    @reliancejio My WiFi service is not working since 20/06/2021. I have raised SR000015F4Q6 on 20/06/2021 but it’s closed without any resolution. One tech visited on 21/06/2021 and checked the line and stated to recharge my service and thereafter added that my wifi cable is cut.

    @JioCare the problem still continues, it has now become impossible to continue with @reliancejio connection. I doubt if at all u guys make any effort to make the connection better, the network team seems to be on leave..huh?
