Internet down in May for 7 days. Refund/adjustment still not done. I Will not recommend Jio Fiber to anyone going forward.

Awadhesh Sharma (@awadheshji) reported@JioCare Raised a complaint regarding non working of Jio Fiber WiFi but no solution is provided since last 4 days. Complaint no. SR00003BZLVT. Service quality of Jio Fiber is extremely poor. If it is not resolved today, plz disconnect it and close the AC. I’ll look for another.
