    @JioCare @Paraspradeepgu1 Due to your such poor and pathetic services , people are losing their job . Give me alternative like broadband and WiFi device if you have with better connectivity .

    @JioCare @rachitpjain @jiocare don't give foolish answers. I have raised complaint regarding network and speed one year back but still facing same problem.. I had been told, problem will be resolved in 6 months.

    @JioCare Yeah sure before that I don’t have jio fibernet in my place. There is one local provider running over here. We are not satisfied with his service. If you can give jio fibernet connection here. Most of the flat people will migrate from local provider to jio fibernet.

    as my whole Data pack of 150 rs goes waste , and this same has happened thrice with me ., I have informed to jio care @JioCare bt there not willing to help me out bcz they have huge costumer .. so now i have planned to switch my sim by doing port .

    Jio prepaid is the worst teleservices provider out there , frequent call drops , bad voice quality etc. @JioCare Better to switch to Vi @MyVi_VodaIdea

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareDTH fed up with calling customer care for broadband issues, no help nothing for the problems Jio has with their customer service and after sales

    @reliancejio doesn't not have an escalation matrix.@TRAI may I know is Jio an exception? @JioCare is a joke. SR000014IYXI - 19 hrs jio fiber outage. No way to reach technician,no way to escalate, no one cares for the criticality of the outage.

    @reliancejio don't go with Jio fiber.. they've very poor service
