@reliancejio really disappointing services.. internet not working since early morning...called customer care 2 times but no resolution..no body knows how to resolve.....we r working from home and can't afford internet to be shut down for hours...no option than to move out of Jio.

@JioCare Almost 15 days done still issue as it is .are you playing typass games with this matter . If not resolve I will make complaint against company . Daily got 40+ message from company which against of low . Its mentally harassment case.

Your fishy tricks that whenever i get on a call network bars and internet speed gets a boost and second after the call is disconnected internet speed dives into Mariana trench. I'm paying for 4g speeds not for 2g speeds sold in 4g package. @JioCare

It's around almost 48 hour of complaining @JioCare but no engineer has visited and fixed my internet problem. This is really pathetic and unacceptable @reliancejio is this your commitment towards your customers. Last option left with me to switch.
