    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @reliancejio JioFiber # 8079635562 with Rs.699 plan, paid advance of Rs.4948 on July 27th for connection of 6 months. Due to the wrong billing in the month of July, have lost one month's amount. Written 15+ mails, called customer care, tweeting since Aug, no resolution. Will disconnect soon

    @JioCare registration done; Details and documents given; And payment also done; But where are the installation engineers to install? Waiting for the installation engineers for 3 days.very disappointed with the service here.please do something about this.

    @JioCare in evening I can't open Facebook, YouTube. Very very poor internet speed. Mahestala ,khalpar ,batanagar kolkata 700139 Recharge amount increased 20 % but net speed decrease 80%.please look care

    @JioCare My device is Redmi Note 10 Pro which is fully compatible. I have checked in list via link which you have provided hare and it is also there in list. Previously it was working but not now. Also it is working using mobile hotspot of other mobile den why not working using home wifi?
