    @JioCare I have both 5G phone updated with 5G software and valid pack of 239, I have already activated my another jio sim 5G welcome offer and enjoying unlimited 5g but in the same phone my jio sim is not providing me 5g welcome offer. I am waiting for it,kindly resolve the issue

    @JioCare The message was send minutes back, it doesn't show any sign of being sent , as it's been showing " sending for awhile " I am using high speed wifi now , is there any issue regarding receiving messages from your part mam?
