    @JioCare hi just to let you know Hyderabad jio service is worst than any other broadband service. Rude customer service and no technician on time and when I called your customer support they said technician mentioned my door is locked. I was at home from past 2 days for agent

    @JioCare Blatant lie.. no one is working on it .. it's a simple problem which might not take more than 10 mins to resolve by the technical team. Yet there is no one to call me and resolve this since yesterday.

    @JioCare Problem still not sorted and finally had to close the connection. Not 1 but 2. Pitty on your services Jio. You should be ashamed. Refund my money as this was prepaid for the days you didnt gave service.

    @JioCare Please help.. even after 24 hours of issue logging.. no internet . In this age of internet resolution time of greater than 24 hrs can bring downfall to the company. still without internet connection.. PLEASE HELP
