    @JioCare No technician is available or visit for the concern. No response from your side this is pathetic it has been 5 days now and the internet is still not working.

    @JioCare It’s been over 48 hours with no internet, and it’s affecting my work. If the service can’t be restored immediately, I’d like to discontinue my JioAirFiber connection and request a refund/adjustment for the downtime. Please advise.

    Hello @JioCare, Today I converted my Jio physical SIM to eSIM at the Jio Store. The activation appears successful and the MyJio app shows that everything is OK, but my mobile internet is not working at all. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. #Jio #JioCare

    @bsnl_care This is not the first time. Most of the time and when on roaming it shows not registered on network! Thus loose important calls and even can't use any Apps with BSNL mobile data. I am just keeping bsnl coz it's cheaper than others and don't use this most of the time @JioCare
