    @JioCare Never seen such poor service. I have spoken to a dozen people. No one effing solve a little issue as to why I cannot send international sms. Possibly time to switch to another service provider?

    @reliancejio Complained for a long time but got no response from jio and this problem is not of one person only. Thousands of customers in this area get call make and call drop no problem I Request to resolve this call drop isue in manek chowk , porbandar 360575 area 9723625578

    @reliancejio @JioCare pls setup a dedicated customer care for #JioFiber There isn’t one point of contact for dedicated support, if its the same going forward, its depressing to live with such service! Wit is that there’re over-allocated staff in billing, collections sections lol.
