    @JioCare i am following up for more than a week for a simple relocation request. I don't know why it is so difficult to deal with your customer care. I have made all possible choices available in portal and jio app. You either hang up the call or don't provide a proper response.

    @JioCare What is the scheduled time?? I am not even aware..just received a message upon complaining on Jio app yesterday..it only gave a 24 hrs window nothing else..do you expect me to cancel all my personal engagements and just keep waiting without any further updates??

    @JioCare You are not asking for the details of complaint like number, address etc, and upfront saying that you are working on it without knowing what is the actual problem and situation at location. You are just ignoring the customer pain in open forum social media.

    @JioCare This is wtf logic... Internet may face issue if many user are accessing the internet not network. Also, it's related to electricity. Whosoever is here at the tower is switching off the network tower to save fuel. It's very neat to my house. So don't fevicol me anything.

    @reliancejio is this your bloddy service? Get lost now! Never ever going to buy or recommend this worst network to anyone. Shifting to Jio was worst, now you made my porting decision absolutely correct. I must not stayed in this cheap and mean service provider!
