    @JioCare I have been charged international call rate for a local mobile call of one of my friend. How is this possible. His number is 9511451730. There is no support mechanism from jio. Whenever I call to customer care, it is total waste of time. No one is there to resolve issue.

    @JioCare Hi Team,Facing problem with jio network since Friday 8th Oct. After jio network had fiber cut.I raised a complaint but no body called me to resolve the issue. I email on appellate email but no response and my call got disconnected multiple times when I called Cx support

    Why am I not able to call..!!@JioCare @reliancejio Have to try at least 3-4 times to get the call connected since last 24 hrs or so. Please help
