    If you wish to buy a wifi buy it from a local guy @JioCare is the shittiest of all. It's better to donate few thousand bucks to a charity than paying them. I had service request scheduled today. Waited the whole day for the engineer to show up. He/She didn't show up at all.

    @JioCare 5653576885 Is My AirFiber Connection ID. Since Last 15+Days We Have Network Issues. When I Run Diagnostic It Says Outage Detected. Everyday Same Story. Every Month Same Issues. There Are No Alternatives To Contact Jio Customer Care. It’s Time To Switch For Betterment

    Pathetic experience with JioFiber. Service quality keeps declining, outages are frequent and only gives generic responses without solving the actual issue.Customers are paying for reliable internet,not endless frustration. @JioFiber @JioCare Plz fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare I don’t think any customer gives this much time for follow-ups just for a new connection. It shd have been done in one go. Mailed twice, tried local/verbal follow-ups too, but still no response. Kindly resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic service. I had raised a service ticket on 24th May 2026 regarding issues in my Wifi connection. Almost 30+ calls done over the last 10 days and no resolution yet. No service engineer visited the place. (1/4)

    @JioCare promises of best rated services is a big lie customer service is obsolete response is like your network hollow only. jio fibre 4479638566 is not working last one week except excuse rescheduling nothing happens will tweet to Ananth Ambani if my issue is not attended
