    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioHotstar @JioCare Your system says SR00003885PX is resolved, but nobody called me, nobody visited, and the issue is still pending. Fake resolution updates are not customer support.

    @JioCare Habiba, I had already raised refund amount issue almost 12 days back but still received partial payment also no detail about update or what that SR000038G39V is about & there is no new SR for remaining refund amt pls help 🙏 to bring the better resolution.

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. Why should I keep rescheduling when the delay is from your side? My service request SR000038A36H has been open since 13 June, and my Jio Fiber has been down since 12 June.
