    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioCare relocation appt CO0000MRNBD7 is today. Need internet for office work. No tracking or call till now. Pathetic service and need someone look into this urgently and get this fixed. When you can send bills promptly, you can ensure service as well.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat Jio provides the Pathetic service. They didn't provide installation from 7 days. the person who took my application is absoconded. customer executives do not provide proper support and they took cancellation request without my consent.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hey team Jio, I had discontinued my Jio Fiber connection a month ago and I haven't got my refund yet and your team just keep delaying it stating there is technical issue.

    Jio company service is so poor. Totaly make fool to custmors about name jio fiber trial. After 60+ days refund not given jio company. 4th april modem pickup date.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare After talking to cust care again i got to know that engineer visit has been rescheduled(this is 5th time) again to 7-8pm!!!!!instead of responding get in to the issue and provide a resolution..#JioFiber
