    Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 5 months of this exact same excuse. Do you have zero shame taking full payment for zero service? My work, lectures, and daily use are completely disrupted while you guys just copy-paste text. Pathetic.

    @JioCare Again this is senseless reply. I have already mentioned that Rs 921 is refunded. My complaint is about balance Rs 1200 which is not yet refunded. I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?

    Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare Took a new Jio AirFiber connection 3 months ago & it's been a nightmare. Paying fr a 30Mbps plan but barely getting 3-4, & it completely drops frequently. Multiple complaints raised 0 engineer visits or resolution. Absolutely frustrating.

    @JioCare Why are customer service requests being canceled without checking and resolving the issue? On what basis do the service engineers conclude issue doesn't even need to be looked at? It's repetitive disruption for last 3 months.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your customer service team is doing nothing. They are just giving a nice response thay there is outrage in your area but how there is outrage for last 7 days. Even I had raised complaint with service no but not a single call from Engineer to visit. Worst Experience.
