    What the hell is with you @reliancejio @jiocare in Gorakhpur area. I am unable to access internet and also calling is not working properly. It's so irritating , you people are not solving your ******* network issue. I have been complaining since 2 days.

    @JioCare recharged with the ₹899 plan on 16 May, which included a JioHotstar subscription. However, it is now asking me to subscribe again. I have been contacting customer care for the last five days and have also emailed them as instructed. i used same 899 pack from last nov

    @JioCare Mrs Bhavana today morning I got the call from the technician and I said the internet issue he said same issue ahh and disconnected the call as they wish they are rescheduling the appointments @JioCare

    @JioCare I have ported my SIM card to Airtel and am very happy now. I had been suffering for three years with a terrible network; every time I complained, the only response I got was that work was underway in my area.

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband service is disrupted again even after the previous complaint was attended. The same issue has recurred, causing major inconvenience. Kindly escalate this on priority and provide a permanent resolution. Service Request ID: SR00002M9NJ6.
