@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I am unable to do pre on post recharge for my postpaid jio fiber, as my data got exhausted. When I chat with customer care they say send email, when I send email they say chat. When I call they disconnect after putting on hold for an hour

@reliancejio you have worst executives. They promised fiber connection coming to home that it is feasible with Order number NO0000J6G8GN. I paid full amount and requested my previous broadband for disconnection and finally two days later #Jiofiber cancelled my order.
