Today at Rangapara, Sonitpur, Assam Jio network has disconnected the internet. Due to which there are lots of loses for everyone. Moreover the loss of data pack of 1.5 GB everyone per day is going to be paid by whom. why not Jio working.@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio

Getting at least 10 robo calls per day from number starting with 8037 despite registering my jio number with DND and registering a complaint too. Does DND mean nothing to you @JioCare ????

@JioCare fix the issue. People make guarantees of work and delivery times based on your promise of stable internet. Add to that the fact that you charge for it. It’s not a free service. Deliver on your promises so we can deliver on ours. This is beyond ridiculous.

@JioCare this is not the first time you’ve done this. Not only is this an issue, but even with replaced routers your internet reach is not what it used to be. Works beautifully for a bit, then gets more spotty than a Dalmatian.

@reliancejio unable to use myjio app to submit relocate request. Your call center says they can't help without request thru app. No specific error to know what is wrong. Very poor experience to get a simple task done.
