Phone keeps switching to 4G and I have to toggle Airplane Mode repeatedly just to get 5G back. Daily data gets exhausted in half a day. Why sell 5G plans if reliable 5G service isn’t available?

But your team suggest me to stay and take 7 days to improve network. It's 3 months running there's no improvement till now. PORT OUT is the only option.
