@JioCare I had booked #JioFiber by paying 2500/- Till now, installation not done. The person who registered gave all kind of excuses like festival holiday etc. It was re-scheduled multiple times earlier and again its rescheduled :-( HE is not picking call now. Can you help?

.@reliancejio went to Jio store Jodhpur to get replacement SIM. They insisted on Aadhaar even though customer service on Jio App mentioned PAN would be okay Further, they charged me 175 Rs, even though customer service mentioned only 25 Rs would be taken

@JioCare first you change your plans without notifying your customers, then your customer care executives disconnect the call while listening to the solution, after 5 attempts when it is heard they refuse to help. Don’t buy jiofibre fuckall support, I regret leaving @airtelindia
