    @JioCare Fiber cable is broken since 18th June not repaired till now, how can you provide me the service. As you say I must pay for the period of your service is interrupted is your cheating to customer. Why should I pay for no service.

    Losing my patience with Jio Support. I think its time consider another internet service provider. @JioCare. I was assured that issue will be resolved by 08:17PM today & it is not resolved. Now i was told to wait 24hours.

    Even in Delhi, we’re struggling with poor @JioCare network. Calls drop frequently, internet barely works, and basic connectivity is unreliable. You promote 4G/5G, but we can’t even get a stable signal. Please resolve this issue permanently. @reliancejio @TRAI #Jio #Delhi

    @JioCare my Jio aur fiber connection is disconnected 1-2 month back, device collected by your staff 3 weeks back; yet I got bill for this month. What kind of scam is this? Also you're not responding to my messages in chat. What is this behaviour? @TRAI please help!

    Your service was not working properly last 48 hours. When I have contact JIO COMPLAINT HELP LINE was told me outages issues. Please told me how many days my problem was resolved. I have shared my location with you through DM. Please check it. @JioCare
