    @reliancejio @JioCare Cutomer service can't do anything. You have to give service request on daily basis. Because appointment may be after 3 or 4 days later. Very bad service by jio fiber

    @JioCare I had purchased a set top box on 08.10.2022 for my jio fiber connection. But with deep regret I am informing that till today no set top box has been installed at my address. What a pathetic service!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare What's the use of providing a network if you can't resolve network issues? What's the use of customer service agents, if they don't even listen to the problem? And what's the use of a sim card, without Network?No network in locality from 2 weeks & counting

    @JioCare Chirag bro, packet aur latency kitna zaroori thaa, aapke engineers ko samjha nahi saka. unke liye har customer youtue par "Kesariya tera " hi sunne wala hai . speed test chala ke dikha dete hain speed, this is not a solution. I suffered whole day and cancelled 6 month plan.
