Abhishek Kumar (@kunalkishor321) reported@JioCare 7 days of outage (May 28–June 3), a ticket falsely closed as "resolved," and your only response is "it's temporary & we're working on it"? 🤡 Three different agents (Bhavana, Priyanka, Sukhmeet) gave the SAME copy-paste reply. Not one concrete timeline. Not one accountability.
