    @JioCare @Paraspradeepgu1 Due to your such poor and pathetic services , people are losing their job . Give me alternative like broadband and WiFi device if you have with better connectivity .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago the nearby Jio store and submit the set-top box. When I went there, the person there refused to take it. Now a different customer executive told me, “No, don’t submit there. I am scheduling the engineer visit again.” But again, now 5 days have passed, and every day I talk to(4)

    @JioCare @reliancejio ny additional amount for basic support and fault resolution. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, loss of connectivity, waste of time, and financial loss. It has now been over two weeks without any proper resolution, which reflects very poorly on Jio's customer 5/6

    @JioCare @reliancejio My complaint is pending registered thru Centralised Customer Care but is is closed without doing any thing from back and reason mentioned customer is not countable through my house is open 24x 7 All fake reporting

    @JioCare I am abroad & need a replacement for my SIM. Your team asks me to update my email via MyJio, but I cannot access MyJio because I lost the phone & SIM, login requires OTP sent to the same number. How is a customer supposed to recover access in this situation? Please help
