What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?

Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.

No internet connectivity. 100% failure and 100% deficiency of service. Refund my advance payment if no internet.
