    Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I paid Rs. 2222 for a new Jio Fiber connection on April 15th. The service engineer came for installation and completed the setup, but by mistake they activated the Wi-Fi incorrectly. Because of this mistake, my Wi-Fi connection has not been working. So refund my full p payment

    @JioCare I said , cancel my porting and refund back and I do not want to associate with stupid company and its service who don't care for customer and making fool of them. Keep your ticket underneath of you and jio and play snake ladder with ticket numbers. Mark your CEO he will also join

    @reliancejio Very poor experience with Reliance Jio Fibre. Paid ₹807 for installation (Order No. NO0001CZW6F0) on 20 A026 after KYC, with promise of same-day installation. No service provided, no response from representative. Requesting immediate refund. #JioFiber #Customer

    @JioCare This is totally fraud, I recently got the message that the service request is delayed, while discussing this with your customer, they denied for refundable cancellation, Aap log service provide, nahi kar re phir refund kyu nhi karna chahte.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber outage in Barauli Ahir, Agra for 5 days. Only repeated IVR message “area is affected” with no resolution or ETA. Entire work stopped due to your service failure. Complaint already escalated to nodal. Restore immediately or escalating to TRAI & consumer forum

    Only 1–2 signal bars showing on Jio network, and the internet is not working properly. Facing frequent calling issues as well. This is really frustrating—please resolve this as soon as possible @JioCare
