    hello @JioCare @reliancejio , why r u cheating customer ???? I took ur jio fiber prepaid connection of ₹1500 on 31st July with referal code . Before taking connection I was promised to get 1 month free internet coupon . But I didn't get any such coupon for incoming referral.

    @JioCare You guys have interest in resolving this issue, there is a low power issue in the supply box outside my house because of which all the connections connected to that box are not getting any internet, this is been told to me 2 days back.

    @JioCare I have taken jio fibre new connection on 24/07/2022 with online payment of Rs.2800/-. My connection is out of order since 25/07/2022.There is no authorised personnel in jariaptka. Also online complaint on toll free number with my mobile number 9890809478 but there is no response

    Hi @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare then i went to jio store to ask about the same and the guy named Sandeep misra was way rude and unempathetic to resolve the issue . I sent the mail too late and told me that it's an error from logistics team and it was in error state.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it is very very poor network coverage in shiv colony Sonipat, Haryana. Internet speed negligible. Even I am not able to call in house,I hv to come out in street. @TRAI
