Still no one came to fix the issue, which happened because of them in the first place. Thats how unprofessional they are. Just to get some commission, tips, etc they trouble the customers on purpose. #Jio should look into it. #Kashmir #Srinagar @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

@JioCare Jio has become pain now . Sometimes mobile , sometimes Wi-Fi become without network. No news , no apologies. Wi-Fi is down now for 5 hours .

@JioCare Absolutely zero on customer service. I made a biggest mistake by choosing 3rd grade Jio Fiber over the high standard @airtelindia . Jio is cheating with their customers by charging in advance and then vanished.
