    In our area, whose pin code is 802116, which is located in Buxar district of Bihar state, here the network of jio runs fine during the day but it becomes very slow at night, please fix this problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Would never choose @JioFiberVoice one of the worst service providers… all they do is ask for 24 hrs but never resolve the issue. @JioCare

    @JioCare Seems like @reliancejio is no more interested in new customer customer acquisition. Meanwhile, I have received atleast 20 calls from @airtelindia for not moving out from their network. Seems like #jiodontcare

    @airtelindia very disappointed with the fact that you are NOT upgrading the network to Fiber in our area. @reliancejio are already laying cables and I’d hate to leave you, but I will for better. So much for a loyal #airtelblack customer!

    @reliancejio worst postpaid deactivation process. Suspending sim after 7 days and permanently discontinuing after 14 days. And charging money for all these days. Why cant u close the connection on same day of cancellation request and when bill is cleared by me?

    @avarakai @JioCare But you are reluctant to change from jio, there is something in it that you aren't getting in airtel & thats why you tagged jio here and not airtel coz you want them to take notice of your complaint..

    @JioCare Payment for new connection was done yesterday and I was told that Jio Fiber will be installed within 24 Hrs but its been past 24 hrs and no response. Please get it installed ASAP or else cancel my order NO0000JO9V2J

    @JioCare okay, what is this jio people? Im trying to work it out through Jio app and it says my number is not jio’s.Then how am I recharging my number through jio? How long its gonna take to rectify this data issue. Should i be tweeting from another account to get your attention?
