    Last few months have been nothing but customer harassment. 3 months of poor Jio AirFiber, multiple complaints, no resolution. Local team admits instability will remain & denies providing fiber. I’ve paid for a full year either fix this or refund my amount. 📍: Ambala @JioCare

    @airtelindia Sorry to say with your pathetic service, I need to revert back to my jio plan immediately therefore please ask your stupid people to cancel my Airtel services by tomorrow and take back there all items and let me use @reliancejio service again

    @JioCare I don't require your service anymore . Refund my amount with penal interest. You don't have an instrument/ODU for jio Air fiber and selling plans to fool customers. Is tarike se kitne customers ka paisa hold karke business chaloge jio.

    @JioCare what a worst service at jio. My router and STB has a distance of 500mtr. They refuse to install the lan wire and said u hv to do it own somehow o got it done now Internet connectivity issue they say it’s not in their work case since it’s distance!

    @JioCare This issue has been persisting for the past two months, yet you show absolutely no concern. There is another network tower right next to your Jio tower, and their 5G service is fully available—all the problems seem to lie with Jio! 😡
