    Complaining since 25 July, It's 10th August, you guys are keep asking same question and closing complaint by yourself, The data speed is extremely poor at same location, can't you send just one emloyee and fix it out ? @JioCare

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Using Jio Fiber net. Last month the Internet service was disrupted for 4-5 days. If am paying the amount for full month and if there is no service for certain days, why isn’t there a refund policy or extra days given for the affected days? @consumerforum_

    Such a worst customer service from @JioCare FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS OUR AIR FIBER IS NOT WORKING! LITERALLY NO SIGNAL We raised complaint and the engineer visited out home, but still no proper resolution provided for us! IT IS SO IRRITATING! WE COULDN'T USE THE INTERNET WE PAID FOR

    @JioCare @reliancejio Residents in the region of Village: Parash District: Kaushambi, including myself, are facing poor or no network coverage, weak signal strength since long. I kindly request to look into the matter at the earliest and take steps to improve network coverage.
