    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    I got a new connection and surprisingly internet stops working just after 2 days. I am chasing the technicians and customer care from last two days but still couldn't get my internet back..Service Req No -SR000014R5P7. @reliancejio I hope aap kuch karenege as shown in ur tv Ad.

    @JioCare, @reliancejio exactly 6 months ago, you had committed to solve the network issues in our area within 6 months. But stil we are waiting to get that. Sad to express our dissatisfaction on this platform.

    @reliancejio I am attempting to register to get Jio Fiber connection, while doing so it is asking for adding my email ID. Every time I am putting up my email ID it is showing error" enter valid email Id".though my ID is valid.Tried reaching jio customer care too ..no response

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you lack resources vthen why are you adding new subscribers ? Same irritating reason I am getting from 2017 that due to high number of data users using data at same time , net speed is slow ! What a nonsensical reason is this to cover your cheap data cost !?
