@JioCare Jio fiber issue in pune. It's been almost 24 there is no internet. Keep on sending message with every 12 hours gap team is still working. It's a huge outage I am not sure why jio team keep on pushing the time lines without any resolution 🤷

I'm facing very bad customer service from @JioMart I ordered product on 5 Feb 2022 and it was mentioned that it will be delivered on 11 feb but I haven't received my order. @JioMart_Support hasn't given my resolution. Baised service Disappointing and fraud. @JioCare

@JioCare Its past the scheduled resolution time of 9am. Just spoke to some technician and he said they need to install Cassette on the pole which they don't have. Not sure if Jio can't manage inventory to provide experience to client. #Jiodown #jiofibre #badcustomerservice
