    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioCare @reliancejio The speed on Jio fiber & jio fiber 5G is very slow. One mouse click takes minutes. All your SOPs are completed. Thanks for the pathetic service. @DoT_India Thanks for creating this duopoly, consumers can keep shouting & stay frustrated & keep paying!

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio Fiber is a scam. They hold my money for 10 days and didn't do an installation. Now cancelled the order after I have waited for 10 days. Hope @airtelindia xtream should not have any problem as I m going to take the airtel fiber now

    @jio_fiber @JioCare You told me on a call today you’d “raise a complaint” — but no ticket, no service request, no ETA. This is gross negligence. Raise the ticket immediately, share the ID, and restore my service within 4 hours or I escalate to TRAI, consumer court, and go public.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago JioFiber issue pending for days. Missed engineer visits, now pushed to 17 June. I have suffered work-related losses, yet no commitment on compensation or full refund. Customers should not pay for prolonged service failures.
