    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    Pathetic customer service by @reliancejio, my JioFiber is showing issues with WiFi, I have been calling them since morning but no resolution yet. After a lot of discussion a service request was created for on-site visit, but it’s closed without anyone paying a visit. Frustrating!

    DAY 6 days & counting...another day has gone by & @JioCare @reliancejio hasn't been able to solve my request SRN SR000037BDOL. Jio professionals - Rakesh (6239268973) never resolved my issue & Pawan (98772 97008) never came for service. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL..!!

    @JioCare The wire which comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve the issue.

    @JioCare This is the same generic response I receive every time, but the issue keeps recurring. An engineer visited yesterday and marked the issue as resolved. Today, the internet is down again. This clearly shows the root cause has not been fixed.

    @JioCare complaint regarding repeated calls from Jio executive. The way some callers speak is often rude and unprofessional. Customers are aware of their recharge requirements and will recharge when needed. Kindly train your staff in basic customer service etiquette, respectful
