    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    @JioCare How many times you wanted the same details.. I have provided it 20 times till now as and when you person calls.. the very next days there wont be any repose and later I receive a message as Service ticket is closed. What rubbish service is this @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio they also told me that if you want to see hot star pls recharge again.. no other option is available for play hot star on jio number... pls help to resolve this issue at the earliest, otherwise I quit from your service and join any other operator...

    @sarvagya92 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare How many times you have to inform, why too slow jio net? Worst situation of jio internet. Not for a single day but for weeks and months.

    @reliancejio you are more slow than tortoise. In our village your network is too much poor. We believed you so that we recharge again and again. But no chance. I can't study online from youtube specially at night because of poor network connection. Please do something.🙏🙏
