    @JioCare sir there is problem jio network actually almost no network before 3 days ,and its very frastrating speed if network also no calling by jio sim.

    @JioCare What different way a customer can explain and whoever is taking care of odisha customer service not only casual lack professional ethics to handle the issues. I am finding odisha escalation incident closed without any resolution status shows resolved. I had raised 13th @JioCare

    @JioCare can you please escalate it to L2 network. It is backend issue confirmed by tech on last IR and this one's status is in hold. Please help to escalate as it is 10 days already. If can't be fixed soon then will have to file closure of connection

    @JioCare @TRAI I've recharge my wifi earlier before the due date but they said you've to recharge again and i did but this time I've paid big amount and now they are not giving proper network because they are going to tell me you've to replace a router and for that you've to give money #loot

    Hi @JioCare I initiated a port-in request to Jio and completed payment on June 12th. Activation was scheduled for today, yet I have not received the SIM card till now. Tired of calling customer care. Please help!

    @JioCare I am asking for the refund since the order was cancelled. The sales representative is not picking up my phone call. Is this how you treat the customer once the order is booked? You tell me how I get the refund and process the refund to the original source of payment.

    I came to twitter because I am sick with Jio customer care fake promises on engineer visit or issue escalation, @reliancejio I would like to request you to please help with this ! We as consumers don’t expect this from a company like Reliance Jio.
