@JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

@reliancejio Horrible network! The network bar is full on signal, still getting call drops, and has a terrific internet speed. Whenever I contact customer care, they have the same reply for the past 1 year "it is a temporary problem" What do you mean by 'temporary'?
