@JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

@JioCare You're saying now that network in my area is fantastic? Really??? Am I a fool to waste my time to complain here ? What will a customer get from doing that? Please understand that your own customer service agent one Mr. Andrew have confirmed about network congestion in this area.

@reliancejio i am not able to send sms to 1900 from my jio number. When i tried to call in customer care it got failed. Then i called at appelate authority, they told me sms is working in our system, we can not help you on this. Very bad and cheap support services by reliance jio

@reliancejio why expanding networks and giving zero quality services. Jio Fibre Service no. SR000013E4U5 pending from 15 days and no one came to de-escalate that. Daily message is coming but no one physically arrived to pick. #JioFiberComplaints

@mylife_myvoice Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to give fake commitments I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@TRAI, Trying to change my Jio plan, reached out to @JioCare for resolution, conversed with JioCare agents, Vidhi, Anjum, Tanmay, Ojas, Shridhar, Aditya, Jayalaxmi, Amey, Sameer, Minal, Jigar, Shanker but not action even after 1 month please penalize @JioCare
