    Worst sim ever i see...its really need improvement and i really dissappointed from @reliancejio , airtel is better than this worst sim.

    @JioCare Infact whenever the internet is down we start getting calls from local service provider to switch to their network claiming Jio Fiber is not good and everyone is moving to us. Don't know what to do as internet is down since two days now.... Should we disconnect....?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today I took connection of JioFiber connection NO0000GEA18Q, they took payment in morning, even rigorous follow ups for 10 hours, no one came for the installtion. Sales person not picking up. Such Pathetic Customer service on the first day<1>

    @JioCare recharge with plan 555 , we are getting speed 2kb in 4G, what is this , many time done complaint, even your customer care number is not able to connect, what is this , in your plan you charged for 4 g plan but you provide speed even worst than 2g , now time port?

    Myself kushal sharma. On 4th feb i requested for installing Jio fiber at my place. Same day engineer came and said that there is no power in main box. No one is listening to my complaint. It has been 4 days now. @JioCare please resolve ASAP Order Number :- NO0000GD1YPX
