    @JioCare The issue is everyday and not an isolated incident on a particular day , my handset is a compatible 5g one I know to troubleshoot things to fix Looks like jio needs to troubleshoot themselves These suckers have sucked enough money and now plan to drink blood madharchhod

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 20 days ago. For the last 5 days I'm getting less than 1 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Customer support is unreachable, and the only response I get is "congestion issue" with no ETA. Please resolve this urgently. #JioAirFiber

    I am also porting my number from Jio. I've been facing the same network/internet issue for the last 4 months, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Enough is enough. Time to switch. @JioCare #Jio @airtelindia

    @reliancejio There is a height of patheticness, @JioCare @reliancejio, sit above that. Nothing worse that sim porting experience. Customer care is incapable of solving anything, just forwarding or avoiding. Pathetic!!!
