    @JioCare Can you send a service engineer to visit the site and fix the issue. My Jio mobile is working on 5G but it is the problem with airfiber which is also connected through the Jio 5G network. But airfiber internet doesn't work properly. I called your service engineer but no help.

    Pathetic experience with JioFiber. Service quality keeps declining, outages are frequent and only gives generic responses without solving the actual issue.Customers are paying for reliable internet,not endless frustration. @JioFiber @JioCare Plz fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService
