    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    @JioCare I Amit Kandwal has been complaning about SR000014O9JA from past Saturday and now this company have disable to comment on facebook guys seriously think about going for JIOFIBER. One of the worst company i ever seen in services shame on you jio.

    @JioCare extremely poor customer service..after incessant followups on poor installation, had to cancel the account! Ref : SR000014O14I. Support keeps repeating that they will look into the issue..but nothing happens on the ground!

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio My jio tune is not activated since 6 months I completed for that.. When I set jio tune in Myjio app Jiosavan And SMS also messages coming successfully fully but tune is not set plz rectify my issue..

    Dear @reliancejio / @JioCare , Please cancel the scheduled my service request number SR000014P6E0. Reported issue is resolved. I don't want that an engineer needs to be out for resolved issue. They too need to stay out less to stop COVID spread. Thanks GD
