    @reliancejio This is a serious service failure. My JioFiber cable is disconnected between the distribution point and my home. Complaint was registered on 31 Aug, yet the connection remains unresolved. Several days without service for a basic physical cable issue is completely

    @TRAI @JioCare 4/7 Despite clearly requesting closure, my service request was recorded as: “RELOCATION NOT WILLING TO SHARE ADD” How is this even related to my request? I never asked for relocation and never refused to share an address.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Same thing happened with me. I paid ₹4443 for broadband and ott package. Now they are not refunding the money and not providing any services. @TRAI Jio is harassing us. Please help us🙏

    @reliancejio Very Very poor service and response from Jio fiber new connection installation at Rewari jone. Very bad experience with Jio fiber team.

    Extremely frustrated with @reliancejio @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this! 😡❌

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem
