    @poojaofficial5 @JioCare Absolutely agree. When network issues keep happening again and again, even long-time customers eventually lose patience. Jio really needs to improve its service and listen to customer feedback.

    No @reliancejio internet in S block GK1 for the last 48 hours. No update from the customer care. No reason given for the outage. The local staff haven’t been answering their calls for the last 24 hours. Please look into it @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I need help with my SIM. I’m unable to make calls, and the network shows “Emergency calls only” / “Not registered on network.” When I call this number from another phone, it says switched off. Please help resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @djdiglipur This is not a single-customer issue, entire Diglipur is facing this issue. Resolve it at the earliest. Or, as an alternative, perhaps package validity can simply be extended for the period of service disruption. After all we shouldn’t have to pay for service we are unable to use.

    @reliancejio I had made complaint regarding this and told them to refund the money but no action was taken. Please refund my money or else i will file a case against your company in the consumer court.

    @JioCare Please close my open service request SR00003F9W81. Internet connectivity issue of my Airfiber connection has been resolved. Internet connection is working fine now. No need for Engineer visit

    @JioCare this is not just an issue with my phone. The entire town is facing network problems due to the tower shifting work. Please find out and let us know by when the shifting work is expected to be completed, so that normal network services can be restored.
