    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but there is no resolution. SR00003A2DLD. No engineer has visited despite repeated follow-ups. My wife works from home and cannot work due to this outage. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare My service request SR00003AA8X9 has been kept open for days, while your team continues to reschedule appointments instead of resolving the issue. This is a clear failure of customer service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Entire locality in Vileparle east Mumbai without Jio Fiber since Sunday. Total radio silence on an ETA for repairs. "Fiber service impacted" doesn't help when businesses are losing money and completely stranded. Need an update and a specific resolution time.
