    @JioCare @Paraspradeepgu1 Due to your such poor and pathetic services , people are losing their job . Give me alternative like broadband and WiFi device if you have with better connectivity .

    @JioCare @Satya0296 Satya, don't go ahead with this as there is no customer care exist here. Nobody responds on call emails etc. Once you area a customer. Life will be HELL... Going through the same to get my refund back...

    @JioCare @HSMatharu10 Seems jio customer care is dumb and almost 10th fail. No one knows what exactly they have to do. Simply sending chat bot messages

    @JioCare Hi, this is about order N0 NO00001D18T9W on 12th May26. Jio Airfiber order was canceled by you as you were unable to provide the network in our area. Since then I am following up consistently but there is no refund yet. Ravi 09315409678 manager don't bother to reply.

    Today I realised one underrated thing about @reliancejio 😭 I have Wi-Fi at home all the time, so I didn’t even know my mobile recharge was over. I went outside to pay somewhere, opened UPI… and suddenly realised I had no active recharge 💀 Normally my Airtel SIM completely stops working when the plan ends. But Jio still gave very slow internet. Lowkey a very useful feature in emergency situations. And somehow Instagram reels were loading too 😭 I genuinely don’t know how Jio does it.

    @JioCare @ashu121sidhi @reliancejio ++ For the past two weeks I've been trying to get in touch with support, but no help at all. They forced me to pay for another month I want to apply for cancellation, I finally received a call from social media team saying it's confirmed, by 2nd June your subscription cancel

    Shame on @reliancejio's network service in our area. Even basic calls don't work properly, forget 5G. Paying for a yearly plan and getting worse-than-3G service is unacceptable. Enough is enough. Switching to Airtel, and taking multiple Jio users with me #Jio @JioCare

    @reliancejio yes, two trophies to @JioCare 1 for incompetent engineers who can't put concealed wiring and want to get away with external hanging gardens & 2nd for destroying aestheic of building - will Mukesh Ambani allow this kind of nonsense in Atilla ? or is it customer centric only?
