@JioCare Pick up of jio fiber instrument was done on 4th August 2021. Also provided bank detail. Got the sms.. within 14th days refund amount will be credited. After 12 days when nothing is credited. Then I have contacted to customer care..from that day again the waiting period is 14 days

. I give complaint to jio customer support so many times but still not getting any response. We are believed in jio that's why my whole family port in jio from airtel. But I regret for that decision. Please resolve issue as soon as possible 🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio
