No speed nothing.. I am going back to @airtelindia atleast they give decent wherever i go. Even in city your data speed is horrible

Every time I tried to raise a ticket, I was only shown a "wide outage in your area" message, so no engineer was assigned. On Day 3, an engineer finally visited and found a cut fiber cable on my rooftop, which was fixed in minutes.

It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
