    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, SR SR00003B263N was raised on 12 Jul 2026 (5:55 PM) for a JioFiber service disruption. It’s been over 72 hrs with no resolution, despite a home visit being scheduled. Please escalate this urgently and restore my service ASAP.

    Of late, the 5g internet speed for Jio has been poor. This is for Mumbai, Dahisar East area. Please look into this. Thanks. I am using an android device. @JioCare

    @JioCare Day 5. No internet. Can’t even raise a fresh service request because the previous one is still in limbo. I’ve literally reached a stage where you have made it impossible to report that your service still isn’t working.

    @JioCare Really disappointed with Jio network in my area. Internet speed is extremely slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. #Jio #NetworkIssue
