The only solution they provide is we will send a tech in morning and when tech visits he says right now internet working. Call us when it's down. The connection is just few months old

@narendramodi @reliancejio @JioCare Customer care never listened complaint. I have lost my cell phone when I lodge the complaint on Customer care service,he disconnected my call .It's a very bad response towards us from Jio.
