    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare is such a crappy service that easily in a month it puts Fiber services in outage for atleast 15-20 hours and then asks money for entire month. Shameless. No ethics in Reliance Jio.

    There is nothing wrong users getting unsubscribed from @ViCustomerCare as they are incompetent to @reliancejio because @ViCustomerCare is looking for profits with less investment and customer satisfaction for what they paid for.

    @reliancejio if sim owner is not in capacity (because he/she has medical issues) to visit store for sim change.can they give power of attorney to their relative???? It's useless that jiocare guys don't have any solution. Give me solution or I have to switch carriers.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio But I can use other Jio SIM cards without any issues in my locality and the only issue is with this particular jio number. I’m not getting any signals in 4G supported phones and not able to use internet in JioFi device.

    @JioCare I am seriously considering to switch to Airtel and throw the crap @reliancejio in dustbin. Very inconsistent and unreliable service of reliance.

    @JioCare worst service . When ever I call at jio support they never listen customers problem and drop the call in mid of the conversation . Last night I put a recharge of 1280 in my jio Broadband but still my plan was not activated . Worst response Well done jio.
