    Part 2- We shifted in our new house and called the wifi guy, he never picked up. Or replied to our messages. So we called the Jio customer service. I sent them a message on the 18th. I was asked to send the details of my money transfer which I did. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Poor @reliancejio service in three days they can not relocate the fiber still they need two days three days to fix this. Duniya ki sabse badi company to ban gaye but service bhi de do kuch waisi ni to samet lo apna saman

    Part 7- On tweeting I don’t know how many times, and sending all my account details, I still got no help. They text me at 11:45 am, asking for a good time to talk. What is wrong in their head? Don’t they have the whole day to call me and are messaging me at 12 at night? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio it saddens me that even after repeated requests to troubleshoot an issue with my jiofiber connection, no repair engineer has arrived. The repair engineer in contact is very rude. Getting this kind of customer service from a trusted brand is shocking.

    @ACTFibernet you are unbelievable again! for the 2nd time in a week the interest broadband is not working. students are unable to take classes & professionals are unable to work. I am not paying & filing a formal complaint @reliancejio do you provide broadband services in Ulsoor?
