Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

I'm very pleased with the horrible service @reliancejio @JioCare is giving in Jogiwala Chowk, Dehradun. I registered for jio fiber on 2nd Oct, 2021, next day they verified and charged 1500rs for the installation. Till this date no-one has reached me regarding the installation.

@JioCare what kind of the pathetic service is this.. My whole work is dependent on Jio fibre. I have called your people to restore it on urgent basis. They are not getting the seriousness of the situation. This disconnection can cost my job. Who will take the responsibility?

@JioCare I recharged my jio fiber yesterday. But the box still shows red blinking light and no internet. Pls help me resolve the issue, as I am out of india and I did the recharge for my parents in india. They cannot contact the customer care and deal with the inconsistency.

@JioCare Actually on 10th of October on no. 9435037716 , the Prime Membership Has to be cancelled & I have raised several requests for the same but no progressive reply came from Jio Customer Care , only reply I heard was "we regret that your request is on que" Please Solve ASAP.
