@reliancejio @JioCare your data plans are only plans.. the speed of your jio is worst.. i think 3g net will run faster than your 4g. No speed nothing.. I am going back to @airtelindia atleast they give decent wherever i go. Even in city your data speed is horrible.

@reliancejio @JioCare really really very bad and poor services for retailers and for custmers also, i dont know why no one is responsible and sincere in jio telecom. I m retailer and trying for LAPU balance but no one is providing, even no one is Contact back, really shitt.

@JioCare kindly update your system and information, you provided nmbr for help but they asking me that they cant help in case. they asking me for visit nearest jio center. but on you jio center nobody is providing me new sims and asking me that 'no time for anybody'

@JioCare i want to complaint against a jio ISP(internet service provider). The ISP is not giving me the connection since 15days. Everyday he makes stories, he works from his home where no company sign board no reliability. How can u register these people.

@JioCare No one is calling or contacting me from jio, but u msging me that u trying to call me it think u have connection issues there, try with other networks like airtel or vi, jio is very poor in everything.

@JioCare Below is my thinking for this issue 1. i use Jio4GVoice app for calls and messages 2. may be app is trying to send sms from default message but it cant send so the error in any upi based app (i changed default message to Jio also) pls fix this problem

@JioCare @RelianceJioCare Jionis the worst telephone network in India. I have been facing internet and call drop isssue for the last one year. I had recharge my no after 6 months but still same problem is occurring. The customer service is also worst.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have opted for jiofibre service & I cancelled it within 30 days but I didn't receive my complete refund back as promised. They deducted 1000 Rs. Because your service engineers delayed in picking up the device that's not my fault so why will i bare charges?

@JioCare 4 days already are more than enough. I am out of patience & cooperation. Cabling is already done. Hardly matter of 20 minutes and scheduled appointment is 14 Aug. I will get connection from other service provider by tomorrow. Please close the connection and initiate the refund.
