    @reliancejio @JioCare I use both jio sim in my phone and jio fiber at home. When my phone is connected to wifi, it tells callers that it's switched off. My many friends are facing the same issue. Please suggest a solution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear jio Your network is not working in rural part of CM city UP i.e in Gorakhpur. Network signal is very pathetic. Even unable to do call, kindly install 3-4 new towers in nearby vicinity so that atleast your network calling will improve

    my jio number 8922961576 is no more working, i go to reliance jio store of gauri bazar (deoria) 274202 but they told come after 2 days-3days and not helping please check and help me.. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I requested for termination of for my jio fibre bcause of worse service,they given 3 msg for engineers visit 1 after another and till now no engineer visit and rescheduled for tomorrow.Really very bogus service. #reliencejio #jio #mukeshambani @jiocare @reliencejio @MukeshAmba

    @JioCares @reliancejio @JioCare your service getting worst! I'm using jio sim from 2020 but nowadays the network problem and internet speed is affected more. Whenever i complaint on call center they just note down the complaint but not proper resolution has been made.

    @JioCare The internet service for jio fiber and cell is not there for 4 hours at the location shared here. Just now mobile net working but not the jio fiber. Do the needful

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation I am sharing my personal experience.. Don't Buy jio connection with jio phone, the phone quality extremely poor they have common issue of keypad, if u are Lucky it works for 6 months at the most then when u go to service centre they ask u to replace device & pay₹250

    @JioCare I'm facing network issue with no calling and 0 kbps speed. It ONLY occur when there is power cut in my area. I'm Complaining for about year now. No response and situation persists. Why there is no data no calling during power cut? You don't have fuel to operate tower?

    Looks like @reliancejio doesn't consider right to information that important. A BBC news article that speaks about Central Vista couldn't be opened while on jio network. We know you support BJP but this is a step too far don't you think? #BANNED

    From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare
