    Heavy demand in this area, his day off (Strangely in the morning he was just busy but by evng it turned out to be his day off), ignored calls & finally there is a random jio set top box issue so he can't come today. I was forced to take day off, @JioCare who will compensate?

    @JioCare I am referring to 400051. The network in the area is OK. However, I often visit MMRDA office, which is right opposite Newly constructed JIO World Drive. The network there is pathetic. You must install a cell tower on your own building

    @JioCare I recently moved and wanted relocation of the wifi. After calling several different service numbers which only occasionally work, an agent finally connected who had only this to say - relocation is not being considered currently and i could try in April.#customersupport
