Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Team, I am facing some Internet issues related to my JioFiber connection. Yesterday I found that my JioFiber connection wire was cut by some maintenance guys near my location. Please try to resolve this issue at earliest as possible. Please respond ASAP

@JioCare Applied for Prepaid to postpaid, Store representative given 1 hour time to process it. Almost 15 hours have been completed. Should I choose another network to migrate.
