    @reliancejio have opted for JIO for getting best network. Based on my experience of last 6 months would like to say it’s all myth as it’s worst network have witnessed. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Sridhar of ur team, told transfer not possible..need to surrender and then take a connection, the customer service number has no option to surrender, neither has the Jio app, how do we surrender the connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio tired of calling your customer care all they give is a generic answer that they will try to solve. It has been 5 months the internet is not even loading google if not able to load videos.

    Worst service from @reliancejio @JioCare Signal also horrible and net also horrible in 600017 just opposite to your jio office in Venkat Narayan Road. Porting out 3 numbers in April once validity is over. Sticking to you only because you are cheaper & you give free caller tunes !

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare for JioFiber connection (+91-8243551125). Service requests not attended on time. Unable to access internet for 19 hours now! SR0000145L3D - Not attended though promised by yesterday 6pm. SR0000145SHC - In progress. #StayAwayFromJioFiber
