My experience with Jio Fibre is extremely bad. Their service team did not respond /rectify the problem even after several complaints . First complain was lodged on 12th august. My jio fibre no. 1203541870 @jiocare @jio_fiber

@aroonkhuriyal @reliancejio The sorry state of #jiofibercare (@JioCare) is appalling. Customer care does not to much apart from rescheduling the visit. The technician never visits and when he does all he says is - he cannot do anything about it. And then they start dodging my calls

@Rahulg54l @JioCare @TRAI It's better then waiting for engineers, take your device and submit this nearby service center. And take all details about your refund with proof. Because they give multiple statements don't believe without any proof.
