    Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint registered but no technician call, no visit confirmation and no action taken yet. How long should a customer keep waiting after repeated follow-ups? This level of ignorance is unacceptable. Need immediate resolution.

    @JioCare It has been more than 4 days now, is your team so incompetent that they are not able to rectify the issue with my jio broadband? Requesting you to please send someone at my place to configure the modem and resume internet on priority!

    I am simply asking Jio to provide the service for which payment was accepted and to communicate honestly about the actual status of the installation. I hope this matter receives the attention it deserves. @reliancejio @JioCare must answer and be held accountable.

    Very unsatisfied by the delivery and store workers of jhansi reliance digital they are talking rudely and not providing the solution @RelianceDigital @reliancejio @RelianceDigital can we expect some resolution over the issue.
