    What a brilliant service of @JioCare With a valid 4G plan of 399 . In this plan we get shitty 4g speed of 34 to 65 kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Charges of 4G and speed delivered is of 2G. No monitoring whether towers are functioning well or not. Customer care says many people are using internet try after some time or try from another place. Phone i have already changed now should i cange my home?

    @JioCare hello, I have been complaining about bad internet service since few months. Everytime your engineer comes starts the internet and it gets off again in few hours. Worst service experience ever from any brand and no responsibility to go to the root cause n solve the issue

    @JioCare Network is full but internet is very slow like 2g... Maximum speed 30-40kbps and Network stick 3...

    Today I faced worst experience with Jio customer service. Every option leads to another bot, testing patience instead of actually connecting to a real person. No proper support, only endless automated responses. Totally frustrating @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional service from Jio Fiber. ₹500 voucher (₹100×5) was issued, I redeemed one successfully, yet my bill still shows full payable amount.
