    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioCare It's almost a month but there is no improvement from JIO. Request you to please refund the money to source account. As I don't need DUMB staff and service from JIO.

    Can @JioCare pls lead or senior person provide me what is the status of my refund on which you have escalated issue with higher management from last two days? If this was told on high priority so how come there is no update at all and no way for me to find out pls update me on DM

    @JioCare I have my Jio Fiber Account with Jio Number 912235024112. I had incorrectly clicked on pay advance option and made incorrect annual payment of Rs 14145. I never wanted to make advance payment as I have opted for monthly paymemt therefore urge you to reverse the same.
