    @JioCare I'm very disappointed to jio internet service, due to your bad internet service I missed my last two classes 😡 , A reliance jio tower was instlled by >50m from my home, but it's not for my any work, because after that i got 20kb - 30kb /ps internet speed

    @JioCare @TRAI do these service providers hav any intent ? Since 4days I’m following up no proper customer response nor their engineer receives call. Nd now Dey saying no refund on such pathetic service. Who wil compensate for these 4 days and I still hv a month of subscription’NO REFUND’

    @JioCare How many times do I need to complain for the same issue? Please escalate this to the highest priority and provide a permanent fix within 1 hour. If JioFiber is unable to resolve the issue, 2/3

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been unusable for the past month. Constant connectivity issues are affecting my office work. Customer support calls get auto-disconnected, and no proper resolution has been provided. Please resolve this urgently. #JioAirFiber

    @ArumugamSuki That’s frustrating. One of my family members faced a similar issue earlier, but later switched to Reliance Jio for international travel and had a much better experience with transparent billing and priority support. You may consider trying @reliancejio once for your future trips

    @reliancejio they never provide such an extension. no response on emails sent to customer care with payment proofs. Local internet service providers are much better than this Global brand.
