Hello @JioCare, there's been very poor connection of jio in my area for past few weeks, can you please look into that? I stay close to jio tower then also min to no network connection. WFH has become real pain as I am using Jiofi.

@JioCare @nikeshganatra @DoT_India Now they are saying this handset or sim issue . Means all the users having detected handset or Sim . Just only @JioCare is doing best job . Even after without network they are asking for internet issue. Without network I don't thing you are able to provide us internet.

@JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.
