    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    Multiple assurances from @JioCare and many reschedules later, no one has still visited the premises for #JioFiber relocation after about 13 days of requesting. One guy even told that it takes minimum of 15 days. This is the pathetic state of service @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have applied in Bonanza offer i asked first customer care than migrated to post paid see all my details if you can't install STB convert my plan again in pre paid again and return my 706 rs which i paid on 8th of this month

    @JioCare Keep the engineer with you he might come in handy to fix internal issues you guys don't have the skill to manage customer problems. A simple problem you are struggling to fix for 10 days. Shame.

    @JioCare Mt Akshay, First the time was 9:30- 10 am today, nobody came, then time given by customer care executive was 1-2 pm. Nobody has arrived till now, customer service guy says no engineer to take the request. Extremely bad service. Harassment to the customers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre it's been 27hrs since I send you the mail of changing my registered mobile number as iam not able to login to my jio fibre account, I lost my old number and this iam keep on telling you guys on customer care. Service id- 299562702350

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I was not able to activate my internet plan as I lost my registered number, your customer care executives is not able to solve my problem and keep on telling me to mail the details which I did around 4-5 times still number has not been changed.
