    @JioCare @reliancejio I bought a new Jio Bharat Phone. Facing frequent issue - During calls, the other person’s voice cuts out. Sometimes works, sometimes no sound at all. Even visited the service centre but issue not resolved. #JioBharat #JioCare

    @JioCare Dear jio, I'm not happy with your service. There is no 5G internet connection in my village. At our village home only 4G facilities are available. And in the near area 5G service available. Please provide here fast speed service. I have a complaint against this before

    @whoalamin @JioCare Facing same issue with Jio sim since 2-3 years. Someone took a bike loan fron Hero Finance. They don’t have any details of that chap except mob no. They are continuously calling me unnecessarily and asking me to come to their office. I denied. So just ignore them.

    I escalated the matter to Jio’s Appellate Team. Their reply referred to one closed service request and asked me to restart the router and share the LED status. They ignored the mis-selling, repeated outages, staff conduct, refund and cancellation request.@reliancejio @JioCare
