    Dear @JioCare, I am facing frequent network issues .Sometimes The signal suddenly drops to zero, making it impossible to make calls or use mobile data. The same problem continued for about 2 days last week, then it became normal, and now it has started happening again.

    @JioCare Pathetic service! The least you could do is tell me when I can expect the installation. Neither the person who completed my KYC informed me about the timeline, nor is your support team able to provide any update. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare Since 22/07, it is now 5 days and the issue is still there. Jio airfiber is worst and the service team seems to be pathetic. No accountability. Pls discontinue the services and please refund my pending amount as you guys don't know when this can be resolved.

    @JioCare Hi, my Jio number was accidentally recharged with the ₹200 plan, and it's already activated. I wanted a different plan. Is there any way to change the plan or provide a refund/adjustment as a one-time exception? I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you.

    @JioCare What kind of misleading plan is this? My active ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Data: Unlimited”, yet my internet has stopped working. Your support executive says my “limited monthly GB” is exhausted. Where is this limit mentioned in my plan details? 1/2

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR

    @JioCare Hi, my Jio Fiber account linked to 01353555398 has been giving a lot of trouble. my parents have been raising multiple complaints but to no avail. pls have it resolved ASAP
