    @JioCare sir there is problem jio network actually almost no network before 3 days ,and its very frastrating speed if network also no calling by jio sim.

    Dear @JioCare, Village Laxrampur, PO Jitwaria, Kalyanpur, Samastipur (848302), Bihar is facing severe network issues. Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The company will simply cut off the service once the validity period ends; they certainly won't extend it for me. We are paying for the service but not receiving it. Do my money and time hold no value? In my area, BSNL 4G is far better than your network. I am going to switch to.

    @JioCare 6.45 pm call - agent confirmed that she logged a service request. I called back again at 9.35pm and the agent said no servic request was logged. Your agents are evening lying on the call.

    @JioCare You want to suffer customer and the beginning to you for good service. But your all executive just raise ticket and then closed it without giving solution. #Jiohome customer care is total useless.

    @JioCare I was never contacted by any engineer or executive. The booking agent only told me in the morning that installation would be completed within 1 hour, but after that I did not receive any call or message from anyone. So I don't have any executive's name or contact number. (1/3)

    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. I’ve raised multiple complaints but no engineer has been assigned. The app only has an AI chatbot and the customer care number connects to the Election Commission. Please resolve this urgently.

    Jio’s network in Noida Sector 19 has become extremely frustrating. The signal is so poor that even basic tasks like making UPI payments at shops often fail. In 2026, reliable mobile connectivity shouldn’t be a luxury. Please improve the network in this area. @JioCare
