    @JioCare I did the unplugging step and waited for 5-10 minutes before switching it back on. It’s still not working. The red light keeps on blinking. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I had already done these things on my own before contacting customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio I have postpaid connection with you both. But its next to impossible to even send or receive WhatsApp messages. It seems both are competing to get the title of Worst Service.

    @Sautap4u @JioCare Thanks for the information. I guess starlink will be the only solution to such problems. In near future it will be available in India. I also think that local internet providers may have a hand in such disruptions.

    @reliancejio - Very bad quality of JioFi 4 device. Just out of warranty and device stopped working. Visited Jio Care and was told that motherboard is gone and service would cost 1.9k and new device is 1k. #jiodigitallife #CustomerComplaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today evng the intrnt speed is extremly slow @my loc, can't open a site. Whn complained 2 jiocare, there is no satisfactory resoltn given & neither a hope of resolving it sooner. I'm entirely depndnt on jiofi for offc work & need speed 2 b restored ASAP.
