    @JioCare @Paraspradeepgu1 Due to your such poor and pathetic services , people are losing their job . Give me alternative like broadband and WiFi device if you have with better connectivity .

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Extremely disappointing experience with JioFiber. I emailed Jio on Aug 8 requesting cancellation effective from the Aug 11 billing cycle. On Aug 10, I received a call regarding request no SR00003DO8FJ and clearly confirmed that I wanted to cancel.

    @JioCare Our entire village is suffering due to this extremely poor Jio service. We have never experienced such bad service before. Despite repeated complaints and assurances from Jio, there has been no improvement in the last 90 days.

    Daily frauds conducted by Airtel-Jio Duopoly. While Airtel has stopped its popular low cost Prepaid plan in ANTICIPATION of increased charges,Jio frequently puts its internet down to cut costs. My @reliancejio connection is down since last 10 days but @JioCare app is so.....

    @GMTMemeMacvt @JioCare You have taken 100% correct decision. @JioCare provide worst service. They are not able to know my issue after 2 months also. They are not resolving my issue. They are not working on issues. They only know how to give generic responses that they are working and issue is escalated

    What’s wrong with Jio’s network lately? Both the SIM and JioFiber have been having serious connectivity issues. The network has been really unreliable. @reliancejio @JioCare
