    @JioCare After tremendous follow-up and relentless efforts from my side, I have finally received the amount. Frankly, I believe that without escalating the matter aggressively, this refund would never have been processed. Nevertheless, thank you for refunding my money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service
