  @reliancejio Jio Wifi is not working in Gokul Tower, Thakur Complex, Opp Cambridge School, Kandivali East Mumbai 400101 since last 9 month and ve been paying for also. Repeated complaints has not yielded any resolution.

  @reliancejio jio net is worst network..I never get good connectivity. From morning to night it's connectivity comes only for 2-3 hrs in good speed otherwise always no connectivity

  @JioCare I will be shifting my residence within the same locality. Tried your jio care number 18008969999 as advised unfortunately there is no option for shifting of address, nor can we talk to anyone. Frustrating getting basic service from jio. Jio are is not helpful
