@JioCare I did the unplugging step and waited for 5-10 minutes before switching it back on. It’s still not working. The red light keeps on blinking. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I had already done these things on my own before contacting customer care.

@reliancejio irony of JIO user, if i call Jio fiber customer care and if i complain about slow internet seed, they will ask to disconnect all connected device, these is a tedious job to disconnect all mobile at home also not practical. in this way Jio never take complain.
