    @dolo_650mg @reliancejio Ethipoyindhi yavvaram already. Inthaku mundhu network strong unna places lo ipudu assal vastaledhu. Worst customer care support. Ticket raise chesthe dhikku diwana undadhu. Deshanni nashanam chesirru… before jio there were more options n more offers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I want to permanently close my JioFiber connection due to poor service and unresolved connectivity issues in our area. We are switching to Airtel. Please share the disconnection process and raise a closure request at the earliest.

    @JioMart_Support I received a call from JioMart customer care today, and they said they would refund the money to my JioMart wallet, but the refund hasn't been credited to the account yet. I received a call from this number: +91 87987 93024. But now, the call isn't being answered @reliancejio

    @reliancejio #JioAirFiber my router keeps disconnecting every 10 min. Very frustrating to watch TV, work on system and use wifi on mobiles. On calling, customer care kept checking for 10-12 min and then give link to video of troubleshooting. Is this your resolution? Send sm1 plz

    Hey @JioCare , facing network problem in jioairfiber at night since 3 days at around 7pm to 11 pm , i don't know what is happening solve this ,im doing every steps of restart etc .

    @JioCare I am not sure why jio is hesitant informing that, jio Sims are not compatible with mobiles lower than 4G lte. Had it been told, I wud not spent so much time in understanding the issue. Sad.

    @reliancejio Connection: 6540310329 100 Mbps, getting 1–2 Mbps with frequent drops. 🚨 Complaints: SR00003ECYR3 / SR00003EABG5 Multiple visits, no resolution. Local team confirmed a network issue; FTTH is needed. No Fiber? Close & refund. #Jio #JioFiber
