  @JioCare It's been 4 days and the engineer still hasn't visited. This is really disappointing service from Jio. The assigned engineer isn't responding to my calls, and my work completely stopped because of internet issue. I'm paying a premium amount but not getting the service. #india

  Is this how @JioCare treats new customers? Booked JioFiber yesterday, got multiple false promises for installation. Now execs are ignoring calls, and when confronted, they are being rude and hanging up on my face. Unacceptable! @reliancejio resolve this
