@reliancejio @JioCare Many times complained NO signal at 523190 pincode , it's 15K population area. Fed-up with your network. There is no Jio tower.

This Jio fibre service and handling jas become atrocious over the last few months. @JioCare . I have made two payments with succesful payments but app says no plan is active and I can't use my internet . Return my money or solve this

@JioCare Hi yasmeen. Order no is NO0000IDRI4M. And please dont want to deal with your incompetent sales and service guys now.Transfer my case to someone who can honour their commitment. If installation happens on monday i will oblige rest shifting to airtel from tues onwards

@reliancejio Jio Fiber Service that hardly connects! Worst service experience. Nothing works, including complaints by phone, emails, WhatsApp, twitter!? Jio agents are cheats and focus purely on earning commission. They do not complete installation properly & rush for new jobs to earn more

@reliancejio @JioCare Customer Service (Onsite & Cust Care) at its worst against their claim of superior service. Broadband down for over 72 hours and Zero escalation framework.... Never faced such downtime with @airtelindia and would have to go back now
