    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice this team is totally unresponsive and taking the customer on grant. I have jio fiber connection, had some issues which isn't getting solved from past week, providing zero solution and zero support staff and still showing rude behaviour.

    The @JioCare @JioSaavnCare are very careless. Still issue is not resolved. I am going to port in Vi. @vodafoneIN_Fdtn is giving all remaining data on weekend. 1 month free recharge. Hellotune free. You are not updating my selected hellotune "Aahishta Aahishta".

    On call agent are just scheduling the slot nothing else . It's really very much unexpected from this company . These people are just giving us false promises, many times we had faced slow internet also or no internet . Now it's affecting my work at home @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    last 45 day's horrible service from @JioCare .. Tower full aa rahe hai but phone switch off he aata hai, or main kisi ko phone karu toh phone lagta he nahi.. This problem is with my all 3 connections at my place... 1 june ko complaint bhi ki thi or saare troubleshoot kar liaa

    @reliancejio really poor fiber service. Connection installed at 5 on 25th, is not working since early hours of 26th June. I hope I had gone for @airtelindia. Calls are not answered but service folks, not visiting after scheduling a time slot. I need a refund now!
