    @JioCare we raised a concern about possible involuntary disconnection threat more than a week ago and all that the email support team keeps telling is it's under investigation. After 5 days, disconnection looms over me. Kindly help. Registered number: 0120-3531253

    @JioCare i have just called the customer care and the lady i have spoken with misinformed me and convinced me to get my connection disconnected, she too hanged up the call in between, i need an urgent help on this.
