    Now agent is not responding calls. The jiostore is saying to visit store physically to get KYC again for changing prepaid to postpaid. What is this service @JioCare A senior citizen has to go through all this. If you guys don't want postpaid customers then stop postpaid plans.

    @JioCare I have both reliance sim in my gadget and since last 1 hour there is no network in model town 2 (New Delhi) Which is causing a lot of trouble. Please solve it quickly.

    Switched to @JioCare @reliancejio few months ago thinking that its service and speed both are best. But unfortunately from past few weeks facing slowness issue, unfortunately trying to reach you people through mail, call, tweet. No response! This is pathetic...

    @JioCare Saturday called 11 times jio care every time call disconnected while transferring from one department to other such a lagging in giving service till now no response from twitter team also jio care doesn’t care - better name

    @JioCare Would appreciate if this time it is a definitive reply. I am once again told by the sales guy, that the second order is also canceled. Neither mail works, nor customer care, even appellate authority does not care of te mail being sent !
