yet on resolution of technical issue or on planned installation date.. pl help

    @JioCare You give the same excuse every time and put the blame on the "many users" who you claim are using net in my area. You ignore the vital part . Every user has PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR YOUR CONNECTION. ITS NOT FREE SERVICE. THEN WHY SUCH EXCUSES EVERYTIME ?

    @JioCare Your service request number is SR000016E3U2. You will receive an update by 02/09/2021 16:59. To check the status of your service request using MyJio. Unable to generate online on app.. multiple times for same complaint sms comes but not showing on my Jio app..

    @reliancejio salesman comes, takes the money for JIO Fibre. Commits one day delivery. And that one day never comes. Looks like the wait is eternal. If JIO is not interested in setting up the connection and please return the money. Why should I waste time in waiting eternally?
