    @JioCare @Paraspradeepgu1 Due to your such poor and pathetic services , people are losing their job . Give me alternative like broadband and WiFi device if you have with better connectivity .

    @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not giving the 4G speed. When I am trying to browse some OTT platforms such as hotstar etc. the videos are not browsing properly. When I am enabling Jio WiFi for smart TV, YouTube is not running on TV due to low speed. Pls help.

    @JioCare You should understand that it’s been 24 hours without having network just because there is an existing order which JIO is taking so long to cancel. It was told that it will be resolved within 4 hrs ( on recorded line). Still unresolved #.

    Total bad experience jio fiber we have bought a new jio fiber connection today all setup completed engineer but SCM and IT team unable to install TV set up box till time .@reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV

    Is @airtel is a big cheater in giving data ?????? Just now i ported my sim from @reliancejio @JioCare to airtel just to only get good connectivity and internet as jio network cant reach to certain areas But what i come to know is my daily airtel gb data get exhausted vry fast

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Have complained about poor connectivity a week back. Latest SR - SR00001E4QTI. Have raised SR 3 times before but engineers are knly giving one or another excuses & nobody helped to resolve yet. Really disppointing & worst service experience from Jio.

    @JioCare @SadhnaP08 If you can't facilitate the service against receiving payment, either refund the money or face legal action u/s 420/406 IPC Bonus, customers can also file civil sute. I heard a PIL being planned to seek justice against cheating by jio exercising rights under art 32.
