    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioCare You cannot even commit a fair deadline for your service, cannot even speak to your customers before taking decisions of your own, keep rescheduling your own given dates and expect me to reconsider the decision.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your team keeps saying the tower is overloaded and the nearest 5G tower is too far away even though I was promised excellent 5G connectivity when I got AirFiber. Now your app won't even let me raise a complaint and keeps showing a "4-hour outage" that never gets resolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare I called your engineer, and he said the device serving our society has burned out, no replacement is available, and asked me to visit the JioFiber office for more update. Why should I visit for an issue from your end? #india #jio #jiofiber

    Hi, My Jiofibre connectivity is down for last 3 days. Your team is scheduling appointment and then rescheduling it on their own without consulting me. And then never showing up on the rescheduled time also. I want a resolution or I am switching to other network. @JioCare

    @JioCare, @reliancejio @jagograhakjago This is beyond unacceptable. I got a Jio AirFiber connection around 3 months ago, and since day one the service has been unreliable. Every single week the internet goes down for hours, and sometimes for 24–48 hours at a time.

    @JioCare No ! no ! The issue persists Internet is not working for 10th time router rebooted , dine July 3rd the same condition.. no resolution yet. We don't know local engineer we don't know anyone who can help . Terribly sorry jio you guys need to pull some socks and resolve this

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service I have ever ezperienced. Closed the ticket without solution without informing. Customer support keeps on saying it will be fixed today amd field team says cannot be fixed get air fiber instead. @jagograhakjago I have raised a complaint
