    @JioCare sir there is problem jio network actually almost no network before 3 days ,and its very frastrating speed if network also no calling by jio sim.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please stop your reminder sms and promotional sms. Atleast reduce. I don't want 5 daily promotion msgs from jio regarding new plans and I also don't need 5 reminders each day about plan expiring. Pathetic way to annoy customer. sic

    @JioCare what the rubbish Excuse i get for My service request with reference number SR000016SXV3, This is an update to the service request number SR000016SXV3 for network connectivity. We haven't found any network connectivity issues in your area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare If someone who isn't much knowledgeable in this regard tries to reach the customer care, they would definitely give up. 2- The process of resolving my problem was delayed substantially. This is the third day and the fifth time I have called the jiofiber customer care.
