@JioCare what stupid excuse #. I have check the details and I see as of now you are not in a 5G covered network area, also in mobile technology, it is possible that you and your friend may be connected to two different towers despite being present at the same location.

@JioCare No response, no action, nothing! I am not gonna renew the plan as it is getting due in the next few days and will switch to other service provider! Open a request and assign an engineer to visit or else you are losing your customer to your compete
