@JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

@JioCare fraud alert !!!! Hi guys, requested for jio fibre on 23rd of Jun and then the service guy done the wiring from pole to my house on 26th and took ₹ 700 as installation charges along with ₹2824 plan.... Please help me, I have all payments receipts of the payments.

@JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI JIO SetTop Box and Router is not collected yet even after 12 days of disconnection and SR Request is getting closed without balance refund. I was thinking to get JIO Fiver again after 2/3 months but if this is the service I will go for Airtel Broadband.
