  @JioCare @reliancejio Can someone from the escalation team or a competent authority please take ownership of this issue and process the disconnection? This has gone on for far too long, and the lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.

  @JioCare Please discontinue the connection. I’ve already contacted Airtel for a new line if Jio can’t fix this today. I won’t follow up further. Choosing Jio has been my biggest mistake—poor service and support, especially after days without internet while WFH.
