Have booked and paid for JioFiber Connection on 20th June. Order no: NO0000HOU51S .Still waiting for installation. Called jiocare but 24 hours already lapsed. What kind of service are you providing @JioCare ? I need Either installation done by tomorrow or a complete refund.

Worst customer service award should go to @reliancejio @JioCare Even for a petty bill issue they will call u up to convey that they cannot resolve it. Cheap pricing also comes with cheap service!!

@reliancejio @JioCare charging exhorbitant amount from the customers but doing wire restoration services during the weekday so that it hampers the work from home life of ours. Its been more than 30hours and the service has not been restored yet. #JioFiber
