    @JioCare Subject: Re: Service Request Number SR00001E29W2 On your own you have rescheduled at least 5 times, ask for evidence for rescheduling from your service guys. Biggest mockery of the system, no one called up, no one is bothered to attend our complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how can I get refund? Because i dont want your word class fiber service... Fiber installed and service started about 20 days ago, but connection not working after 6-7pm everyday, and I'm trying to contact to service care but not able to connect the call...

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst service by jio fiber team 1st the rejected for relocation jab ki mera dusra location theek old location ke samne hi hai and jab disconnect karaya they are not refunding money 💴 they are delaying ab next month tak ka date de diya really worst service

    Hi @reliancejio i already raised a complaint 6 months back related to coverage issue. Now i contacted and same response to contact after 6months . Is 6months enough to solve a issue. A customer has to wait 6months to solve a network issue. Pin 641107

    @reliancejio i have been chasing jio customercare to replace my jio fiber box but it's more than 1 month I am getting no response. Atleast @airtelindia has far better service.

    @JioCare My Jio STB is not working since last 20 days. I have complaint 7 times for the same issue. Your engineer deny to change STB and told me that your STB serial not matching.every day i got new appointment and schedule to fix my problem. I am fed up and upset with services.
