    What's going on is the Internet speed. How many classes or studies have been lost because of the loss of internet speed for the last 5 days. Do what you want us to do. My mind is too bad that if my class suffers a lot, I'll die anyway.@reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceCapital

    @JioCare Due to your network being very poor in my area that's why I am not recharging my plan,first resolved the network problem.

    @JioCare Yes from same location. We are frustrated from your service and also to the blind government which is silent to take action against the worst JIO operator. Why not the operator refund the money to me I surely port to bsnl which is giving stable internet and network nowadays.

    Jio's tower was closed again in the middle of the night 🚨 At night, when people need it the most, Jio network was completely shut down in our area. It seems that the DG was also shut down as soon as the power went out, due to which the entire tower went down and the internet and calling services came to a halt. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the disappearance of the network in the middle of the night. Whether someone needs to make an urgent call, work online, get an OTP or contact an emergency — everything gets affected. When customers do the full recharge on time every month, then at least basic network facility should be provided in return. But repeatedly closing the tower and turning off the DG is a very irresponsible attitude. We demand that Jio Customer Care⁠ and the concerned authorities find a permanent solution to this problem and take immediate action if the network is closed in this way at night. Please understand the plight of the general public. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I called the service engineer. He told me that they are on strike. Go to Jio Office #JioFiberStrike . 😠

    @JioCare I mistakenly recharged ₹2,350 on my old suspended JioFiber account instead of my active connection. My concern is that a suspended account was still able to accept the recharge. Kindly help with a refund or transfer of the amount. Details can be shared via DM.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why in every 3 month we hear a breakage in voice and drop in Internet at a particular location Near Nandankanan, Bbsr and all area around. Why no action is taken to eradicate des issues? Why is it so difficult for u to do ur job, just to give decent service

    @JioCare my jio fibre not working from last 10 days after multiple service request and customer care calls , still there is no resolution of any kind. It seems like jio as a company is not even interested solving the issue. Service request no : SR000037HXHH

    @JioCare Said websites working fine with other networks, but not working with @reliancejio network only from last few days, so issue with @JioCare not with website. Kindly check at your end and solve the issue. Contact with me for more info.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I booked a new cnctn within 30 mins I got a call and dey came nd installed but same when I complaint abt network issues due to jios fault it takes 3 days and even still it's not resolved . This is happening becoz of monopoly no one to ask chor Ambani
