@JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

Fed up with jio fiber today @JioCare and no appropriate resolution being provided by customer care. Please note that I am a working professional working from home and being told my jio fiber would be fixed after 3 days! Poor experience

@JioCare I think that your Customer support is the poorest I have ever seen till date. Your technical team is totally clueless and except for changing the Modem everytime I complain, they know nothing. My problem remains unsolved since last one year. Pathetic service.
